Nadine ran up to her mother and gave her a big hug squeezing her around her waist. "Love you mom." She said before turning and running out the front door. She hadn't slept the night before. She had been excited and the anticipation made it hard for her to fall asleep. "My first Pokemon." She said aloud to herself. Nadine was one of the most delinquent of students at the Pokemon academy her father had allowed her to go to when she was seven. She had dreamt of today and she wasn't going to let anything ruin it. She jogged down the path that lead to Prof. Rowan's lab. She pictures herself meeting him in person for the first time. Her hands started to sweat and she got butterflies in her stomach. Her confident walked turned into a nervous shuffle.

Oh, and how do I write within the border in a way that the text is white and legible, and not dark gray and almost not even there? It's my first time writing within a border

Just look up Trainer Card Maker and it's the first link. When you make your card and your choosing the background I'd appreciate it if you went with the (Mono-type) category designs just so everything looks uniform in the thread. I'm ocd about my threads as you can see. xD

Yeah, I apologize for my trouble with the border. My computer is weird and will either make my words disappear into the border/can't see my own words, or the border won't show when I copy and paste
