"Yea Apollo is also the god of music" Alister said as he slung the guitar on to his back

"Well you did very well," Sammy smiled

"I love guitars, I can play a bit of ukulele myself," Sammy giggled, "I love music,"

Marcus woke up late because he was up all night working on a new invention. He quickly got ready and walked to the mess hall. He grabbed a huge plate of eggs and was about to sit down and eat when he heard a explosion coming from the Hephaestus cabin. As he turned and looked at what happened he saw a rocket like device flying around camp nocking into everything. "Huh, not again",he huffed running after it as it flew towards the sing off.

"I actually need to go help the Pegasus stables you want to come? Apollo is god of pastoral things so i am not like Serena where I can talk to them I'm just good with animals" holds out his hand

"Umm... Yeah sure," she blushed as she took his hand, this was all so strange.... "I'm also really good with animals, since I can tell what they're feeling, thank you for having me,"

"Yea no problem" Alister says as they arrive at the stables "hey you want to hang out more often? because i just met you and i want to get to know you. So what do ya say? "

"Uhhhh... Yea sure.... Definitely" she smiled faintly, he liked her, she could tell that he did and she had no idea what to think about, she was so nervous and jittery, but also so excited. She had never been close to anyone ever before, this was all so new.

Marcus quickly jumped on the device trying to stop it, but instead was dragged along the ground. The rest of the Hephaestus cabin were grabbing nets and other things to help stop it. The device was about to hit the stage, but Marcus was able to get his footing and was able to change its course making it fly into the lake. His brothers and sisters were disappointed to loose one of their machines, but was glad Marcus stopped it from causing serious damage. After Marcus and the others helped clean the camp then they went there separate ways. Marcus headed to the mess hall again to eat his eggs hoping nothing else would happen.

"Whoah! Dude did you see that?" Cahya asked Aiden after witnessing the rocket end up in the lake. "Good thing it didn't crash into the stage, I'm still not up yet," she said with a chuckle. Cahya led Aiden to the warmup room. Once there, she summoned her harp and began to practice her song while the performance continued. Every minute was a minute closer to Cahya's time to perform, but she wasn't nervous. Cahya was confident in her abilities, being a child of Apollo, musical talent was literally a borne trait. Every year she got an award, whether it be first second or third. On the rare occasion she didn't succeed in top three, she would still end up in top five. Cahya was a lot more gifted in musical talent than her siblings, though she wasn't very affluent with other things her father ruled like archery or medicine.

Aiden chucked, "crazy Hephaestus children," He chuckled before Cahya dragged him to the warmup room. "Music isn't my thing, since Athena is my mother," he said as Cahya summoned her harp. "I'll stick to stabbing people while you write poetry," he chuckled.

"well... I've got kitchen duties, it's nothing glamorous, but I love cooking so I definitely take that as my chore. After that, I have to do some tidying up in my cabin, since the aphrodite cabin has emptied out so much most of the obligations fall on me... but it's whatever," Sammy smiled, it was nice having an actual person to talk to for once, then she thought of something, "I...If.. If you wanted.... to.. you could, I mean really only if you wanted to, maybe join me," with every word Sammy seemed to shrink, asking a guy to join her.... wow, this day sure was full of surprises wasn't it.

Alister's face seemed to light up and the sun seemed like it got brighter "sure love to help ya" takes her hand " lets go"

Sammy blushed as Alister took her hand and they ran towards the kitchen.

Niko is there seemingly instantly (he had actually already been there using the mud as a handicap for his training)


He caught the girl before she landed in the mud glancing behind her he asks


"What is it..." Very calmly but the sword in his hand gripped tight

Niko lets the girl go and begins stalking towards the empousi


"Picked a bad place to how your ugly face"


The empousi enraged by his calling her ugly lashes out aiming for his face


But he pirouette's to the left bringing his blade up severing the beasts arm


And leaping across to the beasts other side dragging his blade accord it's stomach

The creature lets t a howl of fury and swipes at niko again


This time he ducks and with a spin drags the edge of his blade across her hip as he falls he completes his spin and forced his blade up... The beast falls on the sword with her open mouth taking in the full length of the blade,the tip poking out of the back of her head.


With a twist the monster dissolves into puff of luminescent smoke
