having some issues with the scrolling bar - as well as if I have multiple tabs open - the chat not being consistent as far as refreshing/scrolling goes. I have to refresh manually, a lot, to see messages.

So I can see it, but I'm not sure if it's making any noise when I receive messages. The option to mute the sounds is unchecked so it's not that... It could just be that the sounds are stupendously quiet though... maybe.

I'm getting this as well, with or without multiple tabs open. Sometimes the scroll bar won't go all the way to the bottom of the window (private messages especially), and there are a lot of times where I have to refresh multiple times for replies to show up.

I clearly have a problem with this when I'm on my iPad, which I'm on very often. No chat bar nor large chat so no way for me to chat when i'm on my iPad.

I've found a bug where, occationally, certain texts I've written (in both the chatroom and PM) are only seen on certain firefox tabs.


For example, If I'd message one of my friends with a 'Hi', and then we continue the conversation on that window. Then, when I change window and continues the conversation, everything I've said prior isn't visible to me.


I can close the window and open it again, but it doesn't help. All I could do to fix this is change back to the previous tab.


This has become quite troublesome.

Yes, this is the place to ask questions about the chatbar at the bottom. I'm not sure I understand what you're asking or what you're having a problem with though. Can you explain it with a bit more detail for me, please?

Okay! Well, even when I scroll to the bottom of the page, I still can't see the chat bar, and when I used to be able to see and click the chat bar, it would not automatically scroll down to new posts in the chatroom. Sorry for misunderstandings!

I'm having the same problem.

The chat bar was removed and we went back to the previous site-wide chat, so... Apparently there were too many issues with it or something.
