Years ago in a far away land, there lived two rival kingdoms. For centuries, they fought against each other because of silly quarrels. Finally, both were tired and worn out. If they continued on, they would lose more men and money than ever. To put a stop to everything, the kingdoms had agreed to doing one thing. To set up an arranged marriage between their children. So against the free will of their children, they had no choice. So whatever will happen to these two? One can only wonder and imagine their story.

The wind was blowing... You could hear trees and flowers rustling and dancing along as the wind blew. The leaves were gently falling down from the trees and onto the ground of streets. It was without a doubt, the morning of an Autumns day. Jade was standing on the street, holding her flute in one hand, whilst looking around at the plants... The fresh air cooled her mind and woke herself up. It was only 5AM in the morning so nobody was out. Everybody was inside their house sleeping soundly as the war had ended between the two countries. She went and laid down on a field of grass just a few steps away. She lay down there, looking at the cloudy sky in deep thought...


WHY THE F*CK DO I HAVE TO MARRY A STINKING GUY JUST TO END THE F*CKING WAR?!!!! LIKE SERIOUSLY!!!!! I don't know what the hell is going up in Father's mind but it's not like I'm going to marry without putting up a fight. Seriously, everyone is all happy that the war has ended but it's only me that's unhappy! I am DEFINITELY going to find a flaw within that guy and going to refuse it like hell! Jade thought. She was totally against the idea as you can see.


She sighed and covered her eyes with her arm. Tears fell down her eyes. She knew that she couldn't refuse seeing as she had to do this for her country to not suffer. But why her of all people. Why did she have to suffer when she hasn't even experienced love yet?


She suddenly sat up and gently smacked her cheeks. No more time to be depressed! If I can't get through this then I'm going to suffer in life! Many other people have suffered more than me so I shouldn't be the one down when I'm living! After all, God only gives you obstacles that you can overcome! she thought. She wiped away her tears and took out her flute. She played it like there was no tomorrow as she needed to vent out her negative feelings somehow. All her feelings were being blown away along with the wind...

The windy breeze gently caressed Izian's cheek. He awoke under a tree. The leaves were dark brown with shades of yellow, red and orange. He had a book in his lap, remembering what had happened the very morning. He brushed aside his dark hair, sighing. His memory reminding him of today's special date. A bride. He had no joy in his face or expression. The only thing he knew was that it was his duty. And nothing more.


He was curious though, what kind of girl would she be? Stupid? Smart? Arrogant? Humble? A leaf fell down into his palm, as he was mesmerized by the different etchings. Each line looked like a path way. It reminded him of his own lines which were drawn against his hand. Fortune tellers would tell him how he would live long and happy. They could have been black lies. Ugly red streaked lies. He could only smirk at the stupidity.


He flipped open the book. A simple book of a fairytale. Those beautiful letters written, "Happily ever after." As if that existed. The only one person he could have imagined living in this happily ever after was his sister. And she was gone now. Dead. Her dreams faded alongside her. Forgotten only as a dream.


He felt himself withdraw into depression and sorrow. He didn't want to face it anymore. Instead, he managed to lull himself back to sleep. The autumn leaves continued to fall and surround the sleeping boy. Everything around him was peaceful. The beauty of the garden still managed to suppress its withering death.

Jade managed to play until the end of the song which almost managed to take out all of her anger. She still had a bit of anger left in her and like they say, bottling up feelings are like poison. She took in one large deep breath and blew the highest note possible on the flute for as long as she could which was long since she had amazing lung capacity. After what seemed like forever, she stopped and she was out of breath. She flopped on the grass whilst breathing heavily and laughed! She didn't feel any happier than this in a while after taking out all those negative feelings! It felt.... really reassuring for her that she could maybe still find happiness even though there was sadness.


She then sat up and started to sing a tune that was partly depressing but it helped to describe her:

Vivid dreams and nightmares haunted his mind but he wasn't surprised. He had so many every single time he fell asleep, as if it was a curse. He could only sigh, wondering about those who were free from their lives. To be taken away and brought out of this Earthly terrain. Death seemed like the solution for so many people's escape in court. Whether it had been poison, murder or suicide. They were given a memorial and then forgotten. Those silly people who were obsessed with longevity. The crazy things they did to stay alive. But in the end, dead. Finally, resting, never peacefully but dead.


He had times where he would be silent, to think up of all those things. The dreadfully sorrowful memories he held in his mind with his beloved sister. How her life was stolen from her young soul. If he did ever have the choice to give up his life and exchange it for hers, he would have. Just so that she could stay alive. But there never would be that opportunity for him again. He was forced to open his lives and realize that he was living in reality. For every choice he made, it would lead up to a short term or long term consequence. Even if they were stupid or idiotic decisions.


He heard a song from not afar, getting up to follow the tune. He saw a girl, pretty in fact. But he kept his silence. Listening to it, keeping his quietness.

Jade suddenly stopped the song at the second verse. She looked around.... I feel a presence around here.... she thought. She cautiously looked around... She heard the sound of rustling leaves from behind her and quickly turned around. "MEOW~" It was a cat. A black and white cat to be exact. She giggled a bit seeing as how paranoid she was. The cat was a little frightened but Jade didn't care. She liked animals as she has pets at her house as well. She bent down on her knees and clicked her fingers lightly whilst making a clicking sound with her mouth. She wanted to cuddle the cat soooooooooooo badly since she's an animal lover!


The cat eventually came towards and Jade slowly held out her hand to let the cat familiarize itself with her by sniffing. The cat sniffed and slowly came closer towards and finally s/he was right beside her. Jade smiled blissfully and stroked him/her and the cat purred back. The next thing Jade knew was the the cat was sitting on her lap falling asleep. Jade rubbed the cat's stomach whilst humming happily. This cat is soooooooooooooooo cute!!!!!!! I just want to hug it to death!!!!!!!!!! Hold on, it's a he. I'll change it to I wanna hug him to death!!!!! I wonder if anyone is his owner? If not then I'm going to take him home! And keep your calm Jade.... If you hug him to death now or anything like that, you will surprise him and make him hate you.... she thought to herself as she took one deep breath. As you can tell, when she's with animals, it's like nobody else around her matters.
