You have been plucked off the street, from your home, your school, wherever, and inducted into a group of heros/monster hunters. Everyone in your group has committed a crime, and when they first arrived here, were told that this was a reform program, to help turn them into model citizens. They were woefully wrong. Truthfully, it's a school for those gifted with powers, and they are used to help defeat villains, much like in the movies, but they are also used for monster hunting and capture.
