Adriana pursed her lips, watching as Viola moved to another table. Well, at least she didn't yell at her again, and it felt nice to brag for once - as conceited as that may sound. The group was beginning to rise from their seats, indicating that they were moving on. She followed suit, trailing behind the group until the made it outside into the cold. Lucky her, she had gotten dressed for the occasion and pulled her sleeves down over her hands so that she had make-shift mittens; the wind still bit at her nose and cheeks, however, but she was at least somewhat warm.


"Huh,"she sounded, catching sight of the two limousines parked outside the airport. How did they get these? Which brought up the next question: where were they going? Perhaps she shouldn't have gabbed to Viola and instead should have conversed with the rest of the group, specifically their "leader". And speaking of that, where was Harry? Adriana twisted her head around, trying to catch sight of her sleepy friend but couldn't find him. She sighed, although she did spot a cart. She hesitated at first, but ended up placing her hand onto the cart and giving it life. Once it fully animated, she commanded,"Go find Harry." The cart gave a playful spin and dashed away, the mist making it appear as a dog in the eyes of mortals.


She turned then and was shocked when she found her thoughts to be empty - or at least not cluttered. She nearly cried once more but instead entered the limo, carefully passing by one of the group - someone new (Zach) - who was already inside. "Excuse me~"she sang softly as she scooched by before falling back into the seat. She rubbed her face gently, trying to bring warmth to her cheeks and nose.

Tania laughed at the question and pulled a small leather bundle out of her pocket and began to kneel in front of the door. "Simple I pick it before my lonely desperate girl-friendless fool of a friend their gets hypothermia and dies." Tania said starting to work on the lock and thinking of the last time her and Anthony had met.

Tania and Anthony had been carrying a big pair of antlers for the goddess Artemis who both respected up until then. Anthony stopped because of the monsters that had been guarding the lost object seemed to have vanished but little did he know they had been slaughtered by the hunters. Anthony took a arrow to the kidney on the left while Tania was holding the antlers on her own looking really confused at the situation. It was a really long day after that and the day kept getting longer and longer.


Anthony looked at Courtney and was a little confused since he couldn't guess who her godly parent was. Then again he was getting very distracted by his teeth chattering as he stood in shin high snow on the lawn. If there was one that is then again all evidence suggested the girl who owned the home would have some man eating grass that terrorized the mail man every spring and summer. With my luck I'll die right here and never be able to find a girl who will actually look at me let alone date me. Anthony thought as he watched Tania start picking the lock to Fern's front door with him standing shield at the ready in case the door opened to a killer plant or something.

Zach lets her pass as he stretches and leans back against the heated seats. "Mhm..." He said as he closes his eyes and curled into the warmth.


Fern raised a brow as she felt her plants go into defensive mode. "I honestly hope that some of your friends are waiting outside my house rather then trying to break in because my dad's security system and my own will not be kind..." She said while sitting back. Pepper sighs softly and shakes her head. "I can't think of any way other then Iris message... But even then I don't know if that will work..." She said as she carefully got in the limo with Fern.

 

[Holo]

Tania stared to visibly get frustrated since her lock skills were rusty. "A la mierda esta pieza de metal estúpido de basura Odio esta cosa y lo dejé!" (Fuck this stupid metal piece I hate this thing and I quit!) Tania yelled in spanish before stepping away from the lock irritated and freezing.


Anthony was trying to use his imperial gold shield to bounce sunlight onto himself and magnify it. He unfortunately didn't have enough shields to get warm but he had enough to stop getting cold. He gave a big sigh as he started to lose feeling in his, well everything and he could tell if the others didn't hurry he might need an amputation.

 

[Alterius]

Without looking back Jason answered Allie's question. "We've fought our way out multiple times killing monsters and mortals alike, a little before we left Brazil we fought against a squad of soldiers." Jasons pace was brisk and wasn't showing signs of slowing down. The airport was in sight now and the others seemed to be coming out. "We gotta hurry it seems the others are quite impatient, can't say I blame them we've been here for a while."


Shūhei noticed the others rise up and move out which was just fine with him. He hurriedly finished his meal and hurried to catch up with them, meeting them outside by the limos. "We finally heading out it feels as if we've been here forever." He noticed the unfamiliar girl and boy and waved a small smile on his face. " So where are we going from here?"


Jerika watched as multiple demigods walked to the exit, the asian boy following behind them hurriedly. She huffed looking away with a bored expression on her face, "I could just fly I don't need to be with them." She looked outside and saw the snow falling remembering where the group had gone, "Okay maybe just this once." She stood up slowly flexing her wings under her shirt since she had been leaning against them for hours on end. She walked towards the exit eyeing everyone within a thirty foot radius. "This had better be worth it." That was the last thing she said before passing through the doors her typical dissatisfied look plastered on her face.

Alec looked at Jason as he answered Allie, and finally managed to get back to his feet, and took off down the street, looking for the group, finding them standing by a limousine and rushed over, skidding past and shouting,"HI EVERYBODY!" Allie rolled her eyes as she watched the child of Aphrodite run into a pole. "Idiots all of them." She shivered slightly, and she snapped her fingers and her favorite jacket appeared on her body. She zipped up the jacket and Zoul jumped up the back of the jacket. He wriggled up and popped his head out from inside the jacket with his tongue sticking out of his mouth. Allie laughed at how the wolf could be vicious one second and adorable the next. She walked over to the group nonchalantly and turned to look at Jason "Care to introduce me to your group of crazy people?" She said jokingly.

Alec looked at Jason as he answered Allie, and finally managed to get back to his feet, and took off down the street, looking for the group, finding them standing by a limousine and rushed over, skidding past and shouting,"HI EVERYBODY!" Zack blinks and looks out at him. "Hello~!" He said and smiled while waving. "This is how we are getting to the safe house~ so everyone get in so we can get going!" He said while curling up against the heated seats. Fern and Pepper waiting, in the first limousine with Ace, Ryan and Cupid while Zack is in the other with Adriana

"'Kay!" Alec said, looking at Zack, then climbed into the limo beside him and stared a little more. "... Hi there. I'm Alec, son of Aphrodite, if I didn't already introduce myself... So... Hi there." He said, looking around at everybody in the limousine. "Sooo uhh... Has anybody seen Helena?"

Courtney watched as Tania tried to open the door and then quit. "Well, any other ideas?" She tried to joke, but noticed that her own fingers were beginning to turn blue. "Vanessa, do you think Fern would get mad if we kicked the door in?"


Vanessa gave this a long thought. "We'll die if I don't." She started to unwrap her jacket and was given her centaur legs. "Everyone stand back." It was times like this that she was grateful for her horse legs. Courtney pulled Tania and Anthony back as her friend kicked the door down.

Adriana felt her backside grow warm, the seats heating them. "Ahh,"she sighed, snuggling into the seat. She glanced around the vehicle, noticing the different luxuries it had inside. She wasn't unaccustomed to being in a limo, able to ride in them when her father's family was invited to corporate events; she was always on edge, however, due to Mr. Mayers always watching her as if one wrong move would set the world on fire.


"Are they going to roll a red carpet out for us?"she joked, cutting in. Before, she would have been cautious to be associated with such a conspicuous thing, but she now decided to simply enjoy the moment. And, hey, being greeted as if they were royalty wasn't all that bad. 'Mom would be proud,'she scoffed in her mind.

"They're brains aren't worth understanding" Ace grumbled looking at the driver who patiently waited for his plant master to give him the go signal. "What exactly is Iris message? I've heard of it before but never really exactly knew what it was" Ryan said while partially listening to the other discussion going on in the limo.

Jason gave Allie a look that said "You sure you want that?" But before she could say anything he started up. "Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, mostly girls, allow me to introduce to you all my wonderful ex-girlfriend Allie. After years of thinking her dead and other such sad things, she has graciously decided to join us on our daring escapades. As you can see she is a huntress with very sharp arrows and sharper wit. Do with her what you will I'm peacing the f*** out. NAUTILUS!" The large black flaming pegasus joined them landing gingerly and beating his wings against the air. He whined at the new girl and Jason stifled his laughter, "I'll follow from above keep an eye out for a tail or soldiers or other funky junk. Oh and by the way Max has been captured I'm incredibly pissed and worried not to mention the fact that I hate the cold, so please lets leave quickly." With that he nudged his heels against Nautilus' flanks and they took off. The pegasus taking the opportunity to speak to Jason. "Dude you really are shook up by this chick huh." Jason rolled his eyes. "Yeah well lets see how you feel one someone you loved....you know what In done talking lets just fly." The pegasus snorted somethin rude but Jason ignored it and watched the others as they circled other.

Alec watched Jason fly off on Nautilus, wanting to go up and there and give the guy a hug or something, but that would probably be ill received. But then he turned his attention to Allie, "Daaaamn. What the hell did you do to him?" He said quietly, staring at the girl, wondering what it was she did that pulled on Jason's chains so badly. Other then the whole ex-girlfriend thing. Though Jason's mentioning Max made his worries flare up again, and he squirmed some more, making a worried face as he thought about Max being stuck with scientists poking him needles and...

Condition: Coming down from manic state


The wind was gracious with it's vessel that it carried with it. The fact that she couldn't fly annoyed Karan. She could propel herself with enough force to break the sound barrier though she couldn't maneuver in the air like that comic character, Superman. It really annoyed her to no end. She tried and yet, countless times ended up covered in sea foam and brine. Karan's hair was a mess and the sea water had made it impossible to bear, mandating that she stop fooling around with her attempts at flying. Karan continued over the time gliding through the air and letting the wind's current carry her to her destination. She was slowly calming and her thoughts were streaming through her head like the floodgates had been broken. The amount of thoughts surging in her mind was enough to drop her from her perch on a current and leave her falling from the sky. Karan's heart panicked and she could see the shimmering azure blanket brought her mind to her thoughts to her more pressing problem, Pepper. Her gem in a world full of disaster and decay.


Karan fell faster from the sky. Her face was sullen and her hair whipped in the wind as her descent brought her closer to the ocean's surface. As she laid parallel with the shimmering screen, Pepper's smile had pierced Karan's heart. Her smile that had warmed her through the pain and the shame of being captured. The smile that pronounced their friendship permanent. Her heart dropped when the smile shifted to a frown with a tear trailing down her freckled cheek. Karan left her only real friend behind when she had promised not to leave her side. Her episodes were getting in the way of a life, a life she never wanted anyway, but nonetheless her life of having someone. The shrinking of distance between her and the ocean's surface was within seconds away. She spread her arms and opened her palms and softened the speed she fell. She was still falling too fast and she willed the air to soften until she closed her eyes, bracing for impact.


She heard whooshing and felt something pass her by with a wispy feel that didn't feel like air. Karan opened her eyes and gasped at the sight. The sun's rays were radiating the glacial blue waters outside of Scotland's coast. She immediately was in awe and forgot to breathe but then she reacted to being underwater. 'Under... the water... and... I felt nothing?' She thought as she gasped again but felt no water enter her lungs. It was as if she was in the water. IN the water. She was suspended under the water and she looked up and saw there was much distance between her and the surface. The fishes were unfazed by her presence and she looked around and smiled. Her hair wasn't exactly doing anything that someone would expect it to do in the water. I should've flowed with the current but it didn't exactly flow it was just... floating. Would move with her body and some--- 'DID A FISH JUST PASS THROUGH ME!?' She screamed out, feeling the water around her vibrate but her breath still steady and unopposed by the water's viscous properties. She could breath. She could feel the soft current in the ocean but she couldn't feel it. It was like a haze and it caused her to feel frantic. She tried to swim but with nothing to swim against, her efforts were futile. She thought hard.

I can't swim. I can breathe. I can't feel. I can sense. I can't explain this. I can---

Karan concentrated on movement, air movement in particular. She knew how it felt to be with the wind. The flow and the lack of resistance it carries. She twisted her hands and tried to gather the air around her, though from what it looked like, it was more of a whirlpool being created. She lifted it and her body rose up but the water's effects wasn't affecting her. She grew excited as it was succeeding in bringing her back to the surface. She rose up and she emerged through the surface, the point of exit undisturbed by her presence, only disturbed by the whirlpools surge. Karan's body floated above the ocean's surface. She smiled and bit her lip playfully. She thought of Pepper's frown and looked out to Scotland's coastline, 'I'll see you smile, doll. Just one stop before I go.' She walked on the air as steps and she lifted herself with the winds currents and headed inland.


The green hills and the faded stoneface of a wall greeted Karan home. She stepped over the wall and walked towards her nostalgia. She walked down the cobblestone road and she saw a short red headed girl running down the road. Her bright blue eyes sparkling over her smile and her giggling rising through the air. Karan continued to walk until she stopped at the corner of the road leading to ruin's where a castle once resided.

"

Maw, how come the auld stones look so sad?"

the little girl said sweetly. A woman with hair as vibrant as a red rose bouquet, walked over beside the child and placed a hand over her shoulder. She smiled at her and looked out to the ruins,

"Because, doll. There be times that pass and not a soul comes to maintain such stone. So the time wears at the auld stones and they are lonely, wishing to have comp'ny."

She kneels beside her daughter and pokes her on her cheek with a slender finger,

"Wha'cha say, you and your maw go visit them auld stones and make em 'appy. Hm?"

The little girl squeeled with joy and ran off towards the castle ruins without caution and laughing before fading away.



Karan sighed and continued forward down the dirt road off the coastline. She kept her arms tucked into themselves and saw the shifts in color as the cool soft blue breeze swept along the green hills. Karan fixed her untamed hair into a messy bun, wincing at the pain at it being covered in saltwater. The little girl returned atop the hill ahead. This time older, with her long and growing redder than it was orange earlier. She sat on a large smooth rock looking out to the sea. She sat there as Karan walked closer to her.

"I hate her... I wish she died in a bloody mess. Her eyes gouged. Her soul shredded by demons or such nonsense the pastor preach abouts. Why is maw such a prissy tart...? All I wanted was to know about da... "

She held onto her knees as her chin touched the top of them. Karan stood beside her and smirked,

"Cuz da be a smidge of a bastart, doll. Maw knows best. Cannae go runnin' your wee geggy. Maw's always there, doll.... always."

Karan said before placing her her hand on the girl's shoulder before the little girl sobbed and faded away. Karan's hand passing through and going back in her coat.



Karan sniffled a bit and looked over to the cottage down half a mile away. She kept walking and wondered what she was going to say when she saw her. Karan didn't exactly know how it was gonna be if she did see her. Karan was shocked at how much she missed her. Karan couldn't see past the tear welling up and she scoffed. Karan didn't think much of it. It was normal right? Wanting to see your maw after so long? It shouldn't be bad to get a bit emotional. She sniffled and walked closer to the steps of the cottage. She looked at the door and she heard a dish shatter inside. She looked through the window and saw the girl inside. She was older than she was earlier on the rock. Her bright blue eyes were in tears. The glass on the floor covered in blood. Her mother ran over and saw her and held her close.

"Oh, doll. Come here. Come to your maw. Whit happened?"

Her mother asked her.

"Whit happened, doll?"

The child sobbed and held her hands.

"I saw da... I saw da... da wants to take me away, maw."

Her mother's face was twisted with fear.

"It's time, Karan. I... I love you, Karan...

Karan looked over to her left at the door, a woman stood looking at her as if seeing a ghost. "Karan... Karan... doll... where...why... why are you here, my child? Oo--oh- I've missed you!" She runs forward in tears and goes to hold Karan. Karan flinched hoping not to freak out but she felt nothing as she shut her eyes. She heard her mother scream and Karan opened her eyes and looked around, "WHIT!? Something wrong?! " She cried out as she brought the winds beside her to guard her mother. Her mother looked at her as if she was a monster. "Karan... whit... why cannae touch you child! WHIT THEY DO TO YOU!!!" she was crying trying to feel Karan's arm, wrist, hair, face... Karan couldn't hold her mother. It brought her to tears. "Maw... Maw... whit's... Maw..." She held herself in her arms. She began cradling herself as her mother sobbed beside her and there was nothing she could do. Karan tried touching everything around her. Nothing was physical. Karan sat beside her mother and wept until finally her mother spoke, "I'm sorry, Karan. I didn't want to leave you with them. Look whit they did to my bonnie. Made her a ghost. Are you still living? Int nit still beating? You're heart, doll?" Karan tried to wipe her tears but they fell through her, landing on the flagstones. "I'm not sure anymore, Maw. This isnae whit I had in mind when I was to see me maw." Karan looked at the beautiful blue eyes she inherited and smiled. "I love ya, maw. I'll see you soon, maw. And next time, I'll hold you and never let go..." Karan kissed the air beside her mother's cheek. Beth cried and couldn't speak. She was losing her daughter again, a daughter she doesn't know is still alive or is haunting her from the afterlife. Karan stood up and walked away from her mother before launching herself into the air.


Beth watched as her daughter's ghost departed and knelt on her knees and brought her hands together. She dipped her head and touched her forehead and chest in the pattern of the cross ending with a kiss on her thumb. "Father above, watch over me bonnie doll. Guide her past the gates to what she's owed. Hold her until you call for me. Amen."

Zach smiled at Alec. "I'm Zachary, Pepper's step brother, regular human but can see through the mist." he said calmly while resting against the seats while offering a hand to Alec. "Also it's quite possible. You never know with Mr.Davidson... he loves to spoil his only daughter." he said while leaning back against his seat.


Fern lightly pushes a button to make food appear beside Ace. "Alright then..." she said softly while sitting back in her seat once more while focusing on the others who are all standing outside the limousines. Pepper bites her lip. "I've only used it a few times... it's a way to communicate with others, such as gods, demi-gods, centaurs, cyclops or satyrs... you just needs a spray of mist... and toss a coin into it while saying a prayer to Iris, the goddess of rainbows and the messenger of gods..."

"NICE! What a nice plant!" Ace smiled and began to eat the food. "Whoa..." Ryan responded to Pepper's explanation with naivety. "That sounds so cool! Let's try it!..please?" The teen asked raising a brow. He had only spent approximately three months at the camp. Still Ryan had not gotten used to all the "magic" stuff.

Pepper bites her lip and nods. "Alright..." She said as she fiddled with her hair slightly while curling up in her seat, Karan had been the one to explain Iris messages to her since she had just gotten to camp when it was blown up. Fern rolls eyes. "I figured it would the best way to get you to stop glaring... Not my fault your companions don't hurry up and get in the limo."

 

[Wrath Of Athena]

Violet sat on the bed in her dark cell, head in her hands hand. The chain around her wrist was sore, and her throat was dry from lack of water. The scientists had opted to only give her the bare minimum of what she needed to survive, thus making her constantly both hungry and thirsty, but not starving. She suspected this was to deter any escape attempts. Ha, like she could possibly escape without her sword. She most likely couldn't escape if she DID have it. Every once in a while she'd hear the footsteps of one of the scientists walking by, probably observing her. What was there to observe, other than a now-depressed 14-year-old mope in a dark cell? Maybe the other Demigods would come save her soon... She could hardly remember their names now. She could hardly remember her own. She wondered if she was starting to lose her mind from the isolation. Why couldn't they just take her powers, kill her, and get it over with? The scientists were a cruel bunch, leaving her in a cell like this. She felt a pang of pain where her left forearm used to be. Phantom pains, she thought they were called. She looked at the large metal door to her cell, hoping that she'd hear the rush of footsteps and then the other demigods would burst in and save her. She didn't hear it, and they didn't come. They probably never would. She would be stuck in this dark purgatory until they decided to end her miserable life.

Allie pinched the bridge of her nose as jason flew off. She walked over to the limo and got in the very back and began staring out the window. "Its like he's trying to prove me right!" She thought as she watched the snow flurry happen outside off the window. She remembered her time with the hunters, her first true hunt, earning her place as one of Artemis's most trusted hunters, losing some of her friends to monsters and scientists… She closed her eyes and let a tear fall down her face. In the last week before she had run into Max she'd been throughout more heartbreak than she wanted to experience. She opened her eyes and hardened her emotions again "Ive gotta be strong… for the hunters who are still alive." She felt Zoul lick her face and she gave a slight smile. "I should probably rest…" She thought as fatigue from her earlier adventures washed over her. She closed her eyes and drifted of into sleep

"BANG BANG BANG!" The noise rattle throughout the cell block as Max repeatedly kicked at the bars of his cage. "Its not gonna work dude!" Kitsune spoke up from behind Max as he continued to pound at the metal bars. " I don't care if it works! I want Out!" He shouted As he drove his foot into the bar again. "Just give up… everyone will be coming for you." Max stopped beating at the bars. "W-what makes you say that?" He asked out of breath "I can give you a list of people we never went and found after they vanished!" Kitsune tilted his head "Name them." Max walked up to his bed "Vitus, Ashlynn, Raylene, Violet. those are the only four i can remember at the moment… what's stopping me from joining that list?!" "Shut up in there!" Said a voice from another cell "Just give it up… no one gonna save us. And nobodies gonna save a crazy guy who talks to himself." Max stormed back to the cage bars and put his face to the bars. "SHUT YOUR F***ING MOUTH!!!! AS LONG AS I AM ALIVE AND A SON OF ZEUS I WILL FIND A WAY OUT!!!!" Max watched as the boy who had just spoken roll over. He walked back to his bed and sat down and put his head in his hands. "Some son of Zeus i am. I can't even get out of a stupid cell." Max felt a paw touch his shoulder "Hey as long as you need me ill comfort you." The fox said to Max in a cheerful tone. Max flopped backwards and stared up at the ceiling. He'd had guards come up to the cage a yell and even shock him until he'd stop "talking to the air" as the guards called it. "Maybe i really am going crazy… i guess it could be worse." Max rolled over and stared at the tally marks on the wall and began counting them again.

Shūhei blinked at Jason's outburst, his face took a sad expression before he got into the limo, he waved towards the girl Jason had just introduced before sitting across from her immediately pulling up his holographic screen the diamonds slowly circling around the screen reacting as rapidly as he tapped away at it pulling up different charts and graphs all fluctuating almost in rhythm with his heartbeat and breathing . "My name is Shūhei, a pleasure to meet you and your furry friend." Only Shūhei's eyes moved as he addressed Allie, his hands continued flying across the screen clearing diagnostic checks and opening up a new screen that seemed to hold an interesting blueprint.


Jerika meanwhile entered the limo and sat at the edge of the seat as far from any of them as possible a look of discontent on her face, she looked out the window, slightly unfurling her wings to avoid them cramping up. They also served the dual purpose of blocking off the seats next to her so that no one she didn't like could sit next to her. She leaned back and waited for the group to finally hit the road.

Anthony watched in a mixture of fear and awe as Vanessa kicked Fern's door in. however once he heard the hinges crack he stuck some headphones into his ears. The song Time of dying by Three Days Grace was playing and Anthony opened his shield (Thank gods it had opened properly that time instead of hitting idiot mode.)


Anthony's brain went into tactical mode from his time in the legion. He pointed to Vanessa Even though she put his nerves on overtime. "Vanessa can you stay here and make sure no plants come at us from behind with your bow. Courtney, right? Can you go in with me while Tania covers Vanessa and plays catchup?"


Anthony felt confident in his plan especially when he saw Tania watching electricity go through her sword. Anthony saw the electricity zap Tania and heard her squeal happily seeming to take pleasure in being shocked. "Tania you are such a freak. It's just not okay."

Vanessa sighed. "Alright, yeah. I'll stay." She nodded, pushing her friend forward. "Court, behave yourself. I know you're still bummed about Wolfie, but you have to get over it. You'll be finding someone loads better. Obviously Lady Aphrodite didn't like that pairing." She readied her bow. "Inside. Tania, you're with me."


Courtney would have cried if she wasn't so focused on getting Anthony inside. "We'll switch off so that we can all get warm at some point or another. We'll switch every hour." She yanked Anthony's arm. "Tony, come on." She then sat on the couch.

Allie lift her head after her pitiful attempt at sleeping failed. She looked over at the kid who was addressing her and rolled her eyes and put her head back against the window "Why is everyone so slow! Get in the freaking limo already" she whined in her head. Zoul, however, stared at the kid or more specifically the floating diamonds moving around the kid. "Τι Magic είναι αυτό"(What Magic is this?) He said as as he followed the mechanical diamonds flew around. Allie smiled a little as Zoul slipped into curious puppy mode as he rarely acted like this. She put her head back down and let Zoul have his fun.

A hellhound lumbered out of the darkness at the mansion and charged towards the mansion, his tongue lolling out of his mouth and drool dripping from his jaws. A lone pale figure sat on his back, slumped against his shoulders like she had been dragged through Tartarus itself. And when the monster lumbered forward and stopped by the door, the girl slid off the furred beast and planted her feet on the ground using her Stygian sword to help her stay standing. Even having Fred shadow travel for her, when she looked at her own hands they were see through. too much more of this and she would simply fade away, and God knows she didn't want that... Did she? She looked up at the sky and saw a fiery pegasus wheeling about the sky, and the mere thought of flames made her stomach sick, and her heart ache...
