"Hehe little girl.." Alexis was surrounded by a group of menacing and tall men, "It's to pay up on that promise you made earlier." The man talked with a gruff voice, Alexis just stood there..

"Aw, come on, dude. You wouldn't hurt a poor little girl like would ya?" She said in an almost mocking tone, to which the man responded with a gruff laugh and threw a punch to Alexis. "This is strike one. Two more and I may have to kill ya." She ducked out of the way of his punch, wrapped her arms around his neck, connecting her right shoulder with his left armpit, she had him in a headlock. She then interlocked her left leg with his right and took his leg out from underneath him, at this point she let gravity take over as she threw the man flat on his ass. Aware that there were at least 2 other men with him, she quickly released him and recovered.

The men all looked frightened, "Damn.. you didn't tell us she could fight back!?" One of them exclaims, "I don't care! Get her!." Yelled another...

"Strike two." She widened her stance she dodged the first punch thrown and using his momentum, threw him to the ground with his arm. Another punch incoming from her left, she turned her foot and pivoted on it, she avoided the punch like before but used his momentum to land a punch directly on his gut. He coughed violently and fell down writhing in pain. One last one, from behind, she pivoted but was too late, she was tackled, she had the wind knocked from her, "Strike.. three." She grabbed the men's head and wrapped her legs around his lower back. SHe had him in a Gullotine Choke... "GIve up yet?" She said, the man was tapping out, "I.. give in.." She released him and got up, dusting herself off and grabbing her headphones which had fallen off.

"Good.." She put on her favorite music, which happened to be Thunderstruck by AC/DC and walked away from the scene.

Mikahil smiled watching the event unfold. He was going to intervene when things got ugly, but he wasn't expecting it to be ugly for the men, so he wanted to praise the girl, "Nice to see women getting better at handling themselves," he said walking towards her. "And you didn't even use your powers. Unless you have a mind read ability." He smiled at her. "So why'd they attack you? Did they want some thing that all men want, or was it because you did something." He had a smug grin and looked at the hurt men. "They had it coming alright. Hah." He wondered why none of the three used their powers on her when she was clearly fucking them up. Badly.

Alexis Strait
Alexis looked at Mika confused, he was opening his mouth, but no words were coming out. Her mind went blank then it processed what was happening, she tapped on the left headphone and the music stopped, "I'm sorry, man. Did you say something?" She said as she pulled the headphones down around her neck.

It wasn't her fault... actually it kinda was, she always liked to have her music up loud, "My music was loud, I could barely hear what you said, could you repeat that, dude?" She said almost embarrassed for having Mika repeat himself.

Mikahil turned to the girl, "oh you're fine. Since you responded to the guys I didn't think those headphones were on, but let me start by saying that I was planning on intervening when things got ugly, but I thought it wouldn't be in your favor. You can handle yourself nicely and it's good you can. Handle yourself." He smiled, "now we can get to the good stuff. My name is Mikahil, but if it sounds like too much of a mouthful then you can just call me Mika. I just wanted to know why they attacked you." He gave a serious expression after asking that question.

Fjord Fjordson had witnessed the whole scene as well, heartily laughing and taking a swig of the ale he held in his hand. "I agree, that was a rather marvelous spectacle." The dwarf stepped forward to converse with the two of them, accompanied by a swirling mass of creatures behind him. "But you're laying it on a bit thick there, son. Try being more confident." Fjord joked. The swarm trailing Fjord stretched down to speak. "We do not think this male is trying to find a mate, Fjord." Glash stated, ruining the dwarf's attempt at a joke. "Glash, of course he isn't; I'm just having a little fun is all. For all the knowledge you bugs have, you've yet to understand humor." Fjord explained, making this introduction of him and Glash rather awkward.

Alexis Strait
Alexis looked at him and put on a hand on her headphones around her neck, "Oh these? Yeah I took 'em off. I only put 'em back on because I didn't expect to be approached this quickly.." She said, honestly. Her calm and collected expression turned to deviousness, "Oh you think a cute, lil' girl like myself can't hold her own?" She put a finger to her lip and and looked at him with cute eyes. She held it for a second and went back to smiling, "Nah, I'm just messin' with ya, dude. It's called Brazilian Jiu-jitsu." She put her hands up and threw a couple fake punches at him.

She thought for a moment when he asked why they attacked her, "Well, if you wanna know that you'll have to take me to dinner first." She joked, she put her headphone on but didn't turn them on, "Come on, walk and talk with me, Mika." As they walked, "Oh I'm Alexis." She looked ahead, with her 'neutral' expression as she called it, "As for why they attacked me, well, let's just say I made a deal that they though I couldn't uphold. After realizing I couldn't.. well.. you saw what went down." Despite her tomboy personality, her walk was rather womanly, but not to feminine with the large hip sways, just a normal woman walking.

"So, my dude, why do you ask? Any particular reason? Did you hope that me telling you, that I would cry and fall into your arms and fall in love with you." She joked yet again, she looked to to the dwarf then to the swarm of bugs called Glash. Her mind went blank at Glash then it hit her, "Holy shit!" She exclaimed, "What in the hell are you?" She cleared her throat, "Sorry.. I.. didn't mean to be rude." She said, her cheeks flushed with embarrassment.

Glash was taken aback by the female's reaction, until Fjord raised his voice. "Mind your manners, he's very self conscious." Fjord joked, since that couldn't be any further from the truth. "But to answer your question, this here is an otherwordly creature. something like a hive of bugs. Isn't that right, Glash?" The dwarf looked back to his friend. "A little simplistic explanation, but it serves the purpose well of conveying our existence to the female. What a rare occurrence for you, Fjord." The dwarf cringed at the swarm's remark. "Well, you know me." He said with a sigh. "And what do you mean rare occurrence? Are you saying I'm not serious most of the time?" He asked Glash. In response, the swarming being said nothing; Fjord laughed at this.

Mikahil slightly blushed at all the jokes being made, but he still had his control. "Sounds like a nice art to know." He smiled at Alexis, "Nice to meet you Alexis. No I didn't expect you to cry on my shoulders. How could I? Seeing you kicking Ass and all that." He suddenly heard two more new faces jest about 'finding a mate.' And with that, he blushed. "What's with all these jokes?" He smiled. "So I know that the thousands of bug-like creatures are dumbed down into just one name as if it were one being: Glash. So what's your name, sir?" Mikahil thought it was nice to have people with diverse personalities. It gave a humorous feel to it.

The beaming dwarf grinned and said, "The name's Fjord Fjordson; last dwarf in existence and here to help when needed." He gave a mock bow as he introduced himself. Glash reshaped itself into tendrils to put Fjord back into a normal standing position. "Do you have to kill the fun, Glash?" Fjord asked his slightly perturbed acquaintance. "Don't get the wrong idea, Fjord. It's just that you need to learn when to cut back on this aloof attitude." The alien swarm advised him. "Well I never! Friend, being this lighthearted can help people you know; they do say laughter is the best medicine after all." He took another sip of ale and smirked. "We do not think that is the case in most scenarios, more advanced first aid is necessary for threatening injuries or infection."Glash corrected the dwarf's statement. "Sigh, it's just an expression pal; lighten up, eh?"

Cete had to tilt his head when he found that he had no idea where he was currently heading at. "Human, will you tell me the direction of where this place is at?" He spoke to some random female human whom when she saw him in his Arklut form, decided to skedaddle. How rude, he was only asking for directions to Celestial Academy and yet the female decided to run away. Why must human be pathetic to not answer a question when asked to. This was the 10 time this thing had happened and it was started to frustrate him. Next time he asked, if the human run away then he was gonna freeze it until the question was answer, he didn't care if he got in trouble. (Open for interaction)

Mikahil chuckled, "Well you two seem like good friends. It's nice to have a connection like that." He looks at all three of them, "So where are you all from? I'd like to know the different environments that you all originated from." Mikahil was glad to meet three new faces that were pretty friendly.

"Ah, yes, well, I'm from deep underground; we dwarves are mining folk...." Fjord pauses before finishing that sentence. "Uhm, we WERE mining folk, spent so much time digging holes and missing out on the beauty of the surface." He correctly iterated. "As for our twitchy friend here..." Fjord points his thumb behind towards Glash. But before anyone can give more contribution, a dark brooding figure appears over the shoulder of Alexis."I've heard of death hanging over someone's shoulder, but...." Fjord joked, as the figure spoke in a low tone of voice.

She asked Mika.

Mikahil looked at fjord, "Well I hope you're enjoying your time on the surface." He suddenly heard a deep voice and turned to a strange...creature. "Sounds...interesting." He tried not to cringe and be polite, "And, um, as for the specifics. Just the environment or where you came from would be fine. You don't have to tell me though if you don't want to." He then smiled, but then turned to the creature again, "Well, um...could you go further into detail about this...blackness?" He was a bit surprised that some thing like this existed, but he wouldn't treat him any less because of it.

Seems most find it easier to pronounce" he released a breath,before looking to mikahil, and inwardly grinned" Mika, you must understand when one states blackness, it is much...more,than you realize. She tapped her left headphone, turned her music on and walked away. She hummed to the tune of the song currently playing. She sighed and puts her hands into her sweatshirt pocket and enjoyed her music as she walked.

The strange individual named Cotari, but stating Cody would suffice, answered Mikahil's question. Fjord and Glash stood by and listened to Cody give his description. "A black void? Oh yeah, I've experienced that. Good ole golden lager can do that to a man." Fjord smiled. "Uh, Fjord, is that really an acceptable thing to say?" Glash inquired the slightly inebriated dwarf. "Eh, if it is or isn't doesn't matter. I merely jest, it's all in good fun." He replied. "One of these days, you humor is going to get you, and by extension, us, into major trouble." Glash warned the dwarf, hoping he would listen for once. Afterwards, Alexis stated she had to depart, and left listening to her music. To lighten the mood amongst the remaining unique characters, Fjord only had one thing to offer. "Y'all up for a drink?"

" excuse me...glash,was it? I find your...how should I put this, make up, interesting. Are you some form of advanced...hive mind,muh like the of earth?"

Mikahil heard that Alexis had to leave, but she had her headphones on, so it wouldn't matter if he said anything because she wouldn't hear, but he doesn't mind all that much. He then faced Fjord who offered a drink. "Yeah. A drink sounds nice." He then listened to Cody's questions.

Fjord clapped his hands and sat down on the ground; taking off his backpack and setting it aside. From it, he pulled 3 mugs; "I don't know what y'all's alcohol tolerance is, so I'll use the mild stuff." He stated, pouring a light rum into each of the mugs. Glash helped and handed a mug to Mikahil and Cody. Fjord was about to take a sip when he heard Cody sympathize with his plight, "Thanks." Fjord solemnly said with a sigh. "It's good to know that there are others who can understand what I've gone through; it makes me feel less alone."

Cody had shifted the subject toward Glash, inquiring the biology of such a species. "Indeed, we are one, yet also many. But we have achieved sentience and consciousness, unlike earth insects. We'd tell you more, but in the rare chance that information leak could harm us in the future, that is the most you will know about us." Glash stated in a monotone voice. 'Aw, c'mon Glash, be nice. He asked you a question; no need to worry about self preservation, I'm here to protect you." Fjord tried to reassure the alien swarm. "When we are around you, we feel less safe." The swarm joked, causing the dwarf to cringe. "Why do you always say stuff like that?" He asked with a grin.

Cody gave a nod as he took the mug, before chuckling at the pairs conversation.
"Isnt that always the case? The people your safest around,your the most weary...but Glash's worries arent unwarented. In a place like this, its entirly possible theres an insectivore around and we wouldnt even know it" he sighed and gave a smile,even though it wasnt visible, before lifting the mug. The black mass he had as a head split slightly, opening to form a mouth of sorts,and took a drink."I am sorry for interrupting you all earlier... i fear i have made a friend of your's leave..." he looked off after alexis, and sighed"I hope i didnt frighten her..."

Mikahil took the mug and looked at the drink, "I guess one can never be so sure about safety, but sometimes you can be a little too cautious." He lifted his head up and watched Cody drink. It was fascinating to see him drink. "Nah, I'm sure Alexis had a plausible reason to take her leave." He looked back into his own drink and took a sip of it. He liked it. "This is good. I'd like a second one when I'm finished. If you'd let me have one, of course." He smiled and took another larger sip.
