  There are two sides. The CD'S and SYE'S.
  
  CD'S -
  
  The Chronicle Devils all have status and work under the organization "Circuit Devils'. -:Storyline will explain the MAIN goal of the CD'S:
  ROLE LIST (Greatest Top, Lowest Bottom)
  
  Boss - Unknown / Will never be met / - I will Roleplay for them if incident occurs...
  Underdog : Kosuke Kishomoto (Me) - The Next In Line to become the new leader. The General sets up training programs and handles the technology room from where all research goes into.
  Left Hand Man / Executive Upper 1: Handles jobs / stuff Deputy cannot do, and is the TRAINER for the SYE'S. - ONLY ONE WILL BE ACCEPTED / Assigns thosse going into battle
  BDC (Building Division Corpses'): Has only superior to those lower than him, Handles the upgrades of the building / Has a crew to add additions - 5 Will be permitted
  CC (Cargo Crew) Handles the cargo and are the ones giving tours to new SYE'S. - Will permit 5+!
  BONUS FOR CD'S: Traitor - 2 maximum, can help SYE'S escape...if they can manage it...

  These will be sorted for what will happen in the roleplay.
  
  Killed off: At least 2 (Can die anytime)
  The Superiors / They Call Themselves the "CULT": There can be maximum 4 in this group. These will be the SYE'S mainly mentioned in story. They have the most unique / strongest abilities in the SYE'S. (Make sure to get to know your cult-mates)
  Battle Field Medics : Hired (will only be mentioned after / during fights or at training) because of healing abilities. These people help the injured -no duh-
  Side plot Characters - Whatever amount needed to start RP
  DOUBLE AGENT BONUS FOR SYE'S: Maximum of 1 - (TRAITOR) Helps gather information on the plans of the SYE for the CD

  Semi-Japanese, Semi-Italian. Born in Japan.

  Jet black wavy / spiky / messy hair. With amber orange eyes. Well-toned, yet seems skinny. Often wears dark schemed clothes, along with a change of a spiky bracelet or watch.
  
  Ability Name: Psycho-Madness
  Ability Activation: Either cause him to laugh in a wicked way (can be forced to do this), or Kosuke can use a even TINY/BIG amount of blood to activate it. Eyes will get dilated and have clocks for pupils – clock for the timer of his ability.
  Ability Use: Can manipulate your terrors / phobias into real life or just illusions.
  
  Second Ability Name: Second Phase – Heartache
  Ability Activation: Anytime, maximum use = once per 24 hrs.
  Ability Use: He can stop his heartbeat for around 4 minutes, and if anyone touches him…
  Kosuke can kill them any time he wants. Even a year from then.
  
  Occupation: General / Deputy
  
  Personality: A humorful man who has the nature of a psychotic, feral animal. Will take any chance to tease the person before him. A very intelligent human who leads the technology room / battle operations. Despises reason to live, and will accept death from only those he wants to decapitate him. (suicidal jokester) – A very free person that can socialize with anybody but deep down has extreme trust issues.
  
  Warning: See his serious side and things might get bloody.
  
  Phobias: Afraid of someone touching him, betrayal, falling, being leader.
  
  Weakness: When he officially trusts you, you could do ANYTHING…ANYTHING similar to betrayal and you’d break him.

  BACKSTORY / BIO:
  
  Kosuke, as a child, always dreamt of being a leader that controls a world wide technology system. That all went down the drain when his best lady-friend (both were age 15) died from being electrocuted. She was simply helping out creating his business by following his requests such as: “Mind fixing the powerbase for 197 SS / SpaceShip AR Model?”
  She followed them without question until it led to death. Kosuke realized being a leader meant putting others in danger. That’s why he has the phobia. He also achieved the fear of anyone touching him from this incident. Soon enough though, a man going by “The Devil’s Huntsman” appeared and helped Kosuke build a new technology system help training supernatural beings…
