"Woah." Kosmo muttered as he tried to regain his balance from the shadow traveling. "That was... insane. But wicked." He said. Glancing around and peeking around a corner, he took in all the sights of the great New York City. "So this is what NYC's like?"

Selene turned back towards the group with Cait, "You don't look quite fine to me." She said to the other girl, looking concerned for the one who had earlier accepted her request for friendship.

Cait stood up straight and then put her arm around Selene's shoulders, "Well, between me and you, I might need help walking, think you can help me?" She asked sheepishly and looked away. She hated being a bother to others but Selene was right, she wasn't quite fine.

Chrissy looked round at the panicked teens waiting for someone to make a move, she was no leader and frankly she was still in shock from the battle. Most of it had been a blur but what she had remembered, of the blood, the dying, Chiron... She shook her head, clearing it of the negative thoughts. Instead she looked around, assessing the injured. Obviously the Zeus boy was in the worse state, barely concious in Kat's arms. Chrissy stepped out from behind Nathan and half ran over to the unconscious boy, nodding to Kat before placing two hands on his chest and closing her eyes. She activated her powers as a subtle green glow emanated from her palms. She probed with her abilities, fixing what she could do quickly and assessing damage where the task was too great. After a short time her eyes fluttered open and she took a deep breath, gasping outwards. "He'll be fine, exhausted but fine. He is loosing quite a bit of blood though but once we're somewhere safe I can work on that back." She explained quickly. She looked to the others, moving through the group and healing wounds where she could.

Angelo gave a soft sigh of relief or content, who knows, but his body was starting to heal itself already and recovering from the massive power surge he had earlier. It would help if there was a storm cuz then he would be regenerated by the lightning. Like metal is a lightning rod, he is as well so he would be fully healed if he was struck, but for now his body had to heal naturally.

"I promise I'll try ta be careful!" Selene said with a smile. She rested one hand on top of Cait's so she wouldn't fall off, her other hand resting on her side to keep her steady. "I can help you!" She declared. Her next word was but a whisper. "Friend." Selene mumbled happily.

Cait smiled, "Yeah, you're a good friend.And pretty chaotic so you know...that works." She laughed and then looked at the others, hoping they had come up with an idea as to where they should head.

Ky frowned and looked around them all, "What if we tried...Olympus? I mean...maybe we can get answers at least." It was the only thing he could think of.

Kat nodded to Chrissy, looking stoic, but inwardly she was silently relieved. She didn't really want her allies to die anyway, not entirely for their sake, more like for the sake of her sanity. "It sounds to me like Olympus is our best bet at this point. I say we try it," she answered. Enyo crawled down from Kat's shoulder to sit on Angelo's chest facing his head. If a scorpion could look quizzical then that would be Enyo as she looked at the unconscious boy. Kat was tempted to talk to her as she had become accustomed to, but she didn't need the other demi-gods looking at her like she was crazy, particularly right now when everyone was already confused.

Drew had been fighting off monsters alone by the campfire for awhile now, he had lost track of time, but it probably hadn't been that long. 'I need to get to some others...Chiron! I need to find him..' He thought as he finished off a small hellhound and dashed for the Big House. As he approached it he almost fell to his knees. He saw Chiron, on the floor, dead, near remains of two other campers. "...No..." He said looking down at the three dead bodies. Drew turned around closing his eyes, then sprinting off towards the forest, he bet some other campers were there too.


As he pushed through waves of monsters in the treacherous forest his vision blurred, he needed to get somewhere safe, he was getting tired of fighting all these monsters. As his arms began to weaken, he broke for a mad dash, making it out of the forest, near a small town. 'I really need to find anyone else who survived...I bet they'll go to a big city like New York, or something...if not, I need to find them somehow, from there...' He spotted a train station as he walked around, so he walked over to it and bought a ticket to New York. He barely had enough money to buy a ticket, but it was worth it, he needed some sleep, and a train ride there would allow him to do just that.


Drew walked in, and sat down on the first seat he saw. He laid back, and hoped to see the others, as he closed his eyes. A few hours later, he awoke and got off the train, looking up at the huge buildings. 'This might be harder than I thought...' He thought to himself as he started walking around, looking for some familiar faces. He stumbled on, then when he looked to the right, into an alleyway, he saw some people he thought he had seen before at camp. He walked towards them "You guys from Camp Half-Blood?" He asked, hoping they were, because if not, he was gonna get a lot of questions...

The attack and dismantling of the shield was a shock to say the least. Matt who during the stories and campfire had been leaning against a post at the perimeter of the light from the fire. Enjoying himself along with the others the teen was in jovial spirits. So when he was hit from behind by a beast of great strength, to say he was now concerned may have been a understatement. His back slammed hard against one of the traing posts and his world seemed to fade slightly.


All sound of the chaos in the camp was drowned out by a loud roaring sound. It was akin to a roaring Rapids this sound and his vision was blurry. Though other pressing matters were at hand. His back was warm and wet near his upper right shoulder there was also a dull throbbing. If the endorphins and adrenaline weren't saturating his system he might have passed out from the pain. It was these very chemicals and his own divine might that was the only thing that got him up on his feet. The intense, chaotic assault of the camp continued some fifty meters away and he could barely make out the shapes of everyone as he reached for the object imbedded in his back.


" Siiiiiiisssssssss", came a seething sound as he pulled the embedded piece of the splinter pole from his body.


Oh there it is, he thought to himself as the dull ache seemed to let up, though that was more bad then good. With blood flowing he realized he could only do one thing in this mess and that was to run. Without another thought the son of Horkos turned and took off in a sprint in the opposite direction from where the assault came. With only the clothes on his back and his dirk the teen traversed the woods hoping his muscle memory and sub conscious would guide him through the foliage he had trained in the past two years. I have to get to safety and regroup, he thought over and over again as he ran.

"Yep! Yeah, it really does work!" Selene smiled at Cait, mentally gawking at the fact she had a friend! A real friend! Nevertheless, the girl with the red-dyed hair helped the Eris child over to the others, as they discussed where they were going next. Kyl offered up Olympus, and Kat seemed to agree with him.


"Is it very much fun in Olympus?" Selene asked.

Cait shrugged, "I've never been there but No killing,Okay?" Cait smiled at Selene.

Ky nodded, "We should head out immediately. "

Despite the things Kaia had heard from others about shadow travelling, the experience was pretty awesome. It was like a really intense roller coaster, and that is one of her favorite things. She didn't feel dazed in the slightest, which was also odd as most people felt nauseous after their first few trips.


"I guess we should look for others who might have escaped?" She thought aloud. "Or we could seek shelter and find our way back to camp? I'm not betting on that being safe in the slightest, though."

Quinn dusts herself off and fixes her leather jacket. "I think we should maybe go check on Camp Jupiter and see if they had the same problem... maybe look for the others on the way... i'm sure they'll find us as well... since we are magnets... We draw each other in... and other things..." she said while crossing her arms, her sword looped on her hip, looks quite dangerous and threatening to anyone else who may see her, the mist is activated so her sword looks like a silver chain on her jeans.

" I think we should go to Camp Jupiter Olympus. Zeus probably shut down Olympus when they thought something was up cause they are the ones who probably told Chiron to us in Camp",Nathaniel stated going of to Chrissy and the others she was with.

Skylar still stayed at camp, somehow getting separated from Nathan. How the hell did that even happen? Knowing she was now alone out here in this mess of dying campers and raging monsters scared her. She had no idea on how to cope with this situation. That was until she noticed a male up ahead. He seemed to be running and maybe looking for a way out. A sigh of relief involuntarily escaped her sealed lips. No longer did she have to be alone, if she could catch up with the guy.


"Hey wait up!" Her voice called out while she took off, running after him. "Please! Could you wait a second?!" She cried out, hoping to gain his attention. He was ahead of her, and heading towards the woods. That wasn't really the smartest idea seeing how loads of demons hid in dark places such as that. "Please!" She called out once more. She had to get him to slow down just a tad bit, only so she could catch up with him. She wasn't going to allow herself to get left behind again.

"I agree." Kosmo said, walking over to Kaia and Quinn. "We need to find the other demigods, and make sure that Camp Jupiter is alright. If they didn't get it, we probably should warn them about it being a possible threat." He paused and thought about what Kaia had said. "Shelter's a definite plus, too. But that should probably be done after finding another group of demigods."

Selene chortled at Cait. "I only kill people if they deserve it!" She grinned and patted Cait's hand that still rested around her neck. "Or if they won't be my friend." She whispered so quietly no one else could hear her but herself.

"Why New York, why not Paris, the city of love?" he muttered as he stood up, his knees really threatening to give in. He look around the street to find someone he could feed of. Then, a miracle, wearing a pink crown and a fairy wand walked around with desperate bridesmaids to be. A stagparty huh, he thought to himself as he forced his way to the girls. It must have looked weird to the others, he walked to the girls and only 3 min. later he was making out with them. Each of the bridesmaids gave him a little bit of power, and he could feel his body slowly getting better. But now came the real challenge, the bride to be. It took him 2 minutes to convince her, and her total lack of negative thoughts gave him a boost of energy, equivalent to a Red Bull. He thanked them and returned to the group.


"Paris would still have been better. Let's get to the empire state!" he said and grabbed his cell, calling a limo. Being a famous model had it's advantages. And surely not 3 min. later a long limo was parked on the sidewalk.


"Ladies first!" he said and winked at Ky.

Ky rolled his eyes at Dante and dares a glance at Cait. He sensed chaos and it reeked off of her. She had her head down and refused to look at them as she leaned on the other girl with red hair. At least it will make her stronger.

Cait watched as Dante made out with bridesmaids and even the bride. Strangely enough she felt hurt by it but didn't dare to let it show. He was a player,a typical child of Aphrodite, and he never really cared about her. Those wereally her thoughts as she looked down. The chaos inside her strengthened her and she was able to stand. She gave Selene a grateful smile and then stepped away a bit. Human contact wasn't preferable at the moment.

Angelo gives a grunt, his peaceful face is scrunched up in a frown as he holds onto Kat since she is the one holding him after all. "...Fading..." he muttered in his sleep while his features were twisted into a frown and his brow was furrowed. "...They are... fading..." he muttered, completely unaware of what he is saying.

Drew looked at the others as they seemingly didn't notice him there "Hello??" He asked waving his hand. He didn't know if they were ignoring him, or just didn't know he was there, it seemed like they shadow traveled here, most of them were tired, and one was asleep. The girl he had met earlier, Cait, was also there, that was good to see a familiar face. He kinda recognized the others, but not too much.

Kat shot a death glare at Dante. He was much too arrogant, but before she could say anything, Angelo began to talk in his unconscious state. "They're fading?" She repeated quietly. Who? The gods? That would explain it... But why would they be fading? What was going on? As rapid concerns filled Kat's mind she had a hard time keeping her worried from showing on her face. She hoped it didn't show much if at all.

When your body is in fight or flight response mode your sense of time goes right out the window. Matt could have benn running for three miles or hell even three minutes. The latter of those two times seemed more likely as he was brought out of his stupor by the call of another. Reacting he quickly swiveled on the spot his weapon in in hand and body in a loose fighting stance, if that's what you would call his drained form.


" Wait...your not one of the...huff.. monsters", his raspy and dry throated voice managed to get out as he wearily gazed at the woman.
