Cat Fight!

"I was worried," Miori muttered. His arm kept hurting, even though it was in the cast.

Mei sighed. "Sorry." She said, wiping the remaining tears. "Bad nightmare."

"You okay?" Miori asked. He was in pajama pants and a tanktop, ears and tail visible.

Mei nodded, drying some tears that where falling. "Fine."

"Good," Miori said, walking to his room, and getting in his bed.

As soon as he left, she let the tears go, wiping them away. She was never really ok.

Miori had a feeling she was lying, but didn't want to bother her. He guessed she had a nightmare. He didn't realize he wasn't insulting her in his mind or out loud.

Mei finally calmed down and went back to bed, dreading the next day of school.

Miori went back to bed, realizing he won't go to school tomorrow.

Mei forgot to set her alarm, so she ended up sleeping past it.

Miori's alarm clock rang out, and he turned it off. He woke up, groaning at the pain of his arm.

Mei was still sound asleep, snoring softly.

Miori got up, and went into the kitchen. More food was there, and he got the bacon, pancake mix, and eggs. He started making a breakfast.

Mei smelled breakfast and got up, looking at the clock. It was around 10. "Well I guess I am not going to school." She said.

Miori finished the pancakes, eggs, and bacon. He got some and went to the table, and started eating.

Mei came out, rubbing her eyes.

Miori started eating, and saw Mei. "Morning," he muttered, yawning.

Mei nodded. "About last night, not a word." She said.

"Got it," Miori said. He knew she didn't like him, but he liked teasing her.

Mei nodded, taking some pancakes.

Miori finished his food, and got up. He washed the crumbs off and put it in the dishwasher, whistling.

Mei finished quickly, putting her plates in the dishwasher and sat down on the couch.

Miori sat down on the couch, far away from Mei, and turned the T.V. on.

Mei watched the tv in silence.

Miori got up and walked to his room. He then changed and walked back to the couch, sitting a bit closer to Mei.
