Chevalier Academy (Reboot) [Inactive]

Jade chuckled softly when the blond spazzed out. "Sorry but yes you deserve that." she smirked. "I attended a few functions with my family here, I don't know specifics however I do know the general layout. For instance B hall is on the left, A is on the right and C is in between." She explained. "And yes I do have English 3B"

Antonio let out a long sigh and stood. "Well, class is starting. We don't want to be late, do we?" he asked, holding out a hand to help her up with a small smile. He would just go to class and focus on his studies, and hopefully he wouldn't think too much about Jade being here. The last thing he needed to do was spiral into a pit of self-loathing like he usually did when he thought about her. After all, having Naomi around would help, he knew that much.

Alder nods. "Right...now remind me about that for a month and I think I'll do well enough to not lose my way between classes...most of the time." He laughs. He sighs with relief when she says they have the same class. "Thank god for that, I've only met two people so far, glad to know they'll have someone I know in at least one of my classes with me." He thinks. "I wonder how curriculum works at this school. When we fight, when we have basic classes." He seems to think of something. "Oh hey, you know anyone here yet? Meeting new people probably isn't a bad idea huh." He grins

"Perhaps you should get a map for when you find yourself on your own." Jade suggested "This is a good school to make connections, may students from all kinds of family's come here." she nodded in agreement although she'd thought of that before begging to come to the school. "Either way new friends are always a good way to start the year. Although that might be difficult seeing as how many of them are rude" She snapped the last part at a boy who had bumped into her instead of going around. The boy just stared at her a moment and back off as did a few other students giving them some breathing room.

Alder face-palms himself at the mention of the map. "That's genius. Why didn't I think of that." He sighs then watches the others back off. "Okay then." He looks at the time. "Class is soon, we can make it right? Is it far?" He looks at the clock. "Looks like we don't have much time until the bell goes, you got your stuff for class?" He says, motioning to a bag on his shoulder. "I got mine, you leave anything in your locker? Believe it or not I could actually fine mine." He laughs.

Antonio picked his way through the crowd, heading inside. He had seen the school before, since his family insisted that he go, so he knew where he had to go. He pulled a slip of paper from his pocket, reading off the list. "English... Sti cazza." he grumbled. English wasn't his first language, so he already knew he was going to struggle in that aspect. He slid the paper back into his pocket and sighed. Why couldn't he just do training focused on jousting?

He turned the corner and paused, seeing Jade speaking with someone he didn't recognize. A scowl spread across his face, a sudden fire flaring in his chest before he forced himself to be calm. He took a deep breath and walked towards them, heading to his class.

Jade looked up at the clocked as well. "There's still time. There's no real rush, the class is not to far down the hall really. Plue there still registering a bunch of students so I think we're good." She looked back to Adler. "I haven't found my locker yet, figured I would during lunch or something. First day is usually more introductory than anything so not much is really needed, yet anyway." She shrugged catching a glimpse of Antonio drawing close but just focused on Adler.

Antonio calmed himself enough to walk over near the two of them, stopping a few feet away. He was a rather imposing looking figure, especially with the dark look in his eyes. "Salve, Jade. It's quite a surprise to see you here." he said, standing tall with his hands in his pockets. His voice was neutral, though to most it would seem to be a friendly greeting. He slowly turned his eyes to Alder, an eyebrow raising slightly. "I see you're already making friends. As much is to be expected." he said, a tiny smirk on his tightened lips. He was trying to be friendly, but as usual it would probably come off as threatening.

Alder looks between the few, both confused at the tension and the mixed message he is getting from Antonio. "Right...My name is Alder...I'm a chatelain and freshman here at the school." He decided Antonio probably would prefer friendlyness. "Nice to meet you...I think..." He looks confused. "I'm sorry, have I done something wrong here?" His confused gaze floats between the two.

Jade hid her irritation glad at least wasn't his usual over arrogant self. She smiled slightly though it wasn't very warm, just polite. "Hello Antonio. I might not be able to be a Chevalier but that doesn't mean I cannot partake in the sport." She replied, her voice taking on a slightly sharp edge to it but remained calm. She looked over at Adler before shaking her head, "No Alder you haven't done anything wrong. Antonio is just a family friend. No need to worry." She said trying to keep the boy from getting too anxious.

Antonio frowned, staring at Alder for a few moments before turning his attention back to Jade. He could tell that just talking to her was making her angry. As usual. He sighed a bit at that, but he really shouldn't have expected anything different. "No, nothing wrong. Alder, was it? It's nice to meet you." he said before turning to walk off. "I have to get to class. Perhaps we can talk later, Jade?" he asked, glancing over his shoulder for a moment. He didn't wait for an answer and kept walking, looking over at Naomi briefly. He didn't say anything, he just sighed deeply, staring at the floor as he walked. Of course Jade would talk to him like that, she always did.

DESMOND

Desmond has always naturally had darker skin. Over the summer though, from training and working with his uncle outside during the majority of his summer, he had gotten even darker. He personally didn't even know that was possible. Desmond's blonde hair contrasted sharply. He didn't really have an issue with it, but he did get confused looks often. He guessed was quite an odd sight. His hazel eyes adding to his overall interesting appearance. Desmond observed himself in the reflection of the window of his mother's car as she drove him to this new Jousting school his father wanted him to join. 'Why the hell is jousting so popular all of a sudden anyway?' He thought, sighing to himself before turning back to face the front as his mom pulled up to the school.

Desmond just stood at the top of the stairs. He simply stared up at the majestic building. It almost looked as if it hadn't been touched since the Medieval Ages. With one hand on the lower part of the only strap of his backpack he wore and the other hand holding a rolled up registration form, Desmond walked into the front doors. Instantly, he was overwhelmed. So much activity. There were kids everywhere. Teachers fighting through the mix as well. He began to look about. Observing banners with crests, trophies, display cases with old sets of armor in them. 'What the hell...I can't see why anyone would actually want to to go to this school.' Was the repeated thought that continued to cross his mind as he walked.

After some time, Desmond found an outside area with four lines. He assumed this was the registration area. It seemed to be a bit empty out here now, so he guessed he beat the early rush. After a time of waiting, he finally was able to turn in his form. The girl sitting at the table though had an even more odd appearance than his own. 'Blue hair? Really?' Desmond handed the peppy looking girl his form and felt the need to comment. "Blue hair? Really?" Desmond's brow scrunched as he asked, but didn't stay for an answer. He simply shook his head. Just one more thing to add to the ridiculousness of this place.

After turning and walking away, Desmond found a bulletin board with school maps posted to it. He snatched one off and headed to his first class. Finding it fairly easily, he noticed a free desk near the door. A sullen looking boy sat in the seat next to it. He thought, 'Good. Someone who won't try to talk my ear off.' He sat pretty slowly and set his bag on the floor next to him. Once he was settled in his seat, Desmond sighed and 'This will definitely be an interesting experience.' was the only thing that crossed his mind.

(Yep. Had to read 2-3 pages >.<)

Naomi had followed Antonio, only to watch this convo go on with his friend. And it was obvious that Antonio had some feelings for this girl. Jade was it? Yeah. He seemed to have feelings for her. Soon, he was walking off, causing naomi to follow next to him "Aww..you like her dont you, Antonio? I can see it in your face.." she felt bad for him cause jade didnt really see how Antonio was acting. But naomi sure did "I'll keep her single if you want me to."

-Godiva-

Godiva nodded at the vice president, beaming widely as she approached the stack of papers.

"Of course. Anything to help," Godiva said cheerfully as she gave the stack a once over. There was no way their infamous president would be able to tackle even half of this on his own. He had let the stack pile up too high. She took half, well actually much more than half, of the stack and stationed herself at her own desk. She sped through the pages with determination, signing off where she needed to. A student approached her to turn in his registration form and she gave him a smile, like she gave to everyone. She took his paper and began to sign off on his paperwork when she heard his remark. Her smile faltered and fell for a second before it returned with full force on her face. She didn't want any snide comment to ruin her day. She shook off the thought and continued with her paperwork, determined to finish.

-Caspian-

Caspian's eyes rolled over to the student who had opted to take the recently vacated seat. He gave the male a slow once over, wondering if this was his second chance. Maybe he could make a friend.

"Hey," Cas decided to say, nodding his head toward the male. "My name is Caspian, er- Cas. You new too?" He tried to offer a smile, but it seemed so unnatural on his face that it looked more like a sneer. He turned fully toward Desmond, leaning forward to try to further engage the male, though this just seemed like he was brooding.
