Greetings!
Just recently signed up for the forum, but I'm not really new to forum, I noticed the game I originally signed up for is most likely dead so I looked around to join something else and I think this one is interesting, seems to mix a futuristic military setting with anime-kind of "school slice-of-life", and I like that flavor.
I do wish to ask if you still have a free spot open, and while I see you can create a character with an unique species/background, I'm also interested if you allow 1 or more characters per player, and if a player can flesh out the origin world/culture of the character as well.
As example, I am interested in positioning the home system in the neighboring sector to the one of the academy, and to specify culture and tech they use. I also ask if it is possible to have a neutral system origin and/or if the character could be a transfer/exchange student.
I also don't know if I just missed it, or if there is no history background about the story being set in future of Earth, and if there is where I can find it, I would like to know who/how explored the stars and how the humans are ruled right now. Thank you for your reply and understanding.

you know it was never mentioned how humans were ruled and technically we do have an exchange student in my character ( at least cultural exchange)

We always have spots open! We welcome anyone! Just go to the sign up page and make your character!
We are not located in earth. You can feel free to make a human, but we are located on an alien planet. The humans were one of the races that have been taken over by the Krayers (an evil planet dead set on taking over the universe.) Our academy is a home for volunteers and refugees whose planets have been taken or destroyed. We are in the midst of training our students to defend planets against the Krayers. They can be exchange, but they had to have begun school with the others. It's important for all the students to be at the same performance level, so while you can enter late, your character should have been at the school for as long as everyone else. You can have I believe up to 4 characters. That is stated in the overview. You can create your character from scratch. You can make the race, the backstory, the world your character lived on, if they had a democracy or if they had kings and queens, and if it is still a living planet.
We have certain departments where they can be part of: pilot, foot soldier, tech specialist, medic, informant. You can even make a teacher if you want to. Now what exactly do you mean by home and neutral system?

Haha yeah that's true. Also the planet is called Tiden, it has a mix of several different races, and we are located on an island next to a major city
