  Tsubaki was born to Hiroshi Nakama, a Japanese biologists who happened to work in America. He was a nice man, but very work orientated...though of course, he could be quite a flirt at times. Perhaps that's what one Persephone over.
  
  
  As Tsubaki grew up, she knew very little about her mother and her father did his best to conceal it from the girl for the longest times. He would try to get her to study and do other things to get Tsubaki's mind off of the strange things that happened.
  
  
  For a while, this seemed to be working...until Tsubaki happened to be walking home from one of her classes when she was attacked by a monster. No weapons...No friends to defend herself. She was stuck completely helpless. Fear was wide in her eyes as the monster was getting ready to charge. In self defense, she accidentally shot a vine at the monster...holding it back until she was able to escape. Tsubaki had no idea what had happened or what she had just done. There were no satyrs around to tell her or guide her either.

The staff at camp halfblood really have their hands full with her in the morning, they often have to drag her out of bed, with her screaming and shouting to let her sleep.


She is also really honest, she tells everybody everything as it is, and she doesn't care if it makes her unpopular.


She if also very funny, and she loves to play pranks on teachers and students alike. She has absolutely no respect for authority, mostly because of her background. She loves dancing, and that is why her strongest fighting trait is sword fighting. She excels at it, if she really wants to, but she does not care for the idea of killing, earning her the name Nymphi as a reflection of her gentle nature.

Joe was born by a fighter, her mother was the leader of a rebel anti-communist group who fought for freedom from the regime. Her mother was known for her skill with her trusted Kusarigama knives, and ironically she was killed by her own knives when Joe was about 7. Joe was there when it happened, as it happened on her birthday in the comfort of her own home. Her mother whispered some coordinates to her, and then she told her to run. And she did, she ran and ran until she could not run anymore. She spent 4 years in Paris, working as a petty thief and working as a maid in a brothel. When she reached the age of 11, she finally made her way across the atlantic ocean and arrived in New York.


There she stayed for another year just because she loved it, but one day she heard a mysterious voice, but it didn't really make sense. But something inside her made her take the bus to the middle of nowhere, where she found the camp. She had been there ever since!

Blindness: This also allows him to take away someone ones sight for a limited amount of time 1 minutes to be exact. Nathaniels mother moved to Arizona a year before she met Helios. The reason why she moved was that she always loved the heat from living in Alaska her whole childhood and wanted to change. She met Helios when she was taking stroll around her neighborhood .After a month of meeting him they started dating. A year and a half later they had Nathaniel. For most of his childhood ever since he could walk he had loved the outdoors at the playground they would always go to. But one day when he was 14 he was attack by a monster of course it was a low level one considering he was a child of a minor god. Which will probably end up in a fight.

Backstory:

Logan was born in Las Vegas which was the place where his mother and dad met. He spent his whole childhood home schooled as the only child of the family which will explain why he's not that great at approaching people. After reached the age of 13 he left to Camp-Halfblood he was never attacked by a monster before he went to camp cause he was sent at such a young age. But after year of living there he left to live in the Underworld cause most of the campers treated him badly cause of his heritage. But he still visited camp cause he does have friends there but spend most of his time there.

He is vain, he loves all materialistic things, and he cares only for himself. This is what he learned throughout his childhood, and it is what he has kept believing ever since. He is a friend to everyone, but only a sallow friend, a friend who knows everything about you, but when you think about it you know absolutely nothing about him. He will tell you very intimate things that, at first, seem to important and secretive, but later you realize he has told everybody this.


If you call him out on anything, or you don't like him, he will show his mean side, and that is a place you would rather not be. He is excellent with words, but his action are even scarier, he can totally destroy your life through rumors and gossip. He has an editic memory, so he remembers everything he hears, and he has a network you would not believe. If this was the Game of Thrones, he is little finger, just not as creepy, and a lot hotter. He has a spy in every house. And the ones he doesn't have one in he will get one, one way or another.

Dante was born after a one night stand between his mother and a random man, who later proved to be a wealthy Spaniard. He was sent from one foster family who didn't treat him well, to the other. And in the end he found a family who seemed to be happy to have him there. And for a while he was happy, but when he was asked to model for a kidsline, and his face became famous, his father suddenly became interested in him again. Of course Dante was curious to see who the man was, but it only took him 5 minutes to realize his father only wanted him as a publicity stunt, and to model for his own clothing line. So he told his family not to give him up to his father. Initially they said no to the Spaniards offer. But soon money became tight, and a little offer of 10'000 pounds, quickly changed their minds.


So he was sold of to his father, and sure enough he was trained to be the very finest young man, and he rarely saw his father. And his maids were to stricken by his beauty to actually care what he wanted to say.


One time when on a business trip, when he was the age of 12 he was sent to New York to shoot for a fashion magazine he heard her voice, saying he was the most promising in a long time. And as if in a trance he ran all the way to the camp.


He has continued his modelling throughout the years, and has become the name on every bodies lips. He recently turned 18 and celebrated by agreeing to an interview in which he told the world about his "loving" father.

Kaia has a multitude of hairstyles that she will be seen in often. Some of these include side braid, regular/french braid, bun, and half ponytail. Most of the time, she simply leaves it down or throws it into a sloppy ponytail to get it out of her way.


Getting away from her hair, she typically wears very casual, comfy things. Her favorite outfit is as seen in the photo; a flannel shirt, pair of jeans, and boots or converse. Besides that, she loves wearing a t-shirt and jeans or shorts. She isn't very particular towards jewelry, but does have her ears pierced and wears an heirloom necklace in the shape of a key.

Despite her heritage, Kaia is considered a kind person and a great friend to those who know her. She is incredibly loyal to those she calls her allies and most at camp know her as someone to go to when in need. Sometimes she is seen as the odd one out compared to the rest of the campers in the Ares cabin due to this personality. Not only does she hate it when one of her cabin mates attempt to harass and bully other campers and others at Camp Half-Blood, but she will also fight in favor of those they are harassing. If it's protecting her friends, she would do whatever needed to help them.


Though she possesses the traits listed above, Kaia is also similar to her father in many ways. For example, her favorite pastimes during the summer are the times that they play capture the flag, and when she's training with weapons. She takes joy in her battles and loves nothing more than to bring back a souvenir from a monster she's defeated. Like her father, she is very prideful and hates it when she loses in a fight. No one can damage her image or get away with something she hates and not face extreme consequences.

She is very muscled from all the time spent practicing her sword-play.


Personality: Kat has an aggressive and rude exterior and can also be quite a bully if you press her. She distances herself from people emotionally due to the many things that happened in her past. As a daughter of Ares it was easy enough for her to simply guard the last of her fraying heart with the outward aggression that was often expected of children of the god of war. Inwardly, Kat is a very hurt and broken person, but showing that is something she has no intention to do. She has lost all trust in people, and as such she will go to great lengths to avoid attachment. She won’t let herself come to truly care for anyone anymore.

Backstory: Kat’s mom was a soldier. That’s how she met Ares, but as what happens in most of these stories, the one night stand led to Kat’s birth and her father, Ares, was nowhere to be found. That is, not until Kat’s mother died in battle. When Kat’s mom died, Kat moved in with her grandmother, who wanted nothing to do with her. One week later, Ares showed up for the first and last time, giving her a sword called Olethron, arguing with her grandmother and then leaving as suddenly as he came. As Kat grew the tension built between her and her grandmother, who was a pacifist after both her husband and daughter (Kat’s mother) had died in battle.


After a few years Kat simply ran away, and as expected, no one came after her. She still believes her grandmother was glad to have her gone. During that time she became good friends with a boy named Simon, and they spent several years with only the other as family. They were content, but Simon was killed right in front of Kat. That was the final blow that lead to Kat becoming who she is today. She has no desire to loose anyone else she cares about. However, she kept Simon’s pet Malaysian Giant Scorpion, Enyo, as her only company and a reminder not to get close to anyone ever again.

Kosmo is the one kid who no one ever tells anything, leading to him always talking back to people to get answers. He most likely will not start a conversation first, but if you start he's easy to talk to and laid back. At least, that's how he makes it seem, as he constantly wonders about the future or if there was broccolli in his teeth. Even if it doesn't seem like it, he's probably suspiscious of you.


He secretly dreads talking to people for fear of getting judged and likes animals and robots better than people. People leave him to his pets and playthings, and he will be very social when a project is complete and he has an overwhelming, extatic desire to share it with the world.


And, if you do manage to get on his good, non-suspicious side, you easily have a friend that would die for you in a heartbeat.

Sneezes Fire: Beware! If he catches a cold, stay a good few feet away. Actually a pretty useless power.


Keen Eye: His affinity with weapon designs leaves him with a keen eye for telling if an object has a form of special ability or power, and if he notices anything out of the ordinary he is quick to alert the rest of the party.


Mini Metal Monsters (MMM): Carries around a few small metal monsters in his pockets that he mainly uses as a distraction. They have two modes: kill and act like action figures. Even though they aren't very powerful, they have a tendency to trip people and leave many puncture marks in their ankles.


weapon(s): A small hammer in one hand and a hatchet in the other. He was never too good at fighting, so he pretty much goes berserk and uses the useless MMMs.


backstory:


After an alcohol binge, his mother saw a guy in a wheelchair at another table. And lo and behold, his mom skipping all the information between, nine months later Kosmo was a thing. Even though of the strange circumstances, his mother raised him alone and loved him very much. The only issue was when she was drunk, and happened about once a month. Really, there was no issue until she developed cancer. It was then he was explained who the guy in the wheelchair was, and he was left astounded. He was twelve when she got sick.


After she died, a doctor gave him a pile of letters. They were all from his mother, with one for each birthday up until he was twenty three. From there there was one for every ten years. Each letter from his mom was a treasure, and each one explained a little bit more about his father. Although, as he opened the one for his fifthteenth birthday as he sat alone in his new room at his aunts house, there were a very direct list of instructions, and a phone number.


Two hours later and a wheelchair later, he had a hatchet and a hammer, directions to a place called 'Camp Halfblood' and a very, very confused brain.

She can tolerate other people to an extent however she does have a point of irritation and a point of anger. She distances herself from others because she doesn't want to go through the pain of having to see their life span and when they are close to death. She isn't very good with people and often comes off harsh and cold towards people but she does have a softer side that she rarely shows. The one time she showed it was when she held her mother in her arms as she died, telling how grateful she was to have a mother like her. Quinn's mother and Thanatos met on accident actually, She had managed to see him when he was on his way to collect her parents' souls who had passed on peacefully and together, which she was glad that they passed together. He had been surprised that she could see him and eventually the two got to know each other and he found out she was a medium. Eventually Thanatos had to leave but not before having a night with Quinn's mother, Annabelle. A few months later Quinn had been born, named after her grandmother of course. As Quinn grew older, Annabelle knew she was going to have to tell her daughter sooner or later what she was, however, the night Annabelle planned to do so, a child of Arachne broke into their home and killed Annabelle, when it could not find Quinn, it left, Quinn returned home to find her mother bleeding to death and held her, crying, not wanting her to go. Eventually Annabelle died in her arms and her father came to collect her soul. Quinn hates her father because he didn't do anything to protect her mother, she soon was found by a satyr and taken to camp. She grew up there for a few years, distancing herself from others, not wanting to feel the cold empty feeling she felt when she felt her mother's life span/force fading.

Angelo's mother, Marisa Abandonato, was a very kind and but stubborn woman. She helped those in need and never asked for anything in return, many sought after her for she was very beautiful, this was one of the many reasons Zeus came to her. He was a charming young man, but Marisa was not having any of it, eventually he managed to persuade her to give him a chance. She soon warmed up to him and one thing led to another and she ended up pregnant, he left once he made sure she was taken care of. A few months later and Angelo Marcelle Abandonato was born. He was her little bundle of light, for you see, Marisa was sick... She had cancer, she knew she would do whatever she could to make her child's life a happy and joyful one until her last breath. As Angelo grew older, it was more noticeable that he was gaining quite a bit of attention, however he didn't care much for the attention, all he cared about was the life and health of his sick mother, who's sickness had become more prominent as she was bedridden. Eventually the cancer had claimed her and Angelo fell into a depression before he eventually slowly climbed out of it after spending time at Camp Half Blood for a few years. He's coming back to camp now after spending some time away with his grandmother.

Chrissy has always been... Different. Not in the negative sense but she has never truly fit into any stereotype as she grew up, drifting from person to person, seeking friends but never finding anything fulfilling. She is persistent however, always friendly and choosing to see the best in people. She believes that everyone deserves a second chance and detests violence and prejudiced in any form, a self proclaimed pacifist. She believes strongly in core values like trust and honour and never goes back on her word regardless of the circumstances. Drake was raised by his mother Mitchelle along side his human little sister Sara. He was. Always a troubled learner thanks to his dislexsia and ADHD. Selene's father was suicidal, and every time he tried to kill himself, he would see Misery herself. He loved seeing her, and it kept people wondering why he would try to die over and over again. He assumed that if he died, he would get to actually meet her. Achlys never would allow him to die, due to her strange infatuation with the human. Yet time and time again he was refused the right to death, but eventually he gained the right to love Misery herself. The father heard a crying child one night nine months later, and his dog whimpered at it. Knowing where the child was from, he named the child Selene, and had his sister raise the child since everyone thought he was crazy from his tales of Misery. When the child seemed to be virtually insane at the age of eight, he told his sister to take her to a place called 'Camp Halfblood.' The confused aunt of the child didn't understand. However, Selene did. She eventually begged her to take her, and the aunt only went to prove that it didn't exist, and that her father was crazy. Little did she know, and she ended up allowing her to stay because of her dazed state. Selene's been living there ever since.

Not much to go by in this department. Matt has a full head of hair. Usually it is short cut, neat and trimmed. Dirty blond has always been his natural hair color and it is sort of a shock sometimes when he walks into a room and takes off his hat. The hair stays pretty much straight till you get to the ends that start to get wavy. If he lets it grow too long it gets a nice wave in it, or so hes been told. Hes apparently not one for the fashion scene.If one could tell all about a individual's personality by just looking into there eyes and sum them up in one word, then Matt's word would be: Stoic. Those hazel colored eye that when hit the light just right give off a sense of someone who has gone through a lot to get where he is in life. Won't find much happiness in them, but thats just if you're looking at them closely. Though who does that anymore these days? Being a Demi-God Matt has learned to keep himself fit and in shape for the dangers of his profession. One can not get sloppy or overweight on the job for your life depends on it sometimes. Matt's mother at first was a stripper who worked at a gentlemens club in Shreveport. She was a fun loving and hard working gal, who wanted more in her life. She would soon find out that her dreams were about to come true, in the most indirect way possible. A man came in that night to the club. So what was the allure he had? He wasn't overly handsome, but wasn't ugly either, but one thing was for certain he was drawn to Mallory. For the rest of the evening he had paid for a private room and dances from the girl and the evening was pretty much a blur.


Soon she found herself on a bed in complete ecstasy with him over top and whispering in her ear. " Promise me now that you will never tell anyone about this and I will give you a gift", his words came out like gold. Nodding, " I promise", she called out in pain and pleasure as she was hit with the most intense orgasm ever, one that would cause her to pass out for good. The next afternoon she woke up and looked for the man. Only to find a suitcase with a note attached to it at the top. The note read, " Thank you for everything, and remember tell no one." Inside there was about half a million dollars. Of course she would soon find out that wasn't the gift he gave oh say about nine months later when she had a baby.


Childhood/Teen Years


Growing up Matt was a rather well behaved boy. He went to all his classes and had many friends. Despite he was in the more easier classes because of his dyslexia his mom helped him through it and he lived a normal child hood life. His child years full of vacations, and travelling on summer breaks. learning about the world the best he could from his mother, still he was always plagued with the idea of why he didn't have a father. To which his mother always replied he had none, he was just a gift from the heavens. A simple and awe inspiring answer that that a little kid would accept for now.


When Matt was older around the age of 15, he would one day come home from school with some papers. He had been excepted onto the school football team and needed signatures from his legal guardians as well as his father's name. He was a amazing physical specimen. He had strength, could run fast, and see so good that he was to be the new quarterback. Little did he know that he was more special then he could imagine. Though his mother was a little hesitant on giving the father's name. The gift from heaven's excuse not going to work this time.


So Mallory decided to tell Matt the truth, that she didn't know who his father was, but told him about that night. A secret she promised she would never, ever tell. When she finished her words Mallroy felt heavy, really heavy and soon fell to her knees, and could hear screams from outside as the windows burst open. In coming strange bird like creatures that tore the house asunder before settling down on random perches and squawking sharp cries. Standing and holding his mom, Matt soon turned to find the front door open slowly and a man clad in black suit jacket and jeans walked in.


" Mallory my dear you broke your promise. All these years and why no....", came his words before he stopped dead in his tracks at the site of Matt. There knelt the glowing form of a demi-god. After a few moments of explaining his reasoning for being there, and that he was Matt's father he finally gave his name. " I am Horkos, god of Oaths and Deals, and you are my demi-god son", he would finally say and finally claim his son. Matt was all in awestruck but his mother was still in pain and the bird ladies were ready to strike.


" Your mother has broken her promise, and sadly she must be punished. Though there is a way to save her Matt. Swear to me now that you will come with me for a week and then attend a camp for kids like you. Attend until you are eighteen and i will free her of her promise", he said. Of course Matt had to take it, it was his mom's life at stake despite her cries to him to not take the deal. ' I Matt Saracen accept", came his words and instantly his mom felt the weight no more and jumped to hold her boy and sob in his arms. Assuring her it was okay and that he would be back, he got up and followed his father out of the house and was gone.


In that week he soon learned about his heritage and that he would need to go to a special camp where he could learn to harness his powers. So he was sent to Camp Half-blood where he trained with other demi-gods for the future.

Jason comes from an abusive family, and with such, does not give out his trust easily. His mother walked out on him and his father when he turned seven, and his father died when he was nine from alcohol poisoning, he now resides with his aunt sheral and attends a small public school. Jason had ran away from home before and has now been found by and is under the custody of local law enforcement untill his guardians come to retrieve him.
