Fantasy Business of Death IC

A bit of tension slipped out of Lora's shoulders, "Why thank you very much, Miss Underworld. I'll do my best not to cause any problems for you in any way. I shouldn't be too much trouble as I only have half a year of training left."
Loretta studied the newly approached people after Lily walked away. She recognized one of the as the heir to the Spears family, although the girl was a mystery. The two did look a bit too much alike to not be related. Loretta still did not know the other reaper's name past what Lily had been calling her.
Before she could ask about the other woman, Her attention was caught by the raving lunatic in the center of the room.
"Do correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't saying that you'll surpass god an easy way to get your name written in one of these?" Lora held her little black book into the air, "At least it was a bad idea to insult and potentially anger your all-powerful boss last time I checked."
Loretta shook her head, that boy was mad. However, she had to admit he was a very talented fighter. Any encounters with him would surely prove plenty interesting if she could stand him for more than a few minutes at a time.
The other thing that piqued her interest were the two playing peace-keeper. One of them was definitely the Underworld woman who's name Lora couldn't remember for the life of her. The other reaper was the pale woman from before, now she seemed to be getting some attention herself, although it didn't look good.
Feeling the need to get things moving towards the direction she wanted them to go at least a little bit, Lora turned to Genevieve, "I see your another trainee. Best of luck with your lessons and I do hope we both learn what we need. Maybe we'll end up working together a bit."

While very little was known about Dimitri, Viktoria was heavily attracted to him. His way of being able to hide so much emotion was amusing to her, and she couldn't help but to 'internally' fangirl over his accent. If she could keep him talking for hours on end, she would. Unfortunately they were on two different ends of the spectrum and that made conversation hard enough as it was but that wasn't going to stop her from at least trying to seem somewhat friendly. As Dimitri spoke in disapproval of her actions, she couldn't help but to look the other way hiding a frustrated pout, instead she sighed.
"Reputation is just the opinions of others, no one truly knows how the other is feeling inside that causes them to do the things they do." She paused feeling rather saddened by herself "Maybe the great Lord will find a sanction for my soul." She nearly mocked.
Watching Lily from afar talk to the boy, she begun to feel unamused. Didn't she have too many trainees as it was, what could she want with an obnoxious little boy?
"Dimitri, why are you even here, you're a Class C."

The words were wise; Dimitri could give her that. Reputation was only composed of opinion, but opinions were powerful. And if you didn't raise the right ones, reputation could be your very downfall. He raised an eyebrow, clearly noticing her little tease on the Lord. He didn't really make his little hobby of reading a Bible known, but he suspected Viktoria knew. He had brought the book with him; it sat snug as a bug in his bag. He planned on reading it after this, accompanied by a warm cup of hot chocolate.
Dimitri shrugged as the beautiful German asked why he was here.
"Just vanted to see the new trainees. I had been cooped up in my apartment for too long, so this vas a good refresher."

Lily calmly listened to the boy speak as the boy introduced himself as Damien, and how he would apparently surpass the gods. She was relatively patient, nodding at what he said with a low, "Alright then," only to chuckle when he spoke of her being like his father.

"Am I now?" she answered calmly, sounding unfazed by what he said. That was a new one; usually people gave her the stupidest aliases and honorable titles. Blah blah blah, Anti-Reaper Police, Sarcasm Queen, stuff like that. It was like she'd become the poster child of Grim Reapers. Lily shrugged when he mentioned attitude. "You should embrace your attitude, if anything. You've got to be tough and have confidence to stay in the business. It's a rough one. The name's Lily Underworld." She casually said her name, pretty much dismissively, then looked over to Tali. "Aw, come on, kid. If it helps we could use a stopwatch system. The faster you are in Reaping, the quicker graduation will come. And Loretta is right about that. Lord Hades is just as prideful as any other god. I'd be careful not to anger him. But I like your spirit."

"I just listen to the voices in my head, what's so wrong about that?"

"Eh?" Damien said scoffing, "Hades huh? Well then . . . I guess I have a goal now huh?" A wide grin ran over his face, as he took a deep breath, yelling out at the top of his lungs. His body practically shaking from the force of his own voice.

"Hey!" He roared out, "Hades! Can you hear me!? I, am Damien Revier Death-No . . . I'm your worst fucking nightmare! I'm gonna surpass you, you hear me you Old Geezer!? I'm gonna punch you across your God Face!" He laughed, an insane, crazy, maniac like laugh as his eyes swirled, his pupils turning into star like figures.

"I'm going to squash you below my feet." he spoke in almost a mutter, a demonic look on his face, "And everyone who ever doubted me . . ." He suddenly snapped back to reality, his eyes turning from stars to their normal blue, as he felt slightly light headed. "Heh . . . Sorry about that." He grinned at her, "Lily was it? Nice to meet yah~!"

Chrissa was sort of sitting back and listening to everyone. After this, if she didn't have any students to teach, she'd do some reaping. There were surely souls that needed to be reaped around now. "HEY!" She snapped her head around when the boy started yelling. This.. This Damien kid... he was extremely interesting, and Chrissa was extremely amused, until his eyes changed shape. Immediately the girl rushed over to the hooded figure (it was definitely Lily... living with your sister for 23 years makes it easy to figure out what they're doing) and Damien. The boy muttered something demonic... The wheels inside Chrissa's head started working. This couldn't possibly be a mental disorder- mental disorders don't change your eyes from icy blue to dark blue. Mental disorders don't make your eyes star-shaped. "This kid seems dangerous," Chrissa muttered so that only Lily could hear. "Are you sure you want to take him on alone?"

"That's exactly what I said! There's no way he isn't going to get smited if he keeps that up..."
Genevieve piped up when the other trainee spoke, but when Loretta spoke to Jenna directly, she just smiled. "Oh, you're a trainee, too? That's interesting. I'm Genevieve Riverwoods, by the way. Jasper here's my older brother. What's your name?" She held out a hand for her to shake as she introduced herself, now choosing to ignore Damien's loud declarations. They were getting too repetitive to be amusing anyway.

Meanwhile, Jasper merely sighed as Damien continued on with insulting Hades, before his attention switched to Tali.
"C-Class violations? Ah, I understand those-- I have a few on my record, too..." He sighed a bit at the thought. "Most likely why I'm only a C-Class Reaper as well. My uncle William will probably kill me if I get another, though--" And, as soon as she seemed to reach for something, which he assumed was her little black book, he instantly took out his own and quickly flipped through it once, checking for any jobs. Once he was satisfied he was fine, the twenty-three-year-old then put his book back into his pocket.

Meanwhile, Mika had just barely walked through the doors of IGRA, sighing a bit as she pushed her glasses a bit further up her nose. Getting here had been a pain... First, she had woken up late, and then she had received six jobs in the time it took her to get ready. Three of which were clear on the other side of the city.

To say the least, despite the fact it wasn't all that late, the older woman was already quite tired of the day. Honestly, couldn't she get to IGRA without fifteen things deterring her? Apparently not, as here she was, almost an hour late. But, alas, at least the line at Starbucks was shorter now, as Mika definitely needed caffeine... So, that's what she did, merely getting into line to wait, ordering a black tea, and then sat herself down at one of the many tables open. She sipped her tea quietly, merely watching everyone mull around.

Just by looking at the faces of the other Reapers, Mika could tell something interesting had just happened. Too bad it seemed to have calmed down by now... Though she had entered just in time to hear Damien's final declaration to the sky, and couldn't help but roll her eyes a bit. Well, he's got spunk, at least... A little too much of it, but still spunk. I do hope he doesn't get himself killed by Lord Hades... He could become something. She thought, continuing to drink her tea before straining her ears to try to hear the conversation between the hooded figure and Damien... Or any conversation that could be amusing, honestly.

Debating if she could agree with Dimitri or not, she simply gave a half shrug. "I suppose." She replied. The building was now starting to quiet down a little more as trainees were now fitted with Mentors, or at least most of them seemed to be. But Viktoria was growing bored especially with the lack of talent coming from this years selection. Though she will have to admit one looked interesting enough to keep an eye on. Looking over at Dimitri, "Well, if you wanted to get out so bad, why don't you just go for a stroll somewhere. " Suddenly Viktoria stepped in front of Dimitri while still keeping her distance. "Or, you can go on a stroll with me tonight. Just a small one, I promise I'll behave." Strangely she was starting to act slightly different from her self while still keeping her 'cool', a little more energetic to say the least.

Dimitri was contemplating Viktoria's first question. It wouldn't hurt to go on a stroll. But what he didn't expect was Viktoria's second question. He blinked, a flash of surprise flashing across his honey-colored eyes for a second. He shifted, trying to make up his mind. He wondered if Viktoria just wanted to tell him something. It could be important, urgent even regarding their jobs, but at the same time, it could be something entirely different. Dimitri hated the fact that he didn't know. He gave her a questionable look at the mention of behaving, but his gaze also held a spark of playfulness.
"Да," answered Dimitri, gazing at Viktoria. "Yes, that would be--"

Suddenly, he was interrupted by a bout of yelling and cursing, followed by maniacal laughter. Dimitri turned to the source sharply, seeing it was the same spirited boy who had everyone's attention earlier. He resisted the urge to roll his eyes.
"Глупый мальчик," muttered Dimitri in Russian, shaking his head. "He is stupid if he thinks such a provocative statement won't get him a hell ton of trouble."

Tali smiled slightly at Jasper. She ran her hands through her hair before responding.

"It's nice to see I'm not the only one in a reaper family who's not perfect." Her tone was meant to come off as joking, but as usual her monotone made it seem more like an insult to the other family's. Hopefully he gets the fact she was joking and not tell her off for being rude like most people who where older than her did.

"Anyway," she continued. "I'm probably going to head out if there's nothing else for me to do. If your bored as well you could come with me to just wander around. I'm not usually in Queens very often so I'd like to do some exploring."

Okay, note to self: this Damien kid was triggered by the word "Hades". Lily watched him pretty much defile the god of death by laughing and yelling at the sky, while she just sort of pointed at the ground repeatedly to note to him that he was yelling at Zeus and not Hades. However, he didn't seem to listen or care. The future head blinked when Chryss asked about being sure about taking him on alone; she glanced at her twin. "Yeah, you have a point," she whispered back, then looked at the boy, who'd ended his speech and was now grinning. Greeaaaat. So now people were staring again. Nice job, kid.

Then something hit her. The surname. Death. Lily glanced at the boy, slowly coming to realize the truth. This Damien kid was supposed to be her disciple anyways. She stared for a while at his grinning face; just for a moment, the rest of the world seemed to melt away as she stared. Blue hair. A determination to surpass the gods. An ego. All of this made up Damien Death.

She saw a bit of her more foolish self, the young girl who entered training angry at the world and determined to kick ass. The girl who would later join a gang, only to leave it because of heartbreak. The outcast that everyone stared at for a bit longer than others, now loud and proud. Lily cocked her head, sighing a little. She knew exactly what she was supposed to do. Pulling off the hood of her cloak, she stared at the boy and deliberately slapped him in the face.
"I bet you will," she stated, her voice getting increasingly more heated. "But you just shouted at Zeus for your grudge against Hades. It's a metaphor. Think about it." After placing in her two cents, Lily then turned to her ragtag group of trainees, blowing a strand of black hair out of her strict features. "Now listen up. As of now, you are a part of one of the roughest, most competitive businesses in the world, and you know damn right that you're going nowhere when you've been in E-Class for more than two years max. I'm not here to adjust your scythe position or lecture you about the violations, though they're important—" She took a swig of wine, then put the flask away, crossing her arms. "I'm here to give you experience and teach you exactly what it means to be a Grim Reaper. I'm here to drag you out of your houses in the middle of the night so we can Reap a bunch of stupid partiers before someone else can. I'm here to be hard on you and push you to your limits. And you know damn right that, when I'm done with you, you'll either know who you are or question who you are. So, with that said, let's get the hell out of this crowded building."

Time almost slowed as the girl slapped him, his head turning as he stopped moving. It was . . . Shocking, in a way, as he didn't expect it. But, he would soon do something that he might live to regret. But then again, Damien never regretted anything.

He grabbed her Collar, his eyes a blazing and burning with rage as they shifted, once again, into a Demonic Star like fashion. "Did you . . . Did you just fucking Slap me?" He asked. Everyone around them went silent, peoples body going tense as everyone looked in shock.

Chrissa looked towards her sister to see what she would do... and was surprised (but not shocked) when she pulled off her hood and gave Damien a slap. Then the kid, his eyes becoming stars again, grabbed her sister's collar. Damien grabbed Lily, Chrissa's beloved sister, by the collar in a threatening way. Her hands tightened around her scythe. Her violet eyes filled up with anger. She rushed to the two, rather calmly but not in a good way. "Let my sister go," Chrissa said, her voice becoming dangerous, a voice that was odd coming from her. "Now."

Loretta nodded at the other trainee, "I'm Loretta Velma. It'll be interesting working with you, if I do."

Lora tucked her little black book away with a dip into her cloak. Out of paranoia, she brushed her hand around the chain that wrapped around her waist in the same way as a sash would be. The weights were an unfamiliar but comforting feeling that she would soon get used to.

Loretta shook her head as she watched the Damian boy scream his head off to the sky once more. It seemed Miss Underworld had decided to take him under her wing as well as Lora. That was sure to cause her to gain many headaches during the reaming time she had left to learn. Lora sighed at this and took a longing glance at Lily's flask before finishing off her coffee.

"Well, I'm going to meet the fool my mentor seems to have taken a shining to," Lora once again responded to Genevieve, "Your welcome to come along, but I don't much care what you do."

Loretta then walked away. She headed to the commotion being caused by the Underworld sisters and blue haired boy. As much as she may enjoy seeing the child taken down a notch, Lora had better things to do.

"Miss Underworld, it seems you are in a situation that might be providing a few unexpected results. I do hope you introduce me to the person it looks like I'll be spending quite a bit of time with. That is, if you've taken him under your wing? I'm sure I'd be pleased to know who I'll have to deal with, especially if he is already a reaper. I may learn something," Loretta said all of this while keeping a hostile, curiosity filled gaze on Damian.

It looks like Lora ended up with people with personalities that are out there, joy.

Jasper chuckled a bit at Tali's comment, realizing it was a joke. "True... Most of the families are all as good as Lily and Chrissa. C-Class violations are quite the pain, though... But, oh well. Mistakes aren't the end of the world," he shrugged a bit. "How do you think ranking up's going for you, though?" He asked a bit curiously. "I think I'm getting a bit closer to B-Class, but... I really have no clue."

Honestly, while he was vaguely annoyed that he wasn't B-Class because of the violations, Jasper didn't really get himself worked up over such things. After all, there was no such thing as 'perfection'... Everything could improve. It was something he had been taught since he was a child.

And then, when Tali said he was welcome to come along on her exploration, Jasper instantly took out his little black book to check for any jobs. He didn't see any, so he nodded. "Ah, sure. I'm not from around here, either, so that could be fun," Jasper smiled a bit. "I'm from London, after all."

"... I should probably ask Chrysanthemum to be my mentor at this point. I doubt I'll be able to find mine in time, after all... I need to find someone to mentor me as soon as possible. I hardly have any training," Jenna sighed mostly to herself as she trailed after Lora quietly.

However, of course, her thoughts were also still somewhat on the blue-haired Reaper, especially as... Yes, now he's grabbed Lily by the collar. That could definitely become something interesting, and a front-row seat to witness it was almost too appealing to pass up... Such a close seat was only appealing if she could find a way to stay out of it if it escalated again, though. She'd rather not be too close to a fight between an A-Class Reaper and him... After all, he seemed rather strong.

Plus, she had never been one for fighting, anyway... So, she decided to stand slightly back until the situation had cooled down a bit.

Lily somehow kept the perfect poker face, letting Damien grab her by the collar and ask her if she just slapped him; she glanced at her sister, giving her a look that said that she got this. She then looked back at the obviously angry kid, calm but firm. "Yeah. I did slap you. You were acting batshit crazy." She then glanced at him and his starry eyes, humming in thought. "Look, kid, one little slap ain't gonna do nothing to you, and I don't wanna fight anyone right now." The A-Class then grabbed his shoulders, blowing a strand of black hair out of her face.

"So, Mistah Death, what are you gonna do? Pull a dick move and punch me in the face? In public?" Lily shrugged, her grip on the boy's shoulders just barely tightening. "Look, I'm no genius, but I know full well that if you want to beat someone up or grab them by the collar, you gotta do it where nobody can see. Especially in NYC. Especially in the Grim Reaper HQ. And especially to the future head of an important Reaping family living in this same town. So. I'll ask it to you again, Damien. What are you gonna gonna do?" At this, many conversations halted; all eyes seemed to be on the woman whose collar was being held by a younger boy with blue hair. Lily hardly spoke above a whisper the entire time. But something caused people to want to hear her. Ugh. Did she never get a break?

Following Dimitri's attention, she looked over to the commotion. It was that foolish boy again and this time he's really making a show for himself. She couldn't believe what was happening, after yelling, he grabbed Lily's collar which actually started to excite her. "Can you believe this kid, outrageous. I'm starting to wonder why he's even here in the first place!" Giving a glance over to Dimitri, she looked back at the boy.
Viktoria walked over slowly grabbing her weapon that was shortened at her leg that glowed a faint cold blue. Upon approach, the weapon extended across the boys throat as she held it firmly as if she was ready to behead him. Carrying a strong stance, she begun to let thoughts of blood fill her head. Not now, she thought. She winked at Lily rather sarcastically;
"Not that I'm a fan of yours but I will admit he's out of hand. I'd hate to look less crazy than this kid." She smirked and looked at the boy going back to a stern look, making sure her weapon did not leave his throat. Viktoria wasn't the greatest person but she had her moments...

Dimitri's first instinct was to stop her. After all, threatening a mere child (no matter how demented the kid is) was wrong and crazy. But then again, Viktoria didn't care; she lived for the crazy in life and in death. It was made her unique, what made her stand out. But then again, the boy, Damien Death, had gotten himself into this situation. He was the one with the uncontrollable temper and spirit, the one who provoked Lily to confront him and Viktoria to be over there right now with a blade to his throat. Despite his conscience telling him to stop her, Dimitri laid back, his expression cool and expectant.
Prove yourself, thought the Russian, gazing as the entire scene unfolded. Prove that you can handle yourself and this job, just like we all did at some point in our lives. Or else you won't make it to the next class.

Damien gritted his teeth as she spoke, the scene playing out, and he slowly raised his hand. The stars in his eyes growing, a continuous problem with him, his judgment was clouded when he was like this. But he stopped, as he felt the cold metal of a blade against his neck.

Now don't get him wrong, Damien was not afraid of Death, hell, he invited it, but he slowly dropped her to the ground, letting go of her collar. The state of his eyes changed from their malicious intent like stars, to the normal greyish blue. He sighed, gripping his fists by his side.

"I'm not apologizing, so don't expect me to." he spoke in a whisper, loosening up, "But expect this, Leader, or whatever the fuck you call yourself . . ." He raised his hand to his chest, thumb pressed against his ribcage, against his heart. "I'm gonna surpass you . . . And then, when I do, I'm gunna punch you across the face." He turned to the girl with the weapon against his throat, laughing slightly, "Ok yeah that's actually starting to hurt . . ."

"Oh, Chrysanthemum. That's her name," Lora mumbled under her breath.

She shook her head and returned her focus to Lily and the Death kid, or dead kid. It looks like another reaper had gotten herself wrapped up in the mess. Loretta didn't want to deal with this; she wanted to start her training and move on as much as possible. At least she was getting free entertainment.

Lora had to admit she was impressed by how well the kid managed to get the attention of nearly everyone in the room. Someone who had that ability and knew how to use it would be a very big threat. Too bad the kid seemed way out of his depth. Good thing he took a step back when a real threat showed up, maybe he'll get somewhere.

Loretta wasn't happy about being ignored by her mentor. Yes, the entire situation was very chaotic, but she still needed to know who the person she may have to deal with was. A proclamation of a name did not equal a real introduction. Lora nodded at the pale woman and sent a semi-apologetic look towards Lily.

"Hello, I'm Loretta Velma. Call me Lora," Loretta introduced herself to the blue haired maniac, "It looks like we'll be spending a bit of time together due to Miss Underworld's kindness. After all, she seems to have taken both of us in, for which I'm grateful."

Damien gave a grin, smiling down at his new training partner, from what he was told. From what he had gathered, he was here to have a Mentor, of which apparently was the Head of the Reaper Association. Only the best for the best right? It only made sense that a Star like him would get the Leader.

Ah, her sister had it under control. Chrissa relaxed, though her violet eyes still looked deadly. Of course Lily could deal with this. Lily was Lily, and Lily was amazing. She watched everything play out, and let herself completely relax once Damien's eyes changed again. The woman sighed and went off to the cashier, asking for a vanilla milkshake. The milkshake was given to her pretty quickly (what'd you expect? Chrissa's an Underworld.), and the woman quickly paid for it before returning to the small group gathered around Lily. She could just hang back and watch Lily teach. Maybe she could also get rid of a few people- apparently later today there'd be quite a few deaths. Depressing, yes, but such is the way of Fate.

Dimitri kept watching like everyone else was, apprehensive yet entertained. He noticed how the heir of the Underworlds grabbed control quickly and confidently. Dimitri could see that she was indeed a true leader; by her posture, her tone, her words, her expressions. She had much riding on her shoulders, yet Dimitri felt no empathy. He did, however, feel a spark of sympathy for her twin, Chrysanthemum, as the girl let her sister take control and return back to the shadows. He wondered how it felt to be constantly belittled or outshone by someone bigger, someone better. He knew how it felt, but to feel it constantly? It would be a nightmare. He had seen the power the Underworlds had over New York, over the world even as he became a Reaper. He even saw it as Chrissa went and ordered her drink.

Realizing he had been staring, Dimitri quickly looked away, determined to focus on the situation at hand. Suddenly, his phone began to buzz in his pocket. He took it out, and realized it was Vlad calling him. Hastily stepping farther away from the group and now near cashier, Dimitri answered the call.

"Vlad? Why are you calling?" asked the Russian in English, knowing his older brother understood it, but not as well as his younger brother.

"Димитрий," whispered Vlad urgently in greeting, saying his brother's name in Russian.
"Something is wrong. Papa..he--he got into bad business with a group--people.."

"Vat? Vat kind of group? Vat kind of bad business?" inquired Dimitri, his honey-golden eyes wide, heart pacing quickly.

"
Анти-Жнецы."
Dimitri took a sharp, shocked breath in as his mind rapidly comprehended the word.
"Anti-Reapers? But-but vat do they vant with Papa?"
"These people are just a bunch of poor men and women, Dimitri. But they are numerous. In fact, they are thousands of them, all rallying up against the Reaping families. They want them down from power, from wealth. I don't know the exact reason. but Dimitri, they vant you."
Dimitri's eyes widened. "Что? They vant me? But why? Why am I any use to them?"
"They know you are in there, Dimitri. With the Reapers, close to the Reaping families. They know because of Papa. They vant you to collect information, be their source, be their---"

"Excuse me, but you're standing in my way." An irritated voice interrupted Dimitri, and he realized he was standing in the middle of the doorway. "Sorry," mumbled Dimitri, moving out of the way and went back to his phone call. "Look, Vlad, I need to go. We will discuss
after.
Прощай," he answered, saying goodbye.

Dimitri turned around to watch the situation again, but this time, he couldn't focus one bit. It was nearly impossible. What was Papa doing with Anti-Reapers? What was he thinking? How could he do this to his own son? He knew exactly what that Anti-Reaper group wanted him to be.
A spy.

Seeing that the boy had calmed down, Lily stepped back, breathing a small sigh of relief before glaring over at Viktoria; the German was an interesting person, but Lily detested her psychotic tendencies. She let out a low "pfft", glowering at Viktoria. "Put your scythe down, this ain't no bloodbath," she said coolly, standing protectively in front of the two trainees as they conversed. She then looked over to them, observing the duo. Talk appeared to have run off somewhere, leaving Lily to make sure that Damien didn't go nuts and do that star-eyes thing again.

She also noticed another C-Class Reaper, a Russian, who had been observing amusedly before moving on. Something told Lily that he had a crush on her sister; well, she'd see how he was like towards other people and then make her judgement. She wasn't going to stop anything from happening, but Lily was Lily. She was ridiculously overprotective of those close to her—a trait that was often overshadowed by her infamous one-track mind. And at the moment, she was thinking of how to introduce herself properly. How to do it...

In the end, she just went for the most informal greeting the future head of a family could ever give.
"Aright, now that everyone's done shouting at the sky and freaking out, I guess it's time to introduce myself. Lily Underw—whatever, you get what I'm supposed to be, A fucking Class, future head of family, blah blah blah whatever, as long as nobody CROWDS me." She glowered at the NPCs surrounding her, who immediately moved on to their regular lives. "Jeeeeeez, what a pain. Anyways, where to start....." She took a sip from her flask; apparently the stuff in there gave her an idea, for she snapped her fingers, opened her little black book, then pointed at six names put together. "Car accident. Let's see what you can do."

Genevieve Riverwoods
Before the crowd of people dispersed, Jenna quickly tapped Chrysanthemum's shoulder, almost timidly. "Ah... Hey, I know this is sudden, but I'm kiiiind of a trainee and I need mentor, sooo... Do you mind taking me as a trainee?" The nineteen-year-old spoke quickly, hoping to catch her with that before she started walking away, as Jenna assumed she would in a moment. Her voice was shaking a bit, since this was quite sudden and she didn't want to see impolite, though she was sort of running out of options. She had been too distracted by the blue-haired trainee to look for her mentor, after all, and now the room was significantly less busy.

After all, everyone had jobs, especially the mentor-level Reapers... So she doubted she could catch any other A or B-Class Reaper at this point, and she would frankly rather not have to hunt down her uncle later or get some basic lessons from her brother or mother. Especially as... Yea, the former two were both C-Class Reapers, so they weren't technically supposed to have trainees, though she wouldn't be an official trainee exactly. It was a technicality she could use if it came down to it, but... Genevieve had already decided she'd rather not start bending the rules already. That was how one got kicked out of training... Which she definitely didn't want. So it was just better to behave herself.

But, of course, those thoughts didn't exactly stop Jenna from feeling like an annoyance, and she couldn't stop herself from apologizing. "... Sorry if this is too sudden-- It's just, ah... Everyone is starting to leave, and I'm sort of only six months into training, so I... Really need a mentor-- I don't mean to pressure you or anything, though..." She felt obligated to say that as she tried to ignore the alternative options bouncing around in her head, but Genevieve quickly bit her lip to shut herself up beyond that. She didn't want to talk her ear off... After all, Chrysanthemum probably had jobs to do, being B-Class and all. She probably hardly had time for Genevieve to be requesting this to begin with... Annnd that was starting to make the trainee feel like even more of an annoyance, and she felt obligated to apologize again. "I'm probably being annoying, huh? Sorry-- I understand if you're too busy and all..." After that, she finally managed to shut herself up completely, backing up a bit.
