Bio: Kaura’s ability for magic was discovered when she was fairly young. Namely, because her servant, Ketsuo, kept showing up whenever she was overly distressed. Everyone was relieved that at least he seemed to care for her best interest, but Kaura needed a lot of training, because when not contained, Ketsuo had a habit of… overreacting to things. It took longer for her purity magic to come to light, since most of the other kinds were tested first, but she is of equal strength in each form of magic. She chose to go into law enforcement in her teens, and has finally been accepted as an officer, as well as medic for whatever team she’s put with.

Personality: Kaura is very gentle by nature. She doesn’t raise her voice often, and makes a point to listen carefully to the entire story before she casts judgement. She can also be a bit of a pushover.

Power: Ketsuo is incorporeal, and capable of tapping into Kaura’s healing magic. So if he doesn’t think she should get into melee to heal someone, he will do it for her.

Bio: Emil, was a problem child growing up. He fell in with a small-time gang when he was fourteen to the dismay of his mothers, he even went so far as to run away from home and to live at his gang hideout with his friends. The next two years would be looked back on fondly with hints of sadness. One night the hideout was attacked by another small-time gang, he and two other boys had attacked the rivals' brother the night before; putting the kid in the hospital. They were hit hard and fast and when it was over he was on the floor with the rival gang leaders boot on his face.

He woke up later chained to a chair next to another member of the gang; a girl of only thirteen. The leader said he was going to make an example of us as he did to the rest of us. He set the girl on fire, Emil turned to look away, but they forced him to watch her burn; it was the first time he had seen someone die. This was death, it wasn't slow or fast it just was, the moment she was lit on fire he knew; this was death and soon it would come for him.

Luckily it wasn't meant to be, a man stormed the hideout taking out the gang members like it was nothing. When it was all said and done the only people alive where Emil and the man who saved him. He would learn that the man was a hired gun/detective that his parents hired to find him and bring him home. He was returned to his mothers; they all broke down in tears. It would take weeks before he entertained the idea of leaving his room. His life forever changed; he lived where others died, he decided that he didn't want kids like him to ever see or experience the things he did.

He would join the CCMP, as a Juvenile Probation Officer to help prevent others from ending up as he did.

Personality: Emil is a kind man but is willing to use brute force and intimidation to get the job done. Makes it a habit to see the kids who have been assigned to him at the end of a workday or take them out to eat and hang out on days off.

[div class=titleblock]personality.[/div][div class=textbox]cybil dixon was known in her school as the troublemaker. always breaking the rules and students bones. she was never caught, however, since she never left any evidence behind. with her bad attitude towards teachers and students alike, cybil often found herself only hanging out with the bad crowd. not that she cared. her daredevil nature and pride allowed her to do a lot of things. it's what helped her get into the group to begin with. nowadays, cybil still maintains that same sassiness and bad bite that she had as a child. she doesn't much enjoy being bossed around all the time and seeing as she had incredible intelligence, the higher ups don't mind leaving her alone. cybil is a manipulative person and knows how to get her way with people. especially after earning degrees in both sociology and psychology. she's not all sharp though. cybil can be a nice person if she actually likes you and decides you're worth her time. once you're close to her, that's a done deal. she'll be like a german shepherd with you.

[div class=titleblock]history.[/div][div class=textbox]dixon grew up without a mother in her life after she died giving birth. many in her family labeled cybil as the black sheep or a demon child, saying she had killed her mother. her father, though sad, decided to keep cybil. he treated her very well and she was a spoiled kid, so many wondered how she came out so... bad. cybil had a good home life, yes, but she was still greatly hated by her family and internalized it. every day she thought about how she'd killed her mom and the guilt got to her. cybil became a bad apple and knew how to cover her tracks so she never officially got caught. going into high school, her mental state stabalized and cybil ended up following in her fathers steps. she decided to join the police force as a criminologist.[/div]

  Bio: The story of Rin Kyugan is a simple one, she was an orphan in the Shallow District who stole and fought just to survive. A common story for those who grow up in the hell hole yet while many might develop a bitterness and hate for the world, that wasn’t the case for Rin. Rin might of developed that hate if it hadn’t been for an old woman in the Shallow District who ran a bar. The woman found Rin after she had lost a fight with some older kids over some bread. The old woman fed Rin who had already learned that in the Shallow there was no such thing as free. Rin was so hungry at the point she wouldn’t of cared if the old woman asked for an organ or two. Yet all the woman asked was for Rin to work in the bar, in return the woman who asked to simply be called Granny would feed Rin. Taking up on the deal Rin began her work at the bar, cleaning the bar stools and tables, cleaning out glasses, bringing drinks to tables, and taking out the trash. It was a slow day in the bar when a man in a hood walked in, to say he was suspicious would be pretty obvious. Though it’d be more suspicious if someone trustworthy looking walked in. He approached the bar counter and held his hand out a magic symbol in it, Rin had seen magic around the Shallow and people she had stolen from had even fired at her with it sometimes. The man demanded for money but Granny just sighed as the man flew backwards due to the ball of magic that had slammed into his stomach. The symbol in front of the bar counter vanishing, Rin was so impressed by the display she begged Granny to teach her for a month. Finally the old woman cracked and promised she’d teach her the basics, Rin practiced after work everyday and began to get Artillery magic down. One day the man who Granny had blasted out of the bar came back with friends. This time there was nothing Granny could do, so they complied handing over all the money they had. Rin felt so angry the money they had worked for was going to just get taken from them. It made her understand why everyone she had stolen from before coming to the bar was so angry with her. As the gang of men left with the money Rin saw lights outside showing the CCMP had arrived. Almost everyone in the Shallow hated the CCMP for one reason or another, but at that moment Rin thought they couldn’t be any cooler. People who put their lives on the line just so others don’t get pushed around. After the incident Rin told Granny she wanted to be a CCMP officer when she grows up. At first the old woman didn’t say anything after staring at Rin for a while she began to laugh. On Rin’s 18th birthday Granny grave her a box of money that read “Rin’s Future” on it. Since meeting Rin 8 years ago she had been saving up for whatever job the young woman would chose to pursue. Yet she hadn’t expected it to be becoming a CCMP officer which was why she laughed years ago. Rin took the money but promised to drop by and help run the place, with that Rin left to join the CCMP using the money for travel and to get into the academy. Graduating thanks her determination and skills in Artillery magic.
  
  Personality: Not really what’d you expect of someone who grew up in the Shallow District, Rin is actually very sociable and kind to others. Granny had made sure to drill manners and how to treat others into her. Rin can slip up sometimes and say something rude or be too straightforward without even realizing it. She had a strong sense of justice and often can get too into chasing criminals. She’s the type to pull all nighters in order to track down simple purse snatchers. That determination can also be her strength as when learning something new Rin actually had a talent for it. Somewhat due to how she won’t quit and practice it almost everyday. Rin seems to also have a addiction to thrills things that get her heart pumping can end up being an obsession if she isn’t careful. It isn’t unlike her to place some kind of restriction or rule on herself just to make things more exciting.

  Bio: Born to absent father and an abusive mother, Wei ran away at the age of nine and ran the only thing he can do. Alone Wei was in the streets, he was in trouble no one would help or care for him would likely kill him or use him some way. Wei survives by stealing and running, but during that he would frequent a store that had some type of old books he would buy them after a big score and climb to the top of old towers and sit and read. Wei was luck able to read only gift that his mother gave to him.
  
  
  In his teens he needs a job, he wasn’t small to steal things anymore, so he got a job of a courier at the old shop he would buy books. During a bad job delivering something, he was caught with gang members who jumped him, he unlocks his powers and fought off the gang and came back to shop with the owner dead at the counter shot. Wei was in shock the only real family he had was dead, he swore to find the murder and bring him to justice and the only way, was that joining the CCMP.
