AirTunes: Guy can breathe in large amounts of air through air tunnels he grows from his body, and then fire it out at dangerous speeds. He can grow them from his back and legs to increase speed and his arms and fists to increase strength. The only drawback is he can only use this power if he is holding his breath, as the second he exhales his winds disburses. To defeat Boreas stop him from breathing.

Backstory
Guy is a Chimera, created in a lab when he was spliced with variants of BlowFish. Growing up in a Controlled Environment Guy learned to control his powers but developed a bit of an anger issue complex. On one of his fits, he accidentally broke a Nurse's arm. Since then Guy has worked very hard to change into someone who uses their Anger as a tool and to not let it blind him. Guy became a Hero because he saw how broken the world was and knew how evil it could be, so when he heard about C.H.I.H.O he signed up right away to become a Superhero known as Boreas. He was well known in his home town but recently C.H.I.H.O has sent him to Beta HQ in Paris.

Phin has needle-like spines that run along his back and the sides of his arms; he can use his quills to his defense and
use them as throwing 'knives'. However, it takes a few days for new quills to grow back, so he tries to use the quills sparingly.
His quills also house antibiotics, in the case of accidental stabbing or even if Phin means to poke someone; the quills themselves
will not lead to infection. Sometimes, if necessary, he could use his quills to help with an infection of someone else
by grinding the quills up into a paste.

Phin is quirky and lovable- or at least tries to be. At times he is very stubborn and possessive over his stuff
and can be a bigger nuisance than the enemy. Phin doesn't have a lot of self-esteem, usually brushing himself off as
just another hybrid or down-on-his-luck dude. He has wit to spare which can be seen as rudeness; his sarcasm can
get himself into even more trouble as well. Phin has an air about him that makes it hard to see past his sarcasm
as others may not be able to tell if he's serious or not. He tries to work on his personality but he needs someone
to put him in his place and make him realize that he's being too harsh. At his low, he is caring, but first, you must
make it past all of his stubbornness. Phin finds loyalty in a few, and once you become friends with him, he will never
let you stumble.
Backstory
Phin had a pretty big family growing up; he had seven other siblings -with Phin being the fourth oldest- and had
multiple cousins, aunts, and uncles. Even as a small child, he was very stubborn, but he strived to do something great.
He wanted to be something different and being almost the middle child, Phin felt like he was getting overlooked.
After doing odd jobs for several years, he was finished with normal. He wanted excitement, something challenging.
He finally enrolled in C.H.I.H.O and became a hybrid.
