I have to explain the career choice I am interested in (baking/pastry industry) and for my intro I'm making them eat and tell me the ingredients that they taste. The texture and the overall appeal. Then go in details why I made them do that and it's all because some pastry chef have to research and understand what they are making and cater to the people. And blah blah blah. It has to be 7-10 minute speech but later on in the year, it'll go for 45 minutes. OTL I hate my school.
