It is a common myth that humans are the only sentient beings on earth. There is infact another species called the Varrians
There are many different kinds of Varians and sub categories of them.
They are responsible for many legends including elves dragons, werewolves, and vampires and many more.
Many live among us. They could be your best friend, boss, or even your lover and you'd never know they were different unless they show you their trueself.
Most want to live peacefully amongst humans. But than there are the trouble makers those that cause terror in the nights, orphan children, start wars in third world countries. That is where we come in wether it be human or Varrian alike
After an event called the Long Night that lead to the death of almost a million in the late twelfth century a group of humans and Varrians formed an organization known as the Brotherhood. Their mission was simple to monitor Varrians and make sure they didn't cause any turmoil. As well as deal with any human suprememacy attempts
