Fighting Style: Kasumi likes to get up close, she relies on her speed, and flexibility to deliver quick strikes and her flexibility to dodge strikes.
Special Moves:
Hyuga Dash- Kasumi surges forward with her katana and quickly slashes the target in front of her in the blink of an eye.
Sticky bomb- Kasumi covers sick of dynamite in a sticky substance of her own making that sticks to skin on contact. Thus throwing it on a target and causing an explosion should the fuse read the stick.
Wind bomb- Kasumi's own personal invention she has filled some wind chime tubes with explosives which explode upon impact causing damage in an area of 10 feet. They sound like the wind is blowing through the chime as it is thrown.

Signature Move:
The Call of Powder- Kasumi lobs a small container of gunpowder, upon shooting the container it explodes, sending a wave of bits of metal in every direction as well as temporarily blinding anyone within 15 feet of the blast.

Why are they in Cozia?
Kasumi is on the run from her homeland for accidentally blowing up a statue of a founding father of her home. While she worked as a local guard for the area, however during a fight she threw an explosive that she had made with a little too much powder and the resulting explosion eliminated the threat however the ancient statue of the founder was also destroyed. Causing people to fear her and deem her a criminal, so she stowed away on the first ship that was leaving the island and has been on the run from her home and the world government. She heard there were pirate crews that would be in Cozia and figured she would try her luck there after all it was better to travel with a group and she felt it was a safer bet to travel with pirates.

Wanted to give you guys an update! Roles are almost completely filled which means we will hopefully be starting soon.

Tomorrow I will be working on our Discord Server for those that would like to join. This will be a good way for us to socialize more, talk about the roleplay and ask any questions you may have down the line. Discord will not be mandatory and I plan to remain active here in the OOC Thread.

Rules will also be updated soon, we’re talking post requirements and some other simple things you all know by now.

My characters, the Captain and Shipwright will not be posted any time soon (for dramatic effect ), but you will meet them at some point of course!

While you wait, please respond to this scenario as your character! You can get as crazy as you’d like with it:
• You enter a small cabin hoping to find a bathroom and maybe some food. The cabin appears completely empty, cobwebs all around - seemingly vacant for many years. However, you can’t help but hear the faint tune of a well known song but can’t put a name to it. You trail down the hallway and the music gets louder so it spikes your curiosity. As you get deeper into the hallway you can make out voices - people singing! You notice a light coming from a cracked door, the music obviously coming from inside, so you investigate. You walk up to the door and can hear the lyrics to the song clearly, remembering the song from your childhood - it was your favorite song! As you hold outside of the door the song closes in on its climax - the best part. In the zone you begin to tap your foot to the beat the bust open the door to hit the notes alongside the singers inside! To your surprise, seven beautiful naked women turn from their hot spring to look at you hit the biggest note of the song! What song were you signing, what do you do next?!

The dood creaked loudly as Maika forcefully opened it, the lantern on her tentacle illuminate a large yet empty room. The building had been long abandoned and it's evident from the countless cobwebs on the ceiling. However, this place would be a much better place to stay for the night. At least it's protected from the wind. Maika was thinking to dismantle some of the doors to make a small fire when she noticed a faint singing on the distance.

Unable to hold her curiousity, she made her way through the narrow hallway. Strangely enough, she felts she was getting warmer, even though there's blizzard outside. She also felts a sudden comforting feeling that she couldn't explain with word. And the song, at first it sounded like a unintelligible noises but the more she heard it the more it resembles that song. The song that her mother used to sing before her bedtime. Maika found herself becoming more and more relaxed as she non-chalantly opened the door. Inside, she found seven beautiful women inside what looks like a steaming hot spring. Upon noticing the newcomer, the seven women giggled as they continue their singing while opening their arms wide at Maika, as if welcoming her with their bare chest open.

Maika wasn't much into breast, or female, or even human for that matter so she wasn't eager to jump into their embrace. However, for some reason she really wanted to, being hugged by those women would surely feels good...

The hell, wake up Maika. You have always been avoiding public bath! Using the suckers on her tentacles, Maika pinched her face a dozen times in hopes she would wake herself from this weird dream. Instead, she briefly saw the beautiful women as what they truly were: seven large tentacles ready to grab their prey. Just as Maika realized the elaborate trap she had been lured into the monster also realized that its trap had failed. There's no reason to put up the facade anymore. The spring steam turned black into a thick miasma, the seven beautiful women melt into ugly figures each attached to a large tentacle like some sort of sock puppet, and the spring itself turned out to be a seemingly bottomless cold pond where the tentacles were coming from. A pair of glowing eyes could be seen beneath the dark surface, staring at its potential prey.

"Hallucinogen?!" Maika exclaimed in surprise.

One of the large tentacle lunged at Maika, the figure on its end extend its hands forward as well. The merfolk stood her ground and instead lifted up the bottom part of her coat, revealing six of her own tentacles each with a thin knife gripped firmly on it. The moment the ugly figure should had reached her it suddenly was cuts into pieces as Maika's blade practically turns the monster limb into sushi.

A deep gurgling noise could be heard from the pond and in an uncontrollable anger the monster jumped out of the pond, revealing itself as a 9 foot tall octopus with a large gaping mouth and a symbol of pirate skull with a little bow below it branded into its head.

"Find you. One of master's eight chimeras" Maika whispered to herself. She proceed to avoid the octopus' next few attacks, her tentacles skillfully step to the side to dodge a downward swing, stick to the wall to avoid a low sweep and then when the octopus overcommited and got its tentacle crashed into the wall, Maika seized the oportunity and leapt right on the top of its head. Her scalpels worked fast as she made eight precise cuts into the octopus' head, severing the connection in its brain that governs movement. She watched in relief when the octopus' tentacles flopped limply on the ground, letting out a sad deep groan that marked its defeat.

"D-don't worry, I will finish this as painlessly as possible." With ragged breathing and unsteady hands, Maika stood on the octopus and had her blade pointed downward.

I swear I actually planned to write something light hearted regarding idol pirate group, but I end up writing something entirely different lol
