Backstory:
Victims, him and his siblings were at the hands of the enemy. They slaughtered and destroyed their village without any regard for human life. A combined effort by both Fae and Beastkin.
Sparing not a single one of them.
Caelum was only 13 at the time, tasked with protecting his mother and siblings as his father went with the other villagers to defend their home. A quick goodbye he’d given, planting a kiss on all of their foreheads before vanishing into the smoke that billowed from the debris.
That was the last time they’d spoken.
He’d peer from his window, seeing that large bipedal bears and wolves, Treants, and elf’s scouted their home. Slaying all that stood, ripping the humans apart via magic or with their jaws.
Next to go was their mother, who would provide a distraction for her children to live. Though she’d be struck down with ease by a large claw right in front of them. Caelum would shield his siblings' eyes so that they wouldn’t see.
Caelum would charge the beast but what was a child to do against a bear. Before it would take his life, it happened.
Lightning arced across the sky creating a moment's hesitation. Then another, before crashing into the village. Striking the two of them at once. Shortly after, darkness would encompass his vision.

Caleum devoted his life to Jupiter, for without him. Him and his siblings wouldn’t breathe now.
