"Ma'am, I need to know more information if I want to find you!" Ana says, clearly in a hurry to save the caller.
But no, they couldn't. Or they wouldn't? "Please tell Marc... I love... him..."
"No, don't say that. Ma'am, what highway are you on?!" Ana raised her voice to the point where anyone in the building would probably hear her.
...no response. The only sounds appear to be some sort of crackling, though that could be anything. There's also some breathing. "Hello? Hello?" She starts tearing up at the thought of what could be happening right now.
There's still another call coming...

Ana runs offscreen to go notify someone else about the current emergency. She probably says something along the lines of "Someone's been injured in a car crash on a highway in the city. Send a helicopter and an ambulance to look for them!"
...they complied. A helicopter was going to be scrambled, as well as an ambulance and possibly a few cop cars.
Still anxious, Ana returned to her seat, where the phone was still ringing. She picked it up. "Uhh, 9-1-1, what's your emergency?"
"Jesus, what was the holdup?! There's been a car crash on 106 West highway!"
Ana gasped. "I... i'll send an ambulance immediately! Just..."

"Thanksfortellingme- holdonasecond!" Ana quickly says, slamming the phone down then dialing the number that she knows belongs to the most recent ambulance. "Cmon, cmon, cmon..."
*beep boop* "What is it?" the zooming of the ambulance was loud, but luckily didn't disrupt the call.
"The car crash is on 106 West! You hear me? 106 West!"
The receiving person on the other end sounded a little annoyed. "You could've told us that earlier!"
"Sorry, but someone just told me about it! Just go!"
"Alright then!" He hangs up.
Now that that was handled, Ana gets back to the previous caller. "Alright, i've sent an ambulance your way, now can you tell me about anything happening with the car crash?"
The caller clears his throat. "Well uhh... it's been flipped. Looks like something had knocked it over a barrier or something."
"Can you see the driver?"
"Sure." The roar of the vehicles on the highway provide some unhelpful noises as the caller allegedly walks over to the wreck. "Yeah, I see them, still strapped in... and... oh god, they're bleeding!" Damn. Will the ambulance make it in time? The caller could try to free the unconscious driver, though there's a possibility they could get injured.
