Dice Café

Ritually produce two magical beans which do not expire. Once planted in arable soil, in one minute, a small, visually average flower of a random species sprouts to full size but does not bloom. The flower does not require sunlight, but does require fertilizer and water to sustain itself. Once fully grown, a caster may choose to imbue it with manna if both beans are fully grown and living. If done this way, the flowers begin to transmit the sounds being made at each other's location with sufficient fidelity to hold a conversation. Any attempts to listen to faint or obfuscated noises are made at disadvantage.
  • Duration of transmission: No. of minutes = knowledge.
  • Transmission range: Anywhere in the same realm of existence as you.
  • Duration: Until one of the plants is dead.
Yes, this can be, only that every use of the little plant uses up 4 Mp and requires concentration. And since this is a pretty powerful spell, I'll say pick a species of plant and it'll require normal plant things that species needs like sunlight, unless you want it to be a subterranean fungi.

The 2 attachments were for the rings, to add in the materia. The staff only has one added in, which means it has the weather spell and Shadow’s edge.
Oh I changed accessories having materia, rather it's the armor now that gets attachments.

Weapons already have 2 attachment slots, so you only need to spend for 1 extra attachment slot if you want to have a total of 3.

Shadow‘s edge (with his staff)
Shape the shadows in whatever blade you want on your preferred weapon. Can reach up to 1 area, depending on the type of blade the caster wants to create. Can use knowledge for combat rolls. After a long rest, you can cast shadow‘s edge as many times = knowledge. It can also mask the caster’s and two others’ presence by concealing them in shadowy places where they can see the outside but no one can see them. Add knowledge to larceny rolls.

For this: ima say that ya can't have the weapon and concealment active at the same time. And shaping the shadows to use knowledge instead of combat to attack shall last 1 round. While concealment lasts for a number of minutes = 10 x knowledge
Materia cost: 300 alchemical.

Electric burn (on his ring)
Close combat type. Touching the person will give them burns once active. Depending on the roll, it can paralyze the victim. Touching someone’s weapon can potentially electrocute them, should the weapon is a certain type of metals that can conduct (copper, silver, gold, and aluminum). It won’t hurt the wearer. Can use knowledge for combat rolls. After a long rest, you can use it as many times needed = knowledge.

For this: It has to be defensive in nature if you put this in the armor, or can be as a touch attack if placed in the staff.
For the defensive nature, I'll say the shock triggers if Isa receives a melee attack. And if his spell power is higher than theirs, they are afflicted with Slow, but take no damage, or Burn. Please pick only one permanently.
For the offense, I'll say that if Isa attacks successfully, then enemy is afflicted with slow or burn, and please pick just one permanently. And they don't take additional damage.
Materia cost: 200 alchemical.

Ritually produce two magical beans which do not expire. Once planted in arable soil, in one minute, a small, visually average succulent grows to adolescent size. After this minute, a caster may choose to imbue it with manna if both plants are living. If done this way, the succulents begin to transmit the sounds being made at each other's location with sufficient fidelity to hold a conversation. Any attempts to listen to faint or obfuscated noises are made at disadvantage.

  • Cost: 4mp
  • Duration of transmission: Concentration, no. of minutes = knowledge.
  • Transmission range: Anywhere in the same realm of existence as you.
  • Duration: Until one of the plants is dead.

Yeah, this is cool.

So, I wanted to do a similar transformation ability to his Metamorphose, but where he turns into a plant. I think I mentioned it before. I'm angry and depressed so I won't tackle it right now but, I'm wondering exactly how far I can take it with a semblance at his level?

Also, would you be willing to do little slice of life RP posts every once in a while after we end the story here? Zer0 Zer0

For Semblance I usually tackle it as something that grows per level. So level 3 would be level 5-6 D&D spells in potency.

And nah, after the main, I'll be focusing on the rest of Moss' arc while planning me first voice chat rp.

Oh wow, voice chat RP? I'd imagine it's similar to running a tabletop RPG. Somewhere between LARP (which I respect in some cases TYVM) and TTRPGs, anyway. I wrote 'oh wow' because I've never seen one advertised or mentioned separately, as opposed to tacit in a TTRPG. I'm slowly recognizing all the ways it could be different.

Speaking of D&D, I just started a new campaign... as a Barbarian Fairy XD

XD How's it been?

Sorry, i fell asleep super hard. Its been great! I set up a voice changer so i sound very high pitched. Then, i pick an entire person up and huck them ten feet away.

The DM is very new and unexpectedly young. He's quite excitable and he often becomes incredibly frazzled and stumbles over his words to the extent that he has to breathe mid-word.

The character is 32 years old so I'm just trying to channel my inner person-who-is-older-than-me. Not sure how that precisely is going.

The DM allowed me to use an aliminium baseball bat that is in a size made for humans (the setting is arcane-punk - whatever that means - and fake retro 70’s), which is ruled as a mace and treated as a two-handed weapon for him. He's basically just a cute tiny mob gangbanger.

It's a free program with a premium tier named Voicemod. There's some complicated fiddling -- it adds a virtual audio device so that for whatever service you're going to use for your game, you need to add it in.

The program isn't necessarily well behaved and can be CPU intensive. And background noise sounds hellish, things like fans get a little rough.

The free voices rotate on a 24 hour schedule so idk if it's the best. There are probably others that are better. I'm definitely going to shop around in the future.

Kay, everyone, so please write your interaction with the Templars post first before rolling. Tis a DC14 charm roll to distract the guards for Moss to try and get in. You can roll separately, or one person rolls with advantage. Katsuya Katsuya Sisyphus Happy Sisyphus Happy
