Angelo whirled around, the blue rings around his dark chocolate eyes evident as lightning sparks off him, but reigns itself in so it doesn't spark her on accident. "What do you need?" he asked while ignoring the pain coming from his right shoulder from when the fury slammed into him and sunk her claws into his shoulder. The boy was basically like a beacon so most would be able to see him.

Chiron


failing at life



The monsters continued attacking, showing no mercy to the campers or anyone who resided in Camp Half-Blood. They wouldn't even hesitate before ripping a twelve year old Hermes kid in two. Some disturbingly dark energy was powering these monsters, making them act much worse than how they usually act.


Chiron trotted down the pathway, trying to help several children escape from this monstrous attack. However, that didn't last long at all. He found himself cornered by about four Hellhounds. He bit his lip, knowing this situation was

not

going to end well. His determination to help the two children he was with was enough to give him courage to fight against these monsters.


And he did just that.


He managed to hold his own against the monsters, but all he did was provoke them even more. He continued fighting even so. But a scream of a teenager not too far from where he was had him drop his guard. That might had been the worst mistake he had made.

Chiron's Death

Over near the Big House, Chiron's body lied on the grass. His body had multiple wounds all over, allowing crimson red liquid to trickle from the wounds. His breathing had totally stopped, but that could be expected with the deep scratch mark he had on his throat. The two children he was with were also deceased. However, their bodies were much less noticeable seeing just how much the Hellhounds torn them up.

"Where's Ky?" Kat asked. "His sister's been lookin' for him. We've been tryin' to find him before we can get away from this death trap," she explained quickly before flipping around to stab another hellhound. This brought her face to face with a minotaur. It knocked her down leaving a gash on her arm, but she managed to roll under it and stab it from behind. That was when she saw Chiron fall. She felt a painful constriction in her heart. She had liked him, but now he was dead like Simon. A growl from behind her woke her from her stupor and she leapt back into action, waiting for Angelo's reply.

Dante

Dante could hear the screams of someone from his house, and he felt one of the strongest emotions he had felt in a long time. He knew exactly who it was.


"Cait, I am fine!" he said and approached her while the monster he had controlled still wrecked havoc all around him.


"Cait, wait here!" he said when he felt the strong presence disappear.


"No come with me, we'll be back in a sec, Chiron is dead!" he said, wanting to see the body might have been a bad choice, but as a son of Aphrodite, all this havoc and death was taking it's toll on him, and he needed to have someone with him, who could give him some form of strength, he just hoped she would follow...

Kyl (Ky)


Ky saw a girl with Angelo. He rushed to them, the dead Manticore behind them. His pain at seeing Chiron die was what saved him, ironically. A hellhound ran towards the girl but before it reached her, he slashed it's head off, "Found you!" He said to Angelo, "Let's find Cait."

Caitlyn (Cait)


Cait immediately went with Dante, "Of course! We might find Ky on the way." She followed dante, promising the others that they would be back. She didn't want to leave Dante alone at all. He had no armor, and chaos was always bad for a child of Aphrodite.

Drake looked aroun desperatly then he heard a scream. He saw a fury attack the kid in the sky and Logan kill a monster before he had a chance to help. He was losing to much blood. Then an Idea hit him, he turned to logan,"get us to water!" He didn't know why but all instincts told him to head for the beach. @Apollo @IronDragon

Knowing Joe was unharmed put a small smile on the girl's face. "

Yeah, let's go.

" Tsubaki agreed with the red head. "

Logan, or well, any one of you? Do you guys know where to head....or even where to go?

" She asked. Seeing how she wasn't in America that much, it was hard to know what directions to take. Maybe one of them knew where to go? "

Wait, what do you mean? We should be leaving- Not heading to water!

" her eyes raised in confusion of Drake's suggestion.

A boy ran up and killed a hell hound and mentioned Cait. "Aha! You must be Ky!" she exclaimed. Good, now they could get out of here. "Your sister's been looking for you. She and the others were over that way." She pointed in the direction she left the others. "I told everyone to stay put, but who knows if they actually did," she said. It was then that she stabbed a minotaur that was behind her and waited for Ky to say something. Then she saw Angelo crumple to the ground. "Shoot!" she growled.

KOSMO


Kosmo had been charging through the might of the monsters, his poor fighting skills leading to it mainly be him avoiding everything running his way. His hoodie had been torn open at the chest, dyed with red from when a monster had attacked him. He was battered and bruised, yet now with his axe and hammer, he was a bit better off. His small golems hid in the various pockets of his cargo pants, and he continued to run.


That was when he saw Chiron. Or rather, what was left of him.


Dumbfounded, Kosmo dropped his weapons at the sight of the dead leader. What? How could this be? His eyes widened in fear as he stood helpless before Chiron and the other campers that seemed to be crowding the area.





SELENE


"Friends? Friends!!" Selene called around as the feeling of death covered her heart. That meant that someone she knew had died. Her mind lingered on the scream that had resounded earlier. "I'll see you guys later." She deadpanned, stopping in her tracks and frowning uncharacteristically. And with that, she dissolved into mist and disappeared into the night.


She appeared by Chiron, and immediately regained her former self. She grinned, and began to sway to the twisted tunes in her mind. The swaying turned to dancing, and she traveled around, protecting the area as well as a single girl could. Everyone else seemed to be crowded around the deceased.

Dante

Dante was surprised by Cait's instant willingness to go with him, but he took her hand and began running, when he saw Angelo fall from the sky.


"We have to help him, he might know where Ky is!" Dante said, oblivous to the fact that tears had begun falling from his eyes. He ran to the guy on the ground.


"Angelo, please don't be dead!" he said and picked up the guy, his shoulder screaming for him to stop. The moment he touched Angelo, more of his powers were drained, as he tried to make the boy better by giving him some hapiness. He usually never used his powers for good, but this guy needed it, and he had been a huge help.


"Let's go!"

Ky jumped and pushed the girl to the ground with him as Angelo blew. The lower they were the better. he used a lot of energy to try and confuse and electricity that came close to them and it weakened him.

Caitlyn (Cait)


Cait saw the sudden electricity and flinched, dark memories flashing in her head. She turned to Dante and hugged him, seeking a sense of saftey. She was shaking and whimpering as she felt and sensed the electricity. She had reverted to a dark time.

Dante

Dante felt Cait hugging him, and the feelings emitting from her gave him the strength to carry on, so he put Angelo down turned and hugged her back.


"I'm just as scared as you are!" he said and broke the hug, he then took her face into his hands, gently cupping her cheeks.


"But we are going to get through this, okay. Now show me how strong a child of Eris is!" he said and picked up Angelo again.


"Grab my arm!" he said as he continued running...

Caitlyn (Cait)


Cait looked at everybody, "We n-need t-to le-leave" She stuttered, still from her fright. She was shaking like a leaf and she flinched as electricity sparked through Angelo again. She was making herself seem smaller as well and her powers had faded. She had been a little revived by Dante's words. She grabbed his arm.


Kyl (Ky)


Ky glared at Dante, but picked up the girl he had pushed down and followed the son of Aphrodite. He held onto the girl's arm and kept sight on Cait and Dante.

"Yeah we need to get out of here not go to water but take this instead" ,Logan said as he handed Drake a spare square of ambrosia. "Well first we need to get out of camp before we decide where to go",Logan informed them before shooting another monster with an arrow.Suddenly Logan saw a big flash of lightning which only meant was the son of Zeus Angelo.

Nathaniel watched as the others left before he saw some girl fighting the monsters alone not too far off. Once he reached there he made sure Chrissy was still following him and she was Logan shot the monsters that she having trouble with. The girl looked like Skylar "Hey you might want to stick with us it's too dangerous to be out here all by yourself in a monster attack",Nathaniel told Skylar before finding the other he left him not too far off."Come on follow me I think a now a way out",Nathaniel said as ran towards Dante and the others.

Drake looked at tsubaki ," let's go that is our way out the water son of poseidon." He looked around and saw the body. He couldn't believe it it was Chiron," We really need to go" @Apollo @Anno Bane @IronDragon

Kat let Ky help her up, but pulled her arm out of his grip after that. Saying thanks was not in her nature, but she did give him a little appreciative nod. She followed them as she continued to ward off any approaching monsters. She kept and eye out for other campers who may be in trouble. She wouldn't leave anyone behind.

Joe


Joe jumped onto another monster, and teleported between them, stabbing on, then the next and then the next! Using her power this much made her dizzy, but she focused on Tsubaki, and the fact that she need to be safe.


"How about the lake, isn't it connected to some form of river system?" she asked as she appeared beside Drake.

SELENE


Selene had seen the group of people running around, as well as the person cradled in the arms of a shirtless boy. She ran towards them and sidled in with the group.


"Who's he?" She asked. "Was he hurt? Is he going to be okay?" She continued to prod whilst running with them.

Kosmo regained hit wits and picked up his hammer and hatchet, looking around for others or monsters. There were still plenty around, and it was a miracle that they hadn't killed him while he was frozen in fear. But, Kosmo dared push his luck any further. He continued to run, looking around desperately for a group to stick with. Safety in numbers was something he had been told his whole life.

Tsubaki nodded in agreement with the words of Logan. What he said deemed to be true. They needed to get the hell out of there, not stay around! But also what Drake and Joe said also could be of some use. "

Yeah. I think the lake has a connection to a river. We might just be able to use it to get out of here.

" She responded just before stabbing another monster.

" Not wanting to stick around in this hell hole, the red head followed the male to where he was leading her. "

Cait smiled at the older, yet somehow more childish, girl weakly. "He's Angelo and...he j-just w-wore himself o-out." Her confusion skills had come back but were weak and she was still shaking. She didn't realize she was so badly affected by her memories. She stayed close to Dante.

Quinn quickly grabbed Kosmo by the collar of his shirt and yanked him back towards her in the shadows, the bracelete no longer containing her powers since Chiron was dead, however she didn't know that, she did however see her friend's light show and was worried but wasn't going to let that worry her now. "Stop running around like a chicken with it's head cut off... We have to go. I can shadow travel us away from her if you're ready..."

Like most of the campers, Kaia was startled out of her mind as, during the usually oh so peaceful horror-filled campfire stories, everything fell into chaos. The barriers protecting the camp and the young people inside seemed to shatter, having been most likely destroyed by who knows what. Monsters swarmed into camp like an avalanche. Kaia barely had time to wonder how so many monsters knew the camp was going to be vulnerable that night before she was attacked by a scorpion-like monster that she did not want to get behind.


In the duration of the battle, Kaia swung her weapon this way and that, leveling all kinds of monsters. It wasn't long before she was beginning to feel weary of finding her way around other campers, and destroying things. A hell hound clawed her shoulder, and something else managed to slice her thigh open. Just as she was getting anxious, she witnessed a horror that no one expected. Chiron collapsed to the ground with two other campers. "No! No no no.." She ran up to him and tried to help, but noticed he was already gone. "Damn it." What do I do?





Around her chaos ensued, and campers gathered in groups to help defend the camp. She noticed one of the campers, Kosmo, looking lost and another offer help. She walked over and asked, "What are you going to do?"
