@Liquorice I must have not paid attention to your character being from the New York Incident. If you want to have her be from then it's fine, but you will need to fit her in with the existing wards of the facility. (The NPCs listed in the Database section.)


@Vulpes Please make the character from the Philadelphia Incident. Also, his ability needs some changes. It has to be passive, so no "he can". It would be "he is constantly". And the amount of electricity you have him producing is far too high. Survivors are not protected from their own abilities, so if he's outputting enough electricity to kill a person that means he has that voltage flowing through his own body, which would be fatal. I suggest looking at Subject Spark's entry in the Database to see a more toned down example of an electrical ability. Also remove all mention of control from the ability, as no survivor has any willful influence over their power.

Do you want the power to be basic electricity generation or his body being polarized?


The former is easy since it's already written up in Spark's sheet, and powers do not need to be unique. The latter would make the electrical aspect more conditional but would extend into more electromagnetic applications.

Standing a whopping 6ft 9in and weighing in at 640lbs. He has wide shoulder that fill a doorframe. No hair on his body at all, including eyebrows and lashes. His eyes are a steel grey color, and his skin an almost chrome silver. 


Personality: 


Arthur is gererally laid back, he has very few cares and rarely voices his opinion. Those whom he grows close to may hear what he thinks from time to time. Even rarer than his opinion however is his anger, it takes a lot to irritate him and a lot more to get a reaction. 


Background:


Arthur Savage was a star athlete at Xavier high school in New York City. He was raised by Victor and Mary savage, Victor a policeman, and Mary a teacher at his school. He used to be a very excitable young man, with a quick temper and a loud voice for his opinions. After the incident he seems to have changed on more than just a physical level. He was at the school with his mother at the time of the incident and witnessed her death in the collapse of the school. He dug himself from the rubble when he heard the recovery team above him, and promptly surrendered to them. He claims his transformation into what he is now was the most painful thing he had ever felt, saying it was akin to having every cell of his body simultaneously on fire. Since then he has seemed to develop an inner peace but will not explain where it came from and why.

Description:


Arthur's skin, bones, muscle fibers,blood and even nervous system have all been changed into five seperate organic metals. These metals are non magnetic, and each have different properties. His skin acts like the skin of a shark causing most Force applied to glance off and  be shredded on the rough surface. His muscle fibers became a metal with stretching capabilities and a high tensile strength. Whereas his bones have become incredibly hard, more so than any known terrestrial metal. His blood is replaced with mercury, and his nervous system with gold, Both of which are molecularly different than their terrestrial counterparts.

Rejected.


The backstory mentions nothing of the time between the Shanghai Incident and the New York Incident.


The ability has too many different parts, it too controlled, and being turned to metal would have instantly killed him as metal cannot support life.


Also, to join at this point you would need to make a character with a danger level 3 power, one that would pose too large a danger to themselves or others to allow them to interact with other survivors.
