Lindsey nodded as she listen to Marie but then when she mention Jin seemingly asking for it, referring him being a test dummy. Lindsey raised an eyebrow and took notice of where her rail gun was pointing at. Lindsey didn't comment on it but she couldn't help but wonder if Marie had this strange urge to shoot Jin. Of course Lindsey really couldn't judge after loosing it on him. Though she felt it was justified.

"Well just don't aim at anyone else by mistake once you start firing that thing."

Lindsey took notice of Marie staring at Pow Pow. Lindsey actually hadn't used her machine gun yet but that was because she had been busy making it she finished it just recently and decided to use it. It worked fine. She already had tested it out. Now she could really go wild with it. She couldn't wait to get it in action.

"Well you'll get your chance now."

Lindsey said responding to Marie when she mentioned she had forgotten Lindsey had that and how she couldn't wait to see how it go firing at targets. Lindsey then turned around to look at Timothy when greeted everyone.

"Hey Tim decided join us huh?"

Lindsey then glanced around realizing there wasn't a whole lot of people coming along with them. Honestly she kind of expected more but there was that all night adventure some of them had at the other island. Like Timothy said maybe they were probably beaten up pretty bad. Lindsey then turned her attention to Red as he gave out orders. After that everyone got into position and headed out. The walk wasn't to bad and seeing as they were basically just walking in the direction of the humongous tree it wouldn't be hard to find their destination. The forest was certainly beautiful though. The animals of the forest seemed almost not shy. A couple of times they would see something like a rabbit come out of the bushes and stare at them then suddenly hide. It was the oddest behavior at one point a bird even landed on Lindsey's shoulder seeming quite comfortable there. Lindsey didn't bother shoo it away, she just glanced at it wondering why it was even sitting on her shoulder to begin with. Then suddenly she took notice this wasn't just any bird it was some tropical parrot. Suddenly out of no where the bird yelled out, "Run away! The strangers are here! Run away! Run away!" and it then flew off in hurry as if it was scared of something.

    "Strangers?"

After a couple of more steps just they had reached their destination. Just beyond the trees was a village. The village was located in large clear grass area and their were huts spreaded out across the land. Most were small or medium size. There was only one big one and it sat right in the middle of the village. Unfortunately though hunters crawled all over the place and it seemed they had made themselves at home. Not only that but it looked like they had taken the villagers as prisoners. Lindsey studied them and noticed how they didn't exactly look normal it very obvious by looking at their eyes that they were not just regular humans and they all seemed to have flowers on their heads. These villagers all looked quite distressed but Lindsey took noticed that a lot them kept looking in the direction of the humongous tree which set further back behind the village. It looked like a willow tree however Lindsey had never seen a tree that big before and their was something odd about it. The tree seemed to have a strange blue glow but it was slightly dull. Lindsey didn't quite understand what was happening but she wasn't sure if charging in like this right now was a good idea. Lindsey moved over closer to Red then whispered to him.

"Hey your in charge of this what do you think we should do? I don't see gramps anywhere and we now have a serious problem. They have taken villagers. Would it really be smart to just charge in and start shooting?"

Despite Lindsey being...well Lindsey she wasn't stupid believe it or not everything she did was always calculated well......it was when she wasn't in rage mode. In rage mode she doesn't really think things through. Lindsey gave Red a rare serious look and waited for his answer.

Azure didn't have time to stop and sightsee right now. He was effectively on his own now. Having lost where Jin and the strange girl went and having no clue if anyone in Red's group got his message, the large male was left on his own in the forest. It wasn't a major problem skill or survival-wise, his strength blended well in survival situations, what was the big problem was all the inner turmoil Azure was facing. Hunters were all around, not able to reach anyone in time if they needed help, and Gramps still missing. Then of course there was the minor fear of getting lost in the new surroundings but he tried his best to not focus on it too much. All he had to do was head to the giant tree. Someone must be there, or at least something. That was the hope.

As the muscular male was lost in his own thoughts, he didn't notice the collection of animals that would begin noticing the strange man. Curious to say the least, animals running in front of him, some following for a few moments before running off, a bird flying around. It wasn't until Azure nearly missed stepping on a squirrel that he became aware of his surroundings, his eyes darting around as the animals that once were curious would eventually shuffle off back into the forest, leaving Azure on his own once again. That... was interesting.

Pulled from thoughts he would stop, squinting his eyes up to the sky, before walking up to a tree, setting the large war hammer down as gently as he could. In a few swift pull-up motions, Azure had climbed up to the top, his head poking out the greenery of leaves as he looked to the giant willow-like tree, then behind him, to see where they had docked, towards the shipwreck that was still slightly smoking. It seemed he was on the right track but, there wasn't a sign of anyone else. A soft sigh escaped his lips as Azure would then jump down, pulling down a few branches as he landed with a hard thud, birds scattering from trees as he snapped branches and landed back to the ground.
"Guess I gotta keep going...by myself,"
    he mumbled and sighed.

Azure would grab his warhammer again, stretching his neck as a few bones cracked and crunched before the male would continue to walk for, well, he wasn't sure. Azure would be fine, or he would tell himself constantly, knowing he could survive but, he had no idea that to expect anymore. A part of him was hoping that he would randomly stumble upon gramps in the woods but deep down knew that was a long shot, especially with the hunters around. At the thought of hunters, Azure tilted his head as he took slower strides thinking about the group he had just fought. For how big the two ships they faced earlier, there was no way that group was all of them, there had to be other hunters somewhere. The question really was, where. Coming up with a few ideas like other shores and such, Azure would step out of some foliage, over some bushes into a grassy opening, the snack of twigs making Azure think of one last idea of where these hunters could be.

"Of course! The giant tree! I would go there if I crashed here!"
He exclaimed softly to himself, giving himself a proud smile and a pat on the back before there was a sound of a gunshot and a bullet flying past him. That's when Azure would see that first of all, he made it to the giant tree, and second of all, the hunters were in fact in this area.
    "Ah...I guess I was, right?"
Azure would sheepishly smile and give a finger gun to one of the many hunters that were turned to look at him.

"That's their helmsman! Get her!" One of the hunters shouted, causing confusion throughout the rest of them as many would agree but a few would not be, as Azure was much more masculine now.
"Her? I thought that it was a guy-"
"Does it matter right now, just, get her!"
    "Not based."

Azure would stand shocked at the conversation the hunters were having in front of him, clearly seeing the confusion of if Azure was in fact a boy or a girl. In that brief moment, Azure would take the chance to charge the group, completely tackling the guy that had misgendered him, grabbing him by the collar and in a low gravel voice,
    "I'm. A. Guy."
Then with the imense strength Azure passed, he threw the hunter off to the side and looked to the others.
    "Anyone else want to try?"
He asked, a few shaking their heads knowing what would happen now if they were to misgender Azure now, then, with a sudden cheeky smile, he waved, turned, and started to sprint away.

"Wait...WE NEED TO GET HER-him? Oh, whatever they are! Just, get the helmsman-person GAH!" and with those simple words of gender confusion, a chase could begin. Many first saw the terrifyingly large man running full speed, followed by an ever-increasing group of hunters, the sounds of guns going off as they began to try and slow the bull of a man down.

I'VE BEEN ALONE FOR SO LONG
I FORGOT WHAT ITS LIKE TO BE LOVED

THE PINKETTE SHUFFLED BACK, STARING AT THE STRANGER WITH WIDE OPTICS, worrying the sensitive flesh of his bottom lip. What the hell? The mer whimpered, watching as the stranger reached down to collect the pearls, grinning wickedly. “Y, You can’t—” He shuttered out, reaching out to snatch what was left in the pouch, hugging it close to his sternum with narrowed hues, the pupils shifting to slits. “I apologized!”

“So what? What hat are you going to do about it, huh?” The stranger paused, staring at Yuhwa with narrowed optics. “You’re a fucking freak, aren’t you?” He sneered causing the pinkette to flinch, hands curling tighter around the pouch with a hiss, teeth bared. If he had his fins they’d be flared in warning, frills trembling as he watched the other with slitted hues. “You’d fetch a pretty penny for a pretty thing like you.” The stranger surged forward, hands outstretched, but before the other could, Yuhwa sprung up with sudden force, knocking the other back with a shout.

“S, Stay back!” He shouted, frame trembling, bolting away from the gathering crowd. Shit. Shit. Shit! Yuhwa hadn’t meant to show anything. What the hell? His breath quickened, more so given he was running for his life, unsure if the other was following, but Yuhwa made no move to look over his shoulder. I can’t stay here. I, I have to—Stupid Yuhwa! He cursed at himself, whimpering at the thought. Can’t even help, can you? Even with his best intentions, people mistook it for something worse.

The mer stumbled into a wall, grunting at the pain spread against the side of his helm, canines digging into the soft flesh of his bottom lip. Maybe—Yuhwa shook his helm, ignoring the twinge of pain that came with the notion. Get yourself together, Yuhwa! He can’t afford to be weak. He had people to look out for. Besides! What if that stranger found him? Did they know who he was? Was Kyungmin still looking for him? Sui—Oh, god. He flinched, body slamming into the wall for the second time, stumbling until he fell into an alleyway.

Ignoring the soft thump as the pouch fell from his grasp, pearls spilling out and rolling as he curled up, legs tucked against his chest, arms wrapped tightly around them, just below the knee. He choked back a sob, refusing to let the tears flow, knowing they’d be nothing more than pearls the second they dripped down. Danmit. He wheezed, each breath becoming increasingly harder than the last until he felt lightheaded, bounding in tandem with his heart that palpitated.

Stupid. He pressed his face into the divot between his kneecaps, huffing out a choked laugh. “Just my luck.” He muttered with a cough, curling tighter into himself, leaning up against the wall unwilling to let himself spiral even more than he already was. “Get yourself together.” He muttered, wheezing between clenched teeth. I need to get further away—He wasn’t far away enough. No. He was certain that he’d be able to find him any second. The longer he sat there, the quicker they’d catch up, and then what? He couldn’t go back—I don’t want to go back.

That god-awful cage. The stretch of mildew strong that it burned his nostrils. When the pinkette had to watch as Sui stuffed his face with food, grinning mockingly at him. No! Stop thinking about that. He scolded himself, biting the inside of his cheek until he drew blood. He sucked in a shaky breath, easing his grip until he lay, sprawled out, staring blankly at the wall ahead of him.

    SACRFICE, THAT'S WHAT WE DO

A heavy frown rested on Red's face as he continued through the forest, his eyes constantly scanning the surroundings around him as he remained at the lead of the group. A tight tension spread through his body the deeper the traveled. Red was familiar with these types of scenes, this not being the first of his missions through a jungle or forested areas. Though he was now the crew's official hunter, his past trips through the woods have left a less-than-pleasant feeling. With every step he took Red waited for shots to ring out and bullets to fly overhead, for something or someone to burst from the foliage with the intent to kill. Even with this tension growing in his limbs however Red would remain level-headed, his sword and pistol at the ready and his eyes and ears constantly on the search for the slightest hint of trouble. From time to time his grip on his weapons would tighten when an animal would reveal itself to them. He took notice however that these random animals would not behave like most wildlife he's encountered though. Instead of fleeing upon sight of them, most would go about their business, some even seeming curious about their presence. It was odd to him, it was as if this environment lacked any proper predators for these creatures to fear of. As a hunter, these animals would be easy catches to make, but unfortunately, he could not partake in the hunt and instead remained on track with the mission before him.

After some time a shrieking voice made Red spin on his heel to spot a tropical bird flying from Lindsey's shoulder, squawking out an alarm or warning of dangerous strangers. A heavy breath escaped him as he glared up at the colorful flying rat as it flew away, the warning it let out only adding to the tension in his shoulders. Were they dangerous strangers or was something waiting for them up ahead? "Be ready," he muttered to the group in a hushed voice before turning back around and taking the lead. It didn't take them long before reaching an open grassy field, quickly noticing a type of settlement within the said field. Red held up his sword to signal the others to halt before slowly dropping onto his knee, keeping his presence hidden behind the foliage along the edge of the trees. Instead of seeing a village filled with the natives of this island Red would quickly see a mass number of Hunters, a sight that caused him to grind his teeth in irritation. They plagued the village like an infestation of parasites, leeches who seemed to have made the settlement their own. As he scanned the village further he finally saw the original occupants of the village, now nothing more than prisoners to the Hunters. Red was briefly curious about the natives, taking into account that they weren't humans, but he would quickly shake off that detail and focus his attention on the goal of their mission past the village. The massive tree had been their original target, but now it seems an obstacle of Hunters stood in their way.

Soon enough Red would be taken out of his thoughts as Lindsey spoke up, asking for his opinion on how to continue. Looking at Lindsey Red noticed the lack of her usual carefree or playfulness, instead seeing her unusually serious about the situation. Well, at least she could actually be serious for once. Red shook his head and looked back to the village with a furrowed brow. "I do not see the captain as well, but I'm sure those Hunters have information. If they are here then something of importance should be there," he said before glancing at the captured villagers. "As for the villagers, they are not our concern. If we add them to our priorities then it will only be another hindrance to us, our safety, and the success of our goal. Focus on ourselves and the mission," he stated, his tone cold but his eyes hard as he stared at the captured natives before prying his gaze away from them and looking back to the rest of the group. "The field is too open for us to advance without suffering their gunfire and there is no cover for us to approach without being spotted," he stated with a frown before looking back to the Hunter-infested village. "It would be favorable for us if we are able to lure them into the forest, but I doubt they would give up their position so easily," Red tapped the flat side of his sword against his knee and narrowed his eyes at the huts of the village. "They barely have suitable cover, however. In fact, I would say those huts are quite flammable," he pointed out as he glanced over to Marie, silently wondering if she had any explosives they could use.

"Alright, here's the plan. We will-" Before he could even begin to explain their next step a shot rang out and snapped his head back to the village, his eyes growing wide before a long frustrated groan escaped him. "For fucks sake Azure," he muttered as he spotted the ship's own helmsman facing off with the Hunters, antagonizing them and in the same breath bolting away from them in a mad dash as gunshots cracked in the air behind him. "Shit! Forget everything and save that BLASTED FOOL!" Red barked to the group before bursting from the edge of the forest and bolting towards the fleeing Azure as fast as he could. As the familiar adrenaline before a battle began to rise through his chest Red gritted his teeth as he grew closer to Azure. The moment he would pass the fleeing helmsman Red dug his boots into the earth, coming to a sliding halt as his boots kicked up dirt and focusing his magic behind a winding slash as he raised his sword up past his head. A moment of stillness surrounded him, the world seemingly slowing down as he faced the charging band of Hunters. Within this state of stillness, the only thing he could hear was the crackling of glass behind his ears, a glow of crimson red just out the edge of his vision as he could feel the rivers of his magic flowing into reality. With a deep breath filling his lungs Red clenched his teeth and let out a feral growl before the world snapped back to its former self. With a yell of built-up frustration, Red shot his sword forward, slashing the air in front of him and letting loose a wave of jagged, deep crimson crystals toward the frontlines of the chasing Hunters. Within a blink of an eye, a shower of red crystals rained down on those ahead of the mob, tearing into a handful of them and filling the air with howls and screams of pain. Along with the screams of his targets, the impact of his attack kicked up a cloud of dirt and dust, a perfect cover for the returning gunfire from the ranged Hunters.

"To the trees, NOW!" he boomed to Azure before raising his pistol toward the improvised cover and firing blindly into the dark cloud as he began to back peddle to the forest behind him. "Lindsey, Marie! Put down fire onto the bastards!" he called out before finally reaching the forest edge again and taking cover behind the trees. "Mr. Drakblood, prepare yourself to meet them in melee!" he shouted before snapping his eyes to Azure with a cold yet fiery fury. "What in the hell are you doing here!? Where is Jin!?" he barked before a bullet slammed into the tree near him, sending splinters flying in the air. An irritated growl escaped him before peeking out of his cover and firing a few quick rounds before snapping back behind the tree. Just one, just one mission! Why can't Red ever get one simple mission!?

Even as the female introduced herself as Honeyrose and attempted to get Jin to loosen his grip, rather than listen to the strange female's request, his grip remained firm upon her shoulders, his eyes still widened with both shock and hope that their Captain was still around and nearby possibly. Every word she spoke about the man about how he told her about their entire crew and how he told her to call him by 'gramps' all was just continued confirmation that it was indeed their Captain after all. "Tell me! Tell me where he is!" Desperately, Jin continued to question the female as to the location regarding their Captain until the sudden sight of her frowning and avoiding eye contact of her expression alone had Jin's grip slowly loosen and his own expression softened from one that was shock and hope to one of disbelief. "No..." Taking a single step away from Honeyrose, Jin backed away ever slightly as he stared down towards his palms in continued disbelief. "Again...Again, I let the Captain slip right through my fingers..." Whispering under his breath, he balled his hands into fists, clenching down tightly while gritting his teeth. Even as he heard Honeyrose's continued words ring through his head, Jin's guilt was like a giant weight that continued to press down on him that they had just lost their Captain, a second time and this time they had no idea where he was.
That was until Honeyrose had spoken out two words she had heard from the hunters before they had taken their Captain away, 'Capital City'. With eyes widen at the sound of the location that was just named, Jin's eyes widened yet again. "T-The..Capital..City...?" Even as he repeated the same words, just the sound of the location alone was hard to believe, what would the hunters be doing going there let alone bringing their Captain there for.

The Capital City was one of the most heavily guarded locations all throughout Eldrida aside from the Royal Palace itself that was in the Capital City. Just being able to reach the city alone was a near impossible task, let alone be able to simply land there. Gritting his teeth, Jin was left in a near impossible decision, do they simply let their Captain go and continue on with his legacy or do they attempt an invade the most well guarded city throughout the realm and risk not only death but a mark on all their faces and names permanently. Whatever his decision was going to be, it was going to be a difficult one and aside from that, how was he supposed to tell the crew and how was he supposed to expect them to follow either orders so simply.

While his thoughts wandered, the sudden sound of distant gunfire caused Jin to snap out of his thoughts as his cat-like ears perked upwards, turning his attention towards the origin of the sound, he cursed under his breath. There was no doubt that most likely was Red's group engaging into combat with the hunters. "Unless that sound was some sort of strange animal on this island...I believe my crew is already trying to help your people. Now...lets get going...also, apologies in advance." With that said, Jin approached the strange plant-like female before wrapping a single arm around her waist before scooping her up off her feet and plopping her onto his shoulder. Without wasting a moment, he'd rush off into a full on sprint towards the the sound of where the gunfire had come from. Avoiding trees, branches, and bushes on his rush towards the sound.

Eventually, once reaching the large opening that was the rather large settlement, for a moment Jin stood in awe as to what he had witnessed before him, especially the large tree that had been in the center of the village. If it wasn't for the shouting, and gunfire, Jin wouldn't had been aware that he had still been holding onto Honeyrose, but luckily with the noise, he lowered her back down to her feet before extending an arm out to one of the nearby settlement buildings. "Go! Get inside somewhere and stay down!" As he instructed her, Jin took his attention over towards the large plume of dust and smoke in the air, avoiding contact with any of the stray bullets that wizzed passed his head several times over. "Red! Azure! Anyone, are you out there?!" As he shouted out into the thick smoke and dust that blanketed the air around them, Jin kept his distance to avoid any possible confusion if he were to charge head first into battle.

Marie Caldewell

|Location: S.S. Infinity Exterior

Marie ventured along following along with the rag tag group. Her head turned back to look at the behemoth Timothy as he trailed along. The really seemed to be bringing out the muscle for the search. Maybe it was a bit overkill? What a silly thought to have come to her head. There was no such thing as overkill, only more fun chaos that could be enjoyed. So long as she got a reason to fire off the rail gun... or at the very least found an excuse to shoot it at something she would be happy. The light hiss of it on her back in standby mode being a nice little reminder of the heavy piece of machinery she was carrying.

Speaking of heavy, their little trip made Marie quickly realize just how heavy it was. It couldn't be helped given it was still in the early prototype stages. She needed to get a better understanding of it working to work on making a more portable energy source. It's output wasn't exactly the easiest to create, even if using the fancy crystals as an energy source. At the very least she could work on fine tuning it's efficiency and get a feeling for the calibration to make adjustments after some test firing. She wasn't using a practical weapon though if anything called frot he force she was packing it would regret it... probably.

The engineer tailed behind with the group as they had come upon the village. She had noticeably ducked behind keeping from making her presence known. A tinge of excitement was on her face though it settled down as she listened to Lindsey, blinking a bit at her rather more subdued and sensible approach seeming to ask Red for his opinion. The low his of her pack still helping to fill in the noise a bit as she glanced back and forth looking over to Red. She blinked a bit surprised as Red's gaze turned to her as he mentioned the flammable huts. Was he implying something?

"Hey now, I don't go makin' 'splosives all willy nilly. Ain't got have any on me any whoser. Well I guess my p... nevermind, don't worry 'bout it!"

Marie spoke trailing off glancing away. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to reveal the big pack she had on her back generating the power for her rail gun had the potential to get overloaded and cause a large scale explosion they weren't likely to be able to escape in time. Some details were best left unknown for the frail mind to worry about. Besides, if that DID happen it would be so quick they would hardly feel anything and the only thing left behind of them all would be a nice big crater. One hell of a way to go at the very least!

The mental tangent was caught short as it seemed Azure had somehow got himself involved. Their plan all but falling into pieces (Was there a plan? Truthfully Marie had half payed attention to what Red was saying as much as she was hoping for the phrase 'Start Blastin' to be uttered) it was time to jump into action. Marie touching the pack with one hand as it began to hum loudly it's volume picking up as the mobile generator kicked to life. The lights and sounds of it rather intimidating as she darted to get into a bit better cover. Marie smirking excitedly as she peeked out holding the rail gun in her hand as the generator powered up, a little nod of her head causing her goggles to fall over her eyes.

"Test Fire 1.... GO"

A flair of electricity ran along the metal rails as suddenly a bolt fired out from the barrel. Electricity danced in the air as the high pitched wail echoed from the back. The shot erupted out partially striking through a nearby tree not by penetrating but the sheet force cutting through the bark. The shot struck out shooting through several obstacles and even a house as it struck towards the men going after Azure. A maniacal laughter from Marie escaping into the air.

"Yes! Wonderful, Delightful! Badass! can tune it down a little for sure! Lower output, fire rate of fire... yes yes!" The engineer spoke excitedly clearly enjoying firing off her new little gun tweaking with it. Was it an experiment or her trying to save Azzy? Probably more the former then the latter but as long as her efforts were being also put for a good....ish cause!

Gunfire, gunfire, gunfire. It was a lot even for the thick-headed man to only have Red yell at him. Azure would duck into the trees before realizing, there was no way he was going to be able to hide. He wasn't as small as the others, height and size-wise. He was always on the bigger side, even when he identified as a girl he was still bulky. Azure would then step back out, looking between Red and Marie and then the rest of the group, before his eyes returned to Red, the look of a slightly hurt child for a moment before he went stoneface and looked at the hunters. In one swoop, he lifted the Warhammer over his head, the energy from the eternum crystals giving off a blue hue before Azure slammed it into the ground, a large indent in the earth left behind as the ground trembled under his own strength and a large gust of wind-generated and blue a majority of the hunters yards back, many falling from the unexpected trembling of the earth, gunfire stopping for a moment. Just a moment.

"It's not my fault you don't have a phone, or anyone with you didn't check theirs. I texted the whole group to let people know."
Azure would suddenly snap back at Red. Unfortunately, it was true that Azure did try to let them know the best he could, and would stand up, clearly somewhat battle damage from before, and had gotten more hurt again, blood trickling down his back and arms from a few shots hitting him that he simply ignored.
"These strange people, the ones with flowers? The hunters are after them. I took care of a group back at the shipwreck, no signs of Gramps, Jin went to go save one and was running in this direction,"
he finally added in, looking at the hunters beginning to try and stand up, and quickly, Azure would begin to lift his war hammer up before hearing his name in the distance. Azure's head snapped as his arm dropped for a moment thinking it was Gramps. Was that...could it have been Gramps?"

    "Gramps?"
Azure would say softly, mostly to himself as the child-like look in his eyes from before would return, one that was worried but also a bit hopeful, but not super hopeful. More of the kind where you know it's not true but you really wish it was. Distracted, a few had begun to get up, if not already injured by the three who have attacked, and bullets began to fire, one shitting Azure in his shoulder as if they hadn't taken enough abuse recently already, Azure flinching as his arm dropped with a sharp inhale. It could have been Gramps, but it wasn't likely. It could have easily been Jin since Azure knew he went in this direction, which was likely.

"Just, yell at me later, not now. I have to go find Gra-I mean-Jin!"
he said, looking at the group with red, giving Marie a thumbs off before beginning to run off again, his mind more unfocused than it usually is.
    "Jin!? Jin is that you!?"
he shouted, desperately trying to avoid bullets but not doing a very good job at the moment, more focused on following the voice, and hoping maybe it was Gramps or Jin with Gramps would be the best case.
