I use this OC for non realistic, fantasy, future, so I just stuck this under whatever!

  Hair: Black hair that is cut kinda badly. Why? It's a thing for nogistism to her days past. Her hair is cut instead of somewhat being straight is cut on an angle resulting the hair at the left side of her face is short, and the rest is diagonally downwards making for a very weird cut that does attract attention if unwanted. This is due to it being easy for her to lean over a table and such without having to tie her hair up or put it in a ponytail so that she can work with no problem. Shortcut of sorts? It's either just down, in two tails that tied low near collar bone or let down just with the starting of a French braid(which aren't actually French) that ends once the hair leaves direct contact with her sculp, not having much thing to grab onto just out of precaution. In certain roleplays her hair is all the same length.
  
  
  Eyes: Her eyes are red, (cause why not, animee! It's normal in the universe)not as one would suppose blue, considering her name. She hates-hates-hates the mentioning of such troubles and rather stay away from the fact that her name is a hue of blue. Legally her eyes in her passport are blue, which in a way grounds her to the country she is in.
  
  
  Body: Cerulean is a passing for petite teen, rather skinny, yet not noticeably so.
  
  
  Attire: Her clothing choice is a plain white dress shirt along with a longish grey sweater and thigh high black socks with black boots. It's really her default wear in a way. Her wonderland attire is as follows a white dress shirt tied with a red ribbon and a jacket which most significant feature is its tails somewhat being in the shape similar to the edges of a flag. Then she has a dress, which is red-black plaid with a silver chain hanging from from one side that is a silver watch with a plain yet transitional design. She also wears thigh high socks and a pair of boots similar to what she wears in mundane time. She also wears a fair amount of jewelry, three rings. A silver rather sleek snake ring, with a more matte finish without scales and a two tiny garnet eyes and only loping round once on her middle right hand. The snake holds it's tail in its tongue, as it is based off of the snake who did so. On her pinky left hand, she has a thin silver ring that resembles a branch twisted in a circle with every segment which would branch out, tiny rubies. The last ring, which is a fine silver, is an antique ring that is a family heirloom on her index finger. It's lacy and has quite a lot of intricate interweavings but doesn't make it all the way around, the end not touching the beginning to be able to have multiple wearers and ajust. The design seems rather consistent way around, but on the inside, if the ring is taken off, a family insignia, marking or crest seems to be present. The rings may or may not have a symbolic meaning. Not going to bring up what they mean, but you can try to decipher them yourself~

• Personality
  
  Cerulean is a slightly shy reluctant silently witty individual who spends her time alone rather compared to interactions. Not know for be particularly loud or attention seeking, she tries to blend into the background as a slight detraction from the others with low esteem not actively shown but hidden you her mask. Then again, her mask is the largest part of her personality, and what really filters her thoughts and actions not allowing her to say anything stupid or do anything that stupid without realization. She is also a secret trickster, by heart not by habit. What she loves most is irony in situations, even taking to laugh out loud without care or inwardly at the point where ironism comes up. She is clumsy, when coming to unfamiliar situations, to be exact more interactions with actually humans when she does not feel okay in her own skin. To many gazes and things go downhill for her. She seems serious and goal oriented, for the most part. Her tolerance levels are okay, but truly vex her, and she'll rain down more internal damage pointing out your downfalls in harm to your inners, always in an indirect manner that seemingly has no connection to her as a being. Being a strategist, she plots things like revenge rather seriously.

  Strengths:
  
  Quick, Imaginative and Strategic Mind – INTJs pride themselves on their minds, taking every opportunity to improve their knowledge, and this shows in the strength and flexibility of their strategic thinking. Insatiably curious and always up for an intellectual challenge, INTJs can see things from many perspectives. INTJs use their creativity and imagination not so much for artistry, but for planning contingencies and courses of action for all possible scenarios.
  
  High Self-Confidence – INTJs trust their rationalism above all else, so when they come to a conclusion, they have no reason to doubt their findings. This creates an honest, direct style of communication that isn't held back by perceived social roles or expectations. When INTJs are right, they're right, and no amount of politicking or hand-holding is going to change that fact – whether it's correcting a person, a process, or themselves, they'd have it no other way.
  
  Independent and Decisive – This creativity, logic and confidence come together to form individuals who stand on their own and take responsibility for their own actions. Authority figures do not impress INTJs, nor do social conventions or tradition, and no matter how popular something is, if they have a better idea, INTJs will stand against anyone they have to in a bid to have it changed. Either an idea is the most rational or it's wrong, and INTJs will apply this to their arguments as well as their own behavior, staying calm and detached from these sometimes emotionally charged conflicts.   Hard-working and determined – If something piques their interest, INTJs can be astonishingly dedicated to their work, putting in long hours and intense effort to see an idea through. INTJs are incredibly efficient, and if tasks meet the criteria of furthering a goal, they will find a way to consolidate and accomplish those tasks. However, this drive for efficiency can also lead to a sort of elaborate laziness, wherein INTJs find ways to bypass seeming redundancies which don't seem to require a great deal of thought – this can be risky, as sometimes double-checking one's work is the standard for a reason.
  
  Open-minded – All this rationalism leads to a very intellectually receptive personality type, as INTJs stay open to new ideas, supported by logic, even if (and sometimes especially if) they prove INTJs' previous conceptions wrong. When presented with unfamiliar territory, such as alternate lifestyles, INTJs tend to apply their receptiveness and independence, and aversion to rules and traditions, to these new ideas as well, resulting in fairly liberal social senses.
  
  Jacks-of-all-Trades – INTJs' open-mindedness, determination, independence, confidence and strategic abilities create individuals who are capable of doing anything they set their minds to. Excelling at analyzing anything life throws their way, INTJs are able to reverse-engineer the underlying methodology of most any system and apply the concepts that are exposed wherever needed.   Weaknesses:
  
  Arrogant – INTJs are perfectly capable of carrying their confidence too far, falsely believing that they've resolved all the pertinent issues of a matter and closing themselves off to the opinions of those they believe to be intellectually inferior. Combined with their irreverence for social conventions, INTJs can be brutally insensitive in making their opinions of others all too clear.
  
  Judgmental – INTJs tend to have complete confidence in their thought process, because rational arguments are almost by definition correct – at least in theory. In practice, emotional considerations and history are hugely influential, and a weak point for INTJs is that they brand these factors and those who embrace them as illogical, dismissing them and considering their proponents to be stuck in some baser mode of thought, making it all but impossible to be heard.
  
  Overly analytical – A recurring theme with INTJs is their analytical prowess, but this strength can fall painfully short where logic doesn't rule – such as with human relationships. When their critical minds and sometimes neurotic level of perfectionism (often the case with Turbulent INTJs) are applied to other people, all but the steadiest of friends will likely need to make some distance, too often permanently.
  
  Loathe highly structured environments – Blindly following precedents and rules without understanding them is distasteful to INTJs, and they disdain even more authority figures who blindly uphold those laws and rules without understanding their intent. Anyone who prefers the status quo for its own sake, or who values stability and safety over self-determination, is likely to clash with INTJ personality types. Whether it's the law of the land or simple social convention, this aversion applies equally, often making life more difficult than it needs to be.
  
  Clueless in romance – This antipathy to rules and tendency to over-analyze and be judgmental, even arrogant, all adds up to a personality type that is often clueless in dating. Having a new relationship last long enough for INTJs to apply the full force of their analysis on their potential partner's thought processes and behaviors can be challenging. Trying harder in the ways that INTJs know best can only make things worse, and it's unfortunately common for them to simply give up the search.   So. There'll be two sections. One, happenings unbeknownst to her that she'll never find out, and then her known past that can be actually hinted at and can be brought forwards without metagaming. Of course, the stuff she doesn't know won't be mentioned at all, but us just there for some realism of sorts and explaining to make things plausible as it can get!
  
  
  As a infant, she had been a child from one of those “poor families” in a country that to curb population crisis had a one child law, which her parent's couldn't uphold the fee without letting bankruptcy hit them. They already had one older child.To avoid the death and poverty of the family that they had, they had Cerulean and sent off to an illegal trafficking ring where infants no older than three months would be shipped off to areas for different intentions, most oftenly for some unfertile, poor or elderly. They also supplied to underworld rings rarely. Buy “fate” she ended up in an adoption cross/country illegal adoption program, which she was put up for adoption/supply. And parents wanting certain appearance or genetic qualities in a child could just order, and they would try to fill it as so as possible, often leaving any undesirable children to rot or grow up at the center for other uses. She was then shipped off to a couple, who had legally named her a hue of blue, but had shipped the wrong child over, resulting in a bunch of stuff happening. The child supposed to be taken to their house was accidentally killed from a stomach wound. She was led outside with a ribbon tied to her hand which also had a certain heirloom that if she showed to the right people would lead her to her family.
  
  
  As a couple, the two of her parents had adopted a child before her from a couple who they had known for, saving them from a dilemma caused by his parent, specifically his mother. The two agreed fulfilling one of their dreams unable due to ovadic problems. The child looked close enough to be seeming relatives and related closely, and was still at the age imprinting wasn't to difficult in their favour. This child was named after his eyes, a hue of blue, specifically sky blue. After raising the child for 7 years, they decided they wanted another child, This time luck not being as favourable as before, they had stumbled upon the contacting of the ring, and went and applied. For the disappearance of the blonde blue-eyed child, they had just thrown whoever was unwanted in a ditch effort. Having already the legal forms filled out, except for hair colour, they were surprised to see this red-eyed black-hatred show up on their door step. But none the less, they loved her the same, just got more looks out in public which they didn't mind much. Skye, the older child also got along well with Cerulean, so it was written in stone, wel wax that she was their child. For years this went on happily, till the age of 9 when her father, happening to be a carpenter died from untreated blood infection, gotten from just his work and a mighty sharp chisel which with luck dropped onto him and other stuff not meaning to be mentioned. To much detail. At the age of nine, her older brother four years older than her had tried to hide it. But their family, not being that poor, but lower than middle class, and to deal greatly from this loss, and without much good life insurance it was difficult to do. Her mother had to take on more job hours again with not only being a flight attendant and a bilingual teacher, in a way traveling all over the place. Her brother also took up to learn a trade, which being in printing presses digitally and also on paper. This left Cerulean with way to much spare time on her hands, and leavinga nine year old alone resulted in lots of trouble but also gaining experience and street smarts not only book smarts that she had piles of before. Then at ten, she was given to a previous classmate of her dead fathers for uber babysitting just to keep her out of dangers way which she had learned to manage better. This crazy old man, was a clocks smith which Cerulean took to learn and help in that way due to boredom while her brother was working on and progressing up in a publishing area designing book covers at a young age, gaining him rather good rep and money. It was like that for a few years, 3 and each learned quite a lot. Then their mother met their step father which was a company owner who specialized in. Chemistry and pigment the formulas. To his surprise, she was not only a flight attendant, but also one who lingered around universities and was highly literate. So then they fell in love over the span of 1 year from being business friends of sorts. There Sky had rather success, and the family condition better while Cerulean tinkered and learned useful life facts from her rambling legend of a mentor and also the trade. Soon having a rather large source of money under their lands for funds and stuff, Sky quit his designing job to work with his step father while Rue lived with him and lived separately from the adults. Another year, half an year to be exact, their mother died from the oviadic problem that had left her unable to bear children. Rue, at this point ran off, still barely keeping contact with her brother who seemed not to treat her more as a daughter, undermining what she had been doing at the crazy clock smith’s house all those years and intelligence, offering to just let him pay for her life fees and not caring that much compared to when they were closer. This went on for quiet a while, only barely living on money that she had accepted reluctantly and earned in the years before luxury. To feed herself she started a web-shop which she now lives off on. She does live like this till now till further development.

  Cerulean isn't the best at making friends and generally all that stuff. It's difficult for her to find someone who she sees as an equal, not too below or above her. Anybody she sees above her, she is willing to hang out with or be friends with, but she also half idolizes them and respects them too much for any close friendship. Those below her, she sees them as okay. She'd rather not spend her time around them, but she can accept it if she has obligations to or just has to. Those who she has distaste to, she just secretly despises, but is willing to spend time just not quite much without loathing them in the back of her mind with the task of her emotions perfectly composed. She thinks of these people as just stupid without a clear mind. Usually she has disagreeable yet tolerant opinions of people who have not wronged her, but those who have just done something blatantly stupid or biased or not okay in her books. She seeks no revenge on these people. Her foes. Ah. She will chase you down to the ends of the earth using strategized emotional physiological torture and creative methods of such trickery without them even knowing that she did it. Being able to even mask her emotions well, it's certain to say, if you're her foe, she will strive to make your life hell. Not in the literal term of killing one, but just causing one lots of emotional imbalance. Those who are her foes have wronged someone of her who she had felt directly relating to. Not a big family person or one with many people she can feel protective over its hard to wrong her like that.
  
  
  She can not look up to people who are meek or intolerable. People to extroverted she can't look up to either. It's hard to have a personality that is just okay that she doesn't idolize and respect way to much, yet dosen't think poorly or averagely. It's difficult to be her friend cause of many factors such as those. She spends more time overly respecting people than actually making freinds.

Overall, I really do like Cerulean! But I think she could use more specific interests and motivations. I guess just more little details would make the character easier to empathize with.
