I simply want a peaceful life. It's just that it's in my nature to kill...
Character Name: Yoshikage Kira

Canon: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

Age: 33

Attributes:

Strengths:

Highly intelligent
Adept in many sports and skills
Can hide his weaknesses as well as he can hide his strengths

Weaknesses:
Overconfident; this leads to many times in his life where his identity and murderous nature is revealed or close to being revealed
Suffers from OCD

Abilities:
Stand: Killer Queen -
Kira is a Stand User which means he can manifest his fighting spirit into a "physical" manifestation known as a "Stand". Stands can only be seen by other Stand Users and can only be hurt by other Stands. Kira's Stand is bound to his body, meaning any damage that his Stand sustains is reflected onto him and vice versa.

While a Stand is invisible to normal humans, it can still interact with normal objects. The mundane use of a Stand has been likened to a poltergeist phenomenon by normal people. As psychic projections, Users are able to communicate through their Stands. Most Stand Users share their consciousness with their Stand and is able to see through its eyes.

Kira's Stand is Killer Queen, a humanoid, short-range Stand with the unique ability to cleanly and completely obliterate objects with targeted explosions. This ability takes three forms that Kira names Bomb #1 and #2.

  • Bomb#1 (Bomb transmutation): By touch, Killer Queen may charge any object with explosive energy that is transferred into the first person to touch it. The Stand can then detonate the energy with a gesture, creating explosions of variable size and power.
  • Bomb#2 (Sheer Heart Attack): An autonomous entity that detaches from the Stand's left hand. It tracks and destroy targets by infrared homing.

Personality:
Kira is a serial killer, characterized as highly egocentric and psychopathic, with a few obsessive-compulsive tendencies. He is also a hand fetishist. The only thing Kira wishes for is to live a peaceful life, safe from worry and without interruption. Despite his intelligence and wide range of skills, Kira dislikes being in first goes out of his way to never rank higher than 3rd place in any competition. Kira lives a healthy, organized and tightly scheduled life and often becomes bothered when someone disrupts his habits.

Under the façade of a simple salaryman, Kira hides his frequent and periodic murderous impulses. When plotting a murder, Kira targets solely women, more specifically, women with beautiful hands. However, his love for a woman's hands does not extend to the rest of her body or personality. Thus, he murders random women, not caring for how they look or act, in order to acquire their severed hands as "girlfriend", and will actually speak and interact with them as if they were sentient. Apart from his murders, Kira is particularly violent when someone threatens his way of life or publicly humiliates him. Since Kira doesn't want to be noticed, he will try everything to solve his problems without facing anyone directly. However, if he doesn't have any other choice, he will instantly try to kill whoever discovers his true nature. Kira is quick to drop his polite demeanor, rudely insulting his foes or violently beating them before killing them.

Kira is also afflicted with a number of other quirks. Apart from his wish for a monotonous and tranquil life, Kira's OCD also makes him very meticulous and thorough. Kira has sophisticated tastes, notably buying his lunch at the best store in town as well as wearing Valentino suits. He doesn't tolerate any imperfection, and is even willing to lose time fixing the socks of one of his victims, becoming agitated when he sees them being worn inside-out. Furthermore, during his time impersonating another man, Kira made sure to perfectly mimic his new identity in every way, notably his hand-writing, which he trained himself to do conscientiously. Kira's solitary nature is partially stemmed from his disgust of people who don't behave as properly as he does.

Kira is also an egocentric and selfish man, akin to a spoiled child. He doesn't care that is crimes involve murder and make his victim's relatives suffer. He only seeks to satisfy his basic instincts. In addition, Kira is determined to preserve his lifestyle, and being set back only increases his determination. Kira is also quick to shift the blame to someone else for his troubles, notably the Joestar group, for ruining his life. Kira possesses a twisted pride in having managed to mix his tranquil lifestyle and his serial murders for so long, and categorically refused to flee the town and live in fear, preferring to maintain a shaky façade of normal life with the Kawajiri's.

Kira believes that he has luck and fate on his side, exposing a superstitious façade, claiming that whenever faced with an obstacle he will be able to make it through with a combination of hard work and opportunity. He measures and collects his own fingernail clippings, using them to predict his murdering luck off of their length.

Bio:
Kira was born Janurary 30, 1966, in Morioh Town within Japan's M Prefecture in the city of S. His parents, already old when he was born, died when he was 21; his father from cancer, his mother passing away peacefully. Araki has stated that Kira did not have a good childhood, but Jotaro narrated that the Kira family was very close. He graduated from D University in 1988 with a literature degree, then moved to S city for a job at Kameyu's corporate office. He eventually transferred to the Morioh-cho branch in 1993.

Starting his spree roughly when he was in high school, Kira is a serial killer who originally murdered his victims by stabbing them so viciously that they were left with horrific back wounds (their hideous nature is implied by the fact that the reader is never actually shown Reimi's wound, despite all the instances of blood and gore that Araki had drawn up to that point). His first victims were Reimi Sugimoto and her entire family, including their dog Arnold.

Kira's Stand, Killer Queen, came as a result of his father, Yoshihiro Kira, giving him a Stand arrow that he himself received from Enya and DIO. Killer Queen manifested from his desire to leave no evidence from his killings behind, developing an ability to make its victims disintegrate completely. At an unknown point, Kira dubbed his Stand, but wasn't aware of what it was until far into the future. He now lets Killer Queen annihilate his victims (except for his "girlfriends'" hands), letting everyone else think that the victims have simply gone missing. Though the number of missing people would eventually attract attention, no one would have any reason to suspect that Kira was involved due to his simple demeanor and lifestyle.

Uh, funny story. We kind of introduced and killed Yoshikage in a quest way back when, so...

If you really want to play him, though, talk to Centurion_ Centurion_ . He could probably come up with an excuse as to why your character is now magically back from the dead after being ran over by an ambulance.

Canon: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable (ダイヤモンドは砕けない)

Age: 16

-------------------------------------------------------------

Attributes: (LISTED BELOW)

Intelligence: Josuke is extremely quick to get on his feet under almost any circumstance, as he is very aware of the immediate surrounding as well as his own capabilities. He is proficient in utilizing anything he has within reach for dealing with problems at hand, and is also shown to be capable of planning several steps ahead by reading opponent's behavior and habit. Josuke is very confident of his abilities to the point of claiming that there is nothing Crazy Diamond (indirectly referring to himself) can't fix, and expresses mild disappointment after figuring out what he thought would have been one such problem. As a result of his intellect, Josuke can be quite cunning; manipulating, lying and cheating others occasionally to achieve certain selfish goals.

Physical Fineness: Josuke possesses substantial athletic ability. He has been shown once to have successfully chased down a moving bus over long distances completely on foot, and can handle a heavy motorbike effortlessly for the first and only time riding it, while achieving many otherwise professional feats during a high-speed chase in attempts to avoid direct contacts with the enemy chasing after him. The most well known demonstration of Josuke's physical toughness is shown when he withstands exposure to several explosions generated by Yoshikage Kira's Killer Queen, sustaining heavy injuries and blood loss but remaining conscious enough to think of countermeasures and tactics.

Hair Freak: Josuke has an extremely short fuse when it comes to his hair, the smallest remarks about his hair can set him off and he tends to get riled up very quickly during a heated situation, his rage can reach points where he tends to lose self-regard for his own safety, prioritizing beating the crap out of his opponent over his own wounds.

Amiable: Josuke is able to make friends with nearly anyone because of his personality, his overwhelming kindness makes him a likable person by most people's standards, and he also is quite forgiving.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Abilities: (LISTED BELOW)
Stand User: Josuke can see other Stand User's Stands, non-Stand Users cannot see his stand, to fight Josuke as a non-Stand User would feel
Crazy Diamond: Josuke's Stand, Crazy Diamond, can restore objects (and organisms) to a previous state in their history.
It is able to repair damage and heal injury. It can also revert an item to its components (e.g. a wooden table into lumber). With this, Crazy Diamond may perform a range of interesting feats; including trapping (parts of) an enemy by restoring pieces of a broken object around it; and tracking, such as by restoring a torn piece of clothing, which seeks to reattach itself. However, this Stand is not without limits: Crazy Diamond can only restore state, not life, hence a lifeless body would still remain dead even after being "fixed" by Crazy Diamond's power. Also, the healing power cannot be used on Josuke himself, or strictly speaking, anything that can be considered a part of his current self, body or even his own clothes.

While being incredibly good at repairing and fixing, Crazy Diamond is also just as good at destroying and breaking apart. Crazy Diamond can punch with such speed and force that it can easily break a large hole in a wall or destroy a sidewalk. One punch from Crazy Diamond has enough force to fully penetrate a normal human-being.

Combining these two aspects of his stand, Josuke can break things down like sidewalk and fix it to create a wall to protect him or block it off. This also allows him to break someone's bone and fix it in a manner that could cause serious medical implications if he really wanted to, the applications for Crazy Diamond are seemingly endless.

-------------------------------------------------------------
Personality: Josuke is a savvy, confident and courageous teenager. Friendly and loyal, his amiable personality helps him make friends throughout the story.

Josuke's primary trait is his overall kindness, reflected in his Stand Crazy Diamond which repairs and heals. When a random bystander helped saving him out of genuine kindness, Josuke subconsciously reflected that kindness in him. Even upon the revelation that he's Joseph's bastard son, Josuke has thought first and foremost about the troubles he's caused to the Joestars and disregarded any claim for a heritage, only wanting to reassure his biological father that he was doing fine. Agreeable by nature, Josuke isn't as prone to violence as other JoJos and can even calmly tolerate bullying by upperclassmen. Josuke is loyal to his friends and loved ones; risking his life for his friends and family. When his grandfather died, Josuke took upon himself to become the protector of Morioh. Upon meeting someone in not particularly antagonistic circumstances, Josuke will generally be polite and friendly.

Overall, Josuke behaves like a teenager, and aside from his general goal of protecting Morioh from any Stand menace, is concerned by more down to earth matters, such as hanging out with his friends. Josuke passively protects his town, and only acts when directly asked by his friends or when he directly encounters a Stand user. Curious, Josuke is quick to investigate any unusual phenomenon, which often leads him into a Stand User. Josuke is very prone to openly communicate his feelings, either expressing amazement, amusement, fear and anger thus he appears as a goofy individual.

Sufficiently humble, Josuke confesses to being nervous around famous people, Josuke also has a fear of turtles, and has tried to touch a turtle to get rid of that fear. Josuke isn't shy to admit his limits, and has confessed that he doesn't know much about manga, or isn't good at videogames, even though he isn't happy to have someone know these factoids. In the same way, Josuke tries to live up to people, whom he admires, and gets nervous when set-back for fear of not living up the expectations of those who he cherishes. He has also shown a mild fear of ghosts (in the beginning).

However, in a fight, Josuke is much more calm, and has unshakable confidence in Crazy Diamond, but his confidence doesn't extend to himself, as Josuke can still be nervous if things don't go his way. Additionally, in terms of body language, Josuke's first unconscious reaction when unsure is to bite his lip. In general, his attitude will mix calmness and goofiness, and Josuke can switch between a taunting one-liner and a serene assertion of the situation. Josuke is occasionally distracted in a fight, often reflecting on the silliness of the situation he's currently in or trying to act cool. Even if Josuke is gentle by nature, he has no qualm about violently pummeling an enemy, and in the case someone has hurt or endangered a family member, Josuke will be even more vindictive, as he fusing the man who killed his grandfather with a rock and another with a book.

Josuke has a tangential respect of the law at best, having inherited his father's mischevious side, shown primarily in regards to winning money. After nearly emptying his bank account on frivolous spendings, Josuke has been trying to get extra money in quick fashion. When he and his friend meet someone who's stand has potential to make some money he quickly devises a plan to exploit their Stand to find first discarded change, and then discarded coupons from all over Morioh, going as far as commit felony to earn the money in a winning ticket. Similarly, after meeting an "alien" he takes advantage of his shape-shifting Stand power, convincing him to turn into dice in order to cheat money from a friend with whom he has a bad relationship. Lastly, characterized as a knowing gesture, he steals his father's wallet with his Stand by restoring it to his possession with a piece of a picture planted there. The fact that his Stand can nearly repair or heal anything means that Josuke can get away with destruction of property or endangering someone, thus isn't really concerned about the legal ramifications of his actions since they will be without consequence, at least for him.

When it comes to women, he is moderate compared to the other Joestars. He does not flirt relentlessly and is not perverted like his father, but when the girls near him express interest in him, he is flattered and has shown to get along quite well with his female classmates and admirers. He does not shoo them away like his nephew but doesn't relentlessly flirt or pursue any. When his nephew asks Josuke to go hunting, Josuke initially believes he means hunting for girls and says with a blush and smile that he is more of a love kind of guy. However, he seems to be willing to hit them if they are the enemy as he threatened to kill a girl if she tried to harm his friend in anyway (as she was obsessed with him and kidnapped him at one point). While he does express interest in women, it is not his main priority.

In a quintessential idiosyncrasy, Josuke takes a hyper-sensitive reaction to comments at all disparaging of his hairstyle; which Josuke explains as due to the honor of a man with the same hairstyle who saved his life as child. After an insult, Josuke enters a blind rage and becomes much more rude and violent. Firstly, a swaggering upperclassman to whom Josuke initially defers is punched and stepped on, before his nose is restored by Crazy Diamond improperly, indefinitely, due to Josuke's mood. Later, during his fight with a foe, in an attempt to manipulate Josuke into gazing upon his Stand by openly taunting him about his hair, Josuke goes berserk; landing the foe in hospital for one month.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Bio: Josuke is a tall, handsome young man of average build. He wears a small stud in each ear. The feature most important to him is his well-maintained pompadour, styled after that of an unknown man who saved his life as a child. His pompadour has a tendency to become spiky with his mood, such as when he is irritated or angry. Josuke wears a dark, modified Japanese school uniform. His jacket conforms to his body, extending to the middle of his thigh, accompanied by a pair of wide-legged pants. He keeps his jacket unbuttoned and pinned aside, revealing a light undershirt with a short zipper on each side of his chest. Josuke wears a number of metallic/golden emblems. On the left of his collar he wears a modified anchor, and on his right a row of two small hearts. Pinning his open jacket to his chest on his right is a peace sign (☮), and on the left is a heart (occasionally enclosing a palm, like on Jotaro's hat). He wears a gold band at both wrists, above his sleeves. Valuing footwear, Josuke wears a pair of Mr. Junko's original socks and ¥25,000 black Bally shoes. Josuke's most common color scheme consists of either a dark blue or purple uniform and a green or yellow undershirt.

It seems you two are out to ruin Kira's quiet life. Why can't people just leave him alone?

I actually planned to sign up as Josuke 2 nights ago while talking on our discord, I was going to save it until Wave Six but then this morning I woke up to a Kira CS, which was rather pleasing.

If you haven't joined our discord, Infant posted the link up there.

Character Name: Loader Bot

Canon: Borderlands

Age: Unknown

Attributes: This robot can kill anyone as it works under Hyperion's command, its default weaponry settings are a turret and a rocket launcher, and can maybe crush you with its hands

Personality: Loader Bot's personality has not yet been ever been debated or argued, no showing of anger, happiness, sadness, anything like that, since it has its red eye and that's it, just a deep voice

Bio: [SINCE I DON'T HAVE A LORE BIOGRAPHY OF THIS CHARACTER, ENJOY A FEW WORDS FROM OUR LONG FRIEND]
Loaders are the mainstay of Hyperion's military might on Pandora. They come in an array of different varieties, each variant suited to a particular role when in action. Completely without conscience, they are the military, the enforcers, and frequently the executioners fielded by the Hyperion regime. Loaders supplement and make up the bulk of Hyperion's forces, but not the entirety of them, as human soldiers and support units also work alongside them. Loaders are highly versatile, serving a variety of roles ranging from basic infantry, to snipers, to air forces. Though mostly associated with Hyperion, loaders are also used by the Torgue corporation, which produces its own variants.

Loaders can enter the field by Moonbase shots, emerge from a Hyperion structure, or be digistructed from a digistruct pole, platform, or the eye of a constructor. Small numbers of them spawn randomly at Hyperion installations and facilities, usually alongside Hyperion human enemies.

Loaders use holographic signals to supplement their verbal status updates. A grenade image indicates they are about to lob a grenade, and a spanner/wrench symbol denotes the unit is heavily damaged and awaiting repair by a surveyor.

The majority of loaders have a multitude of critical hit points, including arm joints, leg joints, and their optics. Dealing sufficient damage to a limb joint will cause the limb to fall off, disabling various combat functions of the loader. For example, destroying a leg joint will cause the loader to fall to the ground and force it to crawl. It will still be able to fire the gun it wields however.

Loaders have a universal weakness to corrosive weapons. While shock, slag, and explosive elemental weapons will retain their regular damage, non-elemental weapons receive a -20% damage penalty but are compensated by their higher base attack. Incendiary weapons will do the worst damage, though loaders can still be ignited.

ARR Loaders, H3RL-E, or loaders being buffed by a Shielded Surveyor have shields which offer protection from corrosive attacks, as well as prevent limbs from being shot off until the shield is depleted.

Character Name: Emiya Shirou

Canon: Fate/stay night(namely unlimited blade works)

Age: 19 (was 17 during events of the series)

Attributes:
Somewhat skilled with swords. Good mechanic and cook.

Personality: By this point and time Emiya has come to understand being a hero of justice and doing what he can to improve the world without becoming a slave to his ideals. Basically he has found the middle ground in his ideals. He also is hopelessly stubborn once he has set out to do something, defending his own viewpoints to the point of causing mental anguish in those around him.

Bio:
Before events of series:
Ten years before the start of Fate/stay night, Shirou was an ordinary boy living with his parents in Shinto. The great fire caused by the contents of the Holy Grail spilling out at the end of the Fourth Holy Grail War killed both his parents and left him mortally wounded within the blaze. He was rescued by Emiya Kiritsugu, who was dejected after indirectly causing the fire and, wishing to actually "save" someone for the first time in his life, rescued Shirou by embedding Avalon in his body. He then later asked the recovering Shirou if he would like to become his adopted son, fully disclosing his identity as a magus. Shirou agreed and spent the next two years persistently asking Kiritsugu to teach him Magecraft. Kiritsugu eventually complied, and though he disapproved of Shirou's desire to learn his craft, he advised applying it in secret, where it could only benefit people and not attract confusion or suspicion. The knowledge he imparted to Shirou was very basic and incomplete, leading him down a dangerous path with little results. Furthermore, and perhaps inadvertently, Kiritsugu passed on his philosophy of wishing to be a Hero of Justice capable of saving anyone to Shirou.

Five years prior to the fifth Holy Grail War, weakening every day due the effect of black mud from the Holy Grail, Kiritsugu dies, leaving Shirou frustrated, depressed, and alone. He was subsequently watched over by Taiga Fugimara, Shirou's longtime neighbor and his English teacher.

During series: Shirou, after accidentlly summoning Saber was forced into the holy grail war. Much later he learns how to use projection in the middle of a fight thanks in part to his exposure to Archer(though he didnt know it at the time). Then after Caster steals Saber and Archer joins her, Rin(Archer's master) and Shirou try to get Beserker's help. After that shitshow they had to settle for Lancer. After they stormed Caster's base, Archer(After killing Caster and revealing he is a alternante universe Emiya) had taken Rin capture, challenging Shirou to a fight at another location. Their fight was interuted by Gilgamesh who killed archer and challenged Shirou to a fight at another location, threatening to destroy the world if he didn't. So Rin, Saber(who had formed a contract with Rin), and Shirou went and fought Assassin, Gilgamesh, and a corrupted holy grail. Shirou using much of Rin's mana and a arrow from archer(somehow) beat Gilgamesh and Saber with some help from Rin beat the other two.

Character Name: Emiya Shirou

Canon: Fate/stay night(namely unlimited blade works)

Age: 19 (was 17 during events of the series)

Attributes:
Tracing/Projection: Emiya can project objects seemingly out of midair, into his hands or as a projectile. He uses this skill to create weapons and armor, though armor costs 3 times the magical energy (of which he has little) and he has an affinity with "swords". He can create "ordinary" weapons or he can copy others. While the copy's faithfully reproduce the magical properties of the originals, anything especially powerful will be less so.

Unlimited Blade Works: A reality marble that overwrites the world around him when he uses it. After summoning it (which takes more magical energy than he normally has) he can trace for significantly less magical energy and faster as this is the source of all his projections.

Rho Aias: A seven layer shield of light taking the form of petals. It is capable of blocking several high rank treasures from the gate of Babylon. This drains a large amount of magical energy considering it is not a weapon.

Personality: By this point and time Emiya has come to understand being a hero of justice and doing what he can to improve the world without becoming a slave to his ideals.

  • Character Name: Suika Ibuki

    Canon: Touhou Project

    Age: Unknown, presumably centuries old

Personality: Suika is jolly and quite childish, as you would expect from her appearance. Despite her childlike exterior, however, she possesses great amounts of raw power. She loves drinking and is frequently seen in the fighting games drunk; she claims she's been drinking sake for some hundreds of years now. Suika bears the typical personality traits of most oni, valuing strength and fair play while despising dishonesty and cowardice. However, she is apparently slightly less honest than a typical oni. In addition, she doesn't kidnap humans, which is known to be the "strongest bond of trust" between oni and humans. However, she is nonetheless quite honest. Though she is generally a happy-go-lucky oni, as one of the most powerful youkai in Gensokyo, she can be very observant. In addition, she is seen being very critical of others in Immaterial and Missing Power, such as by calling Alice Margatroid a coward and telling Youmu Konpaku how people tend to make fun of her at her expense.

Bio: Before appearing in Gensokyo and causing an incident, Suika lived in the Underworld, where all of the other onis continue to live presently. However, before even that, she apparently lived on the Youkai Mountain as one of the four "Devas of the Mountain", along with Yuugi Hoshiguma and two others. Since the oni were superior to the other residents of the mountain, such as the tengu and kappa, they all still remember her even now as someone to be respected. It is unknown exactly where she is living currently. In many endings of Immaterial and Missing Power, she is shown spending her time at the Hakurei Shrine, but in Perfect Memento in Strict Sense, it says she is mainly active around the Youkai Mountain, and when visiting it during the events of Scarlet Weather Rhapsody, she comments on how nostalgic it feels. In Strange and Bright Nature Deity, she is shown to be coming and going between Gensokyo and the country of oni in the Underworld. Beyond this, smaller things like her usual weekly routines are unknown.

"There are three things to remember about being a starship captain: Keep your shirt tucked in, go down with the ship, and never abandon a member of your crew."

janeway36891.jpg

Character Name: Kathryn Janeway

Canon: Star Trek | Series: Voyager

Age: 42

Attributes | Personality:
As a Starfleet captain, Janeway is a skilled commander. Always sticking to the Prime Directive when she can, using diplomacy and friendship first, and being a skilled tactician in hostile confrontations. Having been a science officer before a command officer, Janeway is a woman of the sciences. Even in her captaincy, she continues to indulge in her scientific pursuits and sometimes acts in the capacity of science officer throughout Voyager's journey home. As a Starfleet officer, she is trained in hand-to-hand and armed combat as well as survival. One of her key traits is her determination. Through this, she has a managed to make a Starfleet crew and a Maquis crew into one crew, get Voyager through the harshest parts of the Delta Quadrant, and even shaving a couple thousand light-years off their voyage back to the Alpha Quadrant. However, her determination has a downside. Captain Janeway has been known to not know when to quit. Her stubbornness often becoming a risk to her life or the well-being of others.

Bio: Boldly going where no one has gone before, Captain Kathryn Janeway and the crew of the Federation starship USS Voyager have endured numerous hardships throughout their journey home across the vast and uncharted Delta Quadrant. She was teleported from her universe in November of Voyager's sixth year (2377) in the Delta Quadrant.

Alignment: Lawful and Neutral Good, leaning more toward Lawful.
