Born half Japanese half Irish Kyle lived a normal life in Japan until the age of 17 where he was kidnapped and tortured among many other males his age. He was the subject of many human experiments. He watched many of his peers die during the 4 months of experiments, and slowly found himself able to answer many questions he had previously wondered before. Over time he got smarter and his body got stronger. Slowly he found himself in a state of a clouded mind more often, and discovered that he was gaining the ability to control his soul as a separate entity from his body. Over the next 2 months he gained a better control of this power and killed his kidnappers, they he knew his powers were far from done maturing. He knew he was no longer a full human and decided against going home. He also quickly noticed that he had stopped aging, and couldn't stay in the same area for too long without the locals being suspicious, that is until he found a school for people like him.
