Edit: So the lady guard suceeded in grappling Sassy. Blonde guard gets advantage, hence the two rolls. He picks 14 that's +4, blonde guard gets Sassy's stuff. Unless you wanna roll again AI10100 to knock him out this round,since you still got the minor action.
