Quinn nods her head as she slowly ends up drifting off to sleep, laying in the middle of the clearing, her CD player playing music with someone she literally just met hanging off to the side. Today has been quite stressful for her. She actually tried to hold conversations not with just one but two people.

Outside her cabin, sitting in a soft patch of grass was where Karen was at. Her hands held a dandelion, just gently twirling it around. "There's got to be something to do..." She spoke with a soft sigh. That's when she noticed a girl up ahead. Interested, Karen got up from where she sat and slowly walked over there too her. "Hey~ You're Selene, right?" Asked the girl.

Kosmo sighed as the girl fell asleep in the grass. It would be rude to stay and watch a girl while she was asleep. He wasn't much in the mood to be considered a creeper, and Quinn and his conversation had been quite awkward in of itself. He turned and started to walk away from the area, heading back towards his cabin to grab his weaponry. A little training couldn't hurt, right? He'd still suck at fighting either way.


Once he retrieved his axe and hammer, he went over to the training grounds and started to look for a sort of dummy to hit at.





SELENE


With a gasp, Selene whipped around to come face to face with another girl. "Uh, yes! Yes I am!" She happily replied, grinning from ear to ear. Someone was talking! To her! It wasn't every day that people started interacting with her on their own. "You're Karen, right? I've seen you around before!" Selene cocked her head, almost like a dog awaiting food. This girl had just made her day.

Drake turned around. He was getting angry


, getting tired of seeing the damn skeletonts coming from nowhere. His anger led to a surge in power. He felt out for a couple hundred feet and called for all water to obey his will. Drake didn't expect what came next. Water erupted out the ground at high speed. As the fresh water touched him his strength came and back the cut in his back healed. He used the water to gather all the skeletons and crush them in a huge water ball.

It had been a dreary morning. The kind of morning where you woke up and took one look out your window and rolled back to sleep. Shifting from within his covers the youth Matt Saracen eventually decided that he had enough sleep and it was time for some breakfast. Humming the lyrics to and old southern classic he performed his morning ritual and soon was at threshold of his cabin entrance.


" Awwwnnnn", came the teens drawn out yawn as he basked in the mid morning sun.


Then he was off in a quick burst of speed through the outskirts of camp. A few rotations in the woods he would perform to wake himself up everyday and get his stomach ready to eat. As Matt ran this morning he noticed the blast of water in the air and scoffed knowing it must be one of the flashy Demi-brats. Avoiding the scene he instead decided to take walk and ate one of the power bars his mom sent him in a care package until lunch.

"Heh heh!" Selene replied, shaking her hand up and down energetically and not releasing, even as she continued laughing like a mischievous child. "I see everyone around and I know almost everyone's names, of course some of those were harder to figure out than others! I even got caught a few times listening in to their conversations!!" She grinned and fingered a javelin in her belt loop with her free hand, continuing to shake the poor girl's hand. "My mommy's Achlys, Goddess of Misery A-K-A the Death Mist!!!!!!" She exclaimed, acting very proud of her lineage yet continued to giggle. "What about yours, Karen?"


Someone's talking to me... She fawned over it in her mind.

"Ha!" Kat wanted to know just what he thought was good about Ares. She was his kid and couldn't think of anything good to say about him. "Name one good thing about him," she demanded. It was at this point that Enyo, the Malaysian giant scorpion, crawled out from her hiding place in Kat's hair to the front of her shoulder where she could be seen but still sheltered.

"She' so scary wicked, that my mommy is!" Selene jumped up and down to emphasize her point. Once she stopped, she looked thoughtful and was completely still and quiet for a moment. Demeter... ah! THAT Demeter!


"Ain't she the goddess of the harvest? ...Does that mean she's the goddess of the harvest MOON!? I love moons! They're so beautiful, and you only get to see them at night when it's all dark and pretty and starry and velvety! THAT'S REALLY COOL!!"

He could tell that he would probably be getting tired soon cause as sure as hell he was from all the energy it took to summon the skeletons

Drew turned and sprinted towards the woods. As he approached it, he looked at a medium sized tree, and dashed towards it. Once he got close enough he jumped up and climbed a few branches, getting inside his little tree house he had made a couple years back, near when he first got here. He had a table, some chairs, a bunch of books lying around everywhere, and a desk which had a couple of his own books that he had written on them. He also had a few weapons that he had previously tried to forge on the floor next to his desk.

It had actually been a very pleasant day for most of the people at Camp Halfblood. Campers made new friends, played along with others, practiced, and so much more. Their energy was still high during dinner as well as most of the kids would be chatting along with their friends or goofing off. However, all good things must come to end at some point.


Now it was time for everyone to gather by the campfire. "

Thank you all for attending another day at Camp Halfblood. A couple announcements before we begin. I'd like to start off by saying that leaving the camp is still forbidden and I would highly recommend against it.

" Was the first announcement Chiron gave. He continued giving some more announcements but none deemed as more important than the first one he gave. After announcements, camp songs were then sung and lead by Sierra Bradley and a few other Apollo children.


Next it was time for a story to be told by another Apollo kid. Not just a regular story either! It was camp- which meant it was time for the ghost stories.


As the story was told, the fire from the actually camp fire flickered just before blowing out while a cold a cold wind blew by. Not only did the fire go out...it had gotten oddly darker and quieter around the camp. Something was

dead

wrong. You couldn't claim this was merely a coincidence either. Not with the look of pure shock on the story teller's face.




That's when

it

began.


The barrier that kept Camp safe from outside forces, began to crumble. It shattered to pieces, allowing the hundreds of monsters to swarm inside the camp. They didn't slowly enter either, no, they

swarmed

inside as if they were a pack of wolves going after their prey. Camp was no longer safe....

Nathaniel eyes widen in shock at the of army monsters heading their way. They were literally everywhere, quickly Nathaniel stood up and pulled out his bow shooting arrows into monsters. As tried to make his way toward some campers to help them out with the monsters. He spotted Chrissy and made his way towards her."Chrissy need help over here",Nathaniel asked her kinda of a dumb question at the moment but he kept on firing arrows at the monsters.

Logan as shocked to say the least when the monsters invaded camp but quickly got over his shock to draw his sword. He killed every monster that got near him but not without some injuries on his back and arms. Some were deep enough that would leave a scar after it healed. Knowing that he couldn't fight them all by himself he knew had to find help and get out of camp. Luckily he spotted sight of Tsubaki who was in a way his half-sister. When made his way to her there was monster right behind her that she didn't see so he quickly killed the monster."You owe me one for that Tsubaki",Logan said with a serious expression but she could her a little humor in it.

Quinn growled as she still had the stupid bracelet on that prevented her from shadow travelling. "I hope that Chiron get this thing off me after this.." She hissed and her eyes glowed as she uses astral projection and summoned a styigan black iron sword and twirled it before slashing the incoming hellhounds, puts in her headphones as she plays All-American Rejects on her iPod nano.

Angelo's eyes widened before darkening as electricity started to spark along his hair then started to surround his body as he started to fly. "Of course the day I come back, is the night the camp decides to stop working." He muttered as he summoned his celestial gold sword and struck some monsters with his lightning.

Drake was still in shock after his spar with Logan he was tired. He drew his sword and slashed at a monster near him. He needed to find someone to help him. He looked and saw Logan with a girl ,a guy shooting arrows and someone flying in mid air. He ran towards logan and the girl slashing down a few monsters. The last one was a hell hound and it scratched him deeply. He reached Logan holding his side that was bleeding.

Ky stood up and dragged Cait along with him. He only really had one friend, and the was Angelo, if they were to be considered friends. Ky made his way over to Angelo while holding Cait's hand so they didn't lose each other. Both the Eris kids had grown a bit stronger, feeding off the Chaos that was in camp.

Cait was being pulled along by her brother. Her eyes were wide and fearful when a startled Aphrodite girl ran into her and her hold on Ky broke. She fell to the ground and tried to get up. After a while she finally managed to but when she looked around in the chaos, she couldn't spot Ky anywhere. She was alone.

The girl fought back some monsters, but didn't manage to see the one behind her. Thankfully Logan was able to kill it for her. "Arigato." She replied, flashing him a small smile of appreciation. Though she had no idea what to do or how to deal with all these monsters. "There's just too many. We'll never be able to hold up against all of them!" She was right. The monsters just kept coming and coming. No matter how many were killed, more kept returning. "We have to get out of here...and Joe! And we need to find to find Joe! I have to know if she's okay."

Kat stood, whipping out Olethron and jumping into the fray. She may not particularly like the other campers, but she knew that more people would live if they stuck together. She batted away a hellhound, stabbing it and watching it disintegrate. She needed to find everyone get them to safety. Spotting a girl looking scared and lost on her own (Cait), she fought her way over to her. "Need help?" she asked sounding cocky, but her face was painted in genuine concern. She stabbed another monster as it ran toward them before looking at the girl again.

Cait looked over at the girl and nodded, "I should have trained more..." She admits and flicks her wrist so that her sword appears. Any moves towards oncoming monsters were basic yet anytime they got near Cait they got confused and hesitated. The weaker the monster and the more confused they got. Cait stayed by the other girl. "I lost my brother..."

"Woah, what the heck's going on!?" Kosmo hissed as he looked around at the monsters that approached him as well as all the other campers. He looked around desperately for something he could use in a fight. Where was his hammer!? His hatchet!? What about his little golems!?


Crap! He thought to himself. I left them in my cabin after practicing! He cursed under his breath and pulled out the one golem he had been keeping on him all day.


"Sorry 'bout this, little buddy." He said before pulling it's legs together and flipping the cap-like head off. Now he had something of a knife, and if something attacked he wouldn't be completely defenseless. He charged into the fray, into the direction of the Hephaestus cabin.


SELENE


Selene was alone in the crowd of people at the moment, but she didn't seem to mind. When the monsters had came, she had simply grabbed the knife-like ribbons she had hidden under her shirt and tied them to her arms. And then, the strange girl proceeded to dance through the battlefield with the thought of seeing as much blood as she possibly could fresh in her mind. Carnage! Gore! Her mind shouted to spur her on though the fighting.


"OH!! HI!!" She yelled when she saw two campers fighting off confused hellhounds. People! Maybe they could help her get out of there!! She did a quick twirl in the air, her ribbons slicing off a monster's head like it was butter. "Wanna be my friends?" She asked them innocently like a young child, even though she was twitching and grinning eerily.

Angelo currently floating in the air above the ground slightly, shocking and blasting monsters with his electricity, is unknowingly creating a lightning storm in the sky, his body is sparking as well with blue electricity instead of white-yellow electricity, it made the boy seem stronger and more threatening, specially since it was sparking all over his body. He hadn't noticed Ky yet since he was focused on fending off monster that got too close.

Dante



​

Dante was in the bushes when the camp was attacked. The girl he was with quickly got up and ran out of the bushes screaming. Idiot, Dante thought to himself but the next thing he heard was a swallowing sound, and he looked through the leaves to see a giant monster, it looked like a ugly cross of a minotaur and a centaur. But Dante just gathered energy from the strong feelings around him, and stood out from the bushes, directly in front of the monster.


"Sit!" he yelled and the monster seemed to try to resist, but the strong feeling around Dante, and many years of training, was really paying of at this point. The monster finally gave in and sat down, allowing Dante to climb onto its back, where he stuck the blade from his knuckle duster into the neck of the creature where he had learned to control it fully without having to use to much of his powers. So he commanded the beast to ride forward with it's head down so it would pierce nearby monsters. Odly enough he was thinking of three people, wondering if they were safe. Angelo, Cait and... Ky. So he sat out to find them. When he saw Cait in the distance he yelled to her, but the moment he did something sharp hit his shoulder. He hissed in pain, but he just twisted the dagger killing the monster he was riding on and jumped off it right to where Cait was.


"Guess not wearing armor really does bit you in the butt!" he laughed, but really the pain was excruciating.


"Are you okay?" he asked Cait.

Kat nodded at the girl. "Understood, let's find your brother and get out of here," she said. Kat did a backflip landing on a hellhound and running it through with her sword. This caused Enyo to fall onto the ground. Kat quickly swooped in to save her pet, when a strange girl came asking to be friends. "This is no time for games! We have to get to safety!" Kat yelled angrily at the other. Then she noticed a boy appear to check on Cait. Good, larger numbers means better chance of survival.

Logan sliced another monster's head off when Drake made his way over to him and Tsubaki. After he killed another monster he spotted Johanna"She's over there",Logan told Tsubaki pointing to the direction of her friend she was worried about. When he found a clear path to Johanna he lead Tsubaki and Drake towards her.

Quinn currently flying off monsters with her Stygian iron sword and summoning a large claymore which she has keeping monsters back from her since she is controlling it with her body, it strikes when she does, swinging around as she does.
