The age is 2053, After the third world war, which happened six years before hand, only the financial and technology driven countries live in this world. During the time of this world, a chip, that would be put into the brain of the soldier, called new type was put into the soldier to give extraordinary abilities similar to super powers.
When the war end, they were taken out the soldiers and destroyed, but some one was careless. A few chips were found as well as copied to be sold on the black market.
Third years prior to the events that will take place in the role play, Gangs began using these chips making close to impossible to stop their activities. It took awhile, but in 2053, the police were soon able to get chips for themselves and now the real war begins. Since both sides now have equal grounds at this moment, who will win?
