Remembrance The coffee shop Lilian, Elias, and Saul are in is the same coffee shop Giovanni and Valerie are in. As you didn't mention Giovanni and Valerie in Elias' post, I assume that Elias came before Valerie and said as such in Lilian's post. Hope you don't mind ^^

Suppress-X is an illegal pharmaceutical drug that is given to children so that ( if they were to be Evos ) their abilities do not appear. Regularly taking it will STUN any type of Evolutionary related development in your DNA.

However,
Taking it as someone who already has their powers causes awful side effects. It CAN still be used to suppress abilities, but isn't as likely as if you were a young child. Use by adults can actually flare up your powers so that they act very erratic. There's also a bunch of other effects like fever and vomiting and hallucinations and deterioration of mental and well being in general.

It was banned because of this but also because it was seen as offensive against Evo kind.
