Knowledge 6: Convalesce

Make a Challenging Knowledge roll. Any biological matter within the target area that has been permanently altered by an effect, magical or mechromantic, is reverted to its original form -- if and only if the spell Dispel Magic would not interact with the effect.
  • Target: 1 (+1 for every two points of knowledge over 6) 50cm cube.
  • Casting Range: Touch
  • Ritual Duration: 6H
 
Oh, I didn't know about that. I don't know. It's in the same logical category. We could make an exclusion for powerful magic like that. Or the Knowledge DC could be proportional to the effect.
 
I think we could idealize it as a transmutation effect rather than an effect which adds energy. If the engine blade is turning stone to wood, it is likely that energy is moving from the wood to the blade. Unlike the way that Charon has been mutated, which is a transformation (energy doesn't change). I don't know if there's a spell tag for that though, lol.
