Hmm...I have a question:Is it possible to have a character whose sole purpose is to amp everything around her ? I've liked characters similar to this. I'm not sure what rank to give her though... So... I'm unsure at highest.

Hmmm. There is a character known as The Viper who CAN take powers. And it's considered a maximum threat.
I might allow you to do the same as long as you have weaknesses to accompany such a powerful ability.
