What's an strange attacks.

He's trying to say, that the scythe will have a strange variety of attacks due to being a mutation

Actually fighting with a scythe is strange. with or without mutation the blade is inside. So you have to enter openly before attacking. Probably using a quarterstaff / bo Technics can help. But don't worry i wouldn't be exigent with npc battles.

And the scythe does have great range of variety of attacks and so does the pike but thanks to this vid I'm inspired to stay with. (Beacause the baby so curse my love for cute things!)


 
You can actually fight with a scythe like this if your skilled enough which my character is. (Acts all cool)

That is why i call combination of quarterstaff. Most of her style is using the spins i do with my staff. The difference is finishing than are pulls towards you to cut. If you don't use the edge is a staff with an interesting ornament.

Why I use the same style as her but the style I use is where it cuts the air called 'air cutter' in this technique it's all about letting the scythe do the work while the wind guides it but when your attacking or blocking that's where you put all strength in like any other scythe, and another reason I like scythes is that the blade is big enough to block and attack.

Sorry to break the fantasy, the blade of the scythe aren't thick enough to block an income attack. "Air cut" skill isn't authorized with out certain degree of control over air. "dark cut" and "light cut"are variant used by those who control light and darkness. I fear the skill set you wanted can not be achieved with your current tool.

Hmm you got a point while a scythe is good for complex attacks the enemy can't see that good it lacks in defense and durability hmmmm having doubts about the duration of it big time...I don't even know if it can with stand attacks from swords or beast types.

The good part is than we haven't see a spirit break, in the manga. As such, that wouldn't be a problem. Now instead the air slash you want how if pouring some spirit essence/chi to the tool to create a wave of energy than travels trough air than hurt the enemy. This could be a self invented spirit skill. but like dai mubai your lose that spirit power as soon you release it.

I know like that one girl from black rock shooter, but I don't want to lose the skill.

You don't lose the skill is, you have limit usage of it. The spirit power is limited pool of energy. No even a Title doulou can escape that. To use a skill would slowly deplete that pool. i can not use my Wind barrier unlimited nor the Eight Trigram Palm can used with energy consecutive. With use of training we can extend duration of spirit abilities or put more energy or less energy in them.

tool spirit. everything than don't affect the body is a tool spirit. You can have only sight enhancing eyes, but since is inside there are beast spirit.

if you have the same deference in your arms as in your rest of the body, the point of your knuckles wouldn't be necessary. Real guard is a light defense than help survive another attack more than you, alone, cannot.
