Personality: Anabeth may look sweet and innocent, but she is a fierce and cunning little girl. She wants to keep up the Blackwater reputation and become a notorious pirate, like her father. Therefore, she only ever allows the best of the best to join her crew. Anabeth rarely ever trusts people at first, but will slowly open up to them. Once she has opened up, one can see that she is actually a very sweet and caring girl when she wants to be. She is a flirt and enjoys the company of men, but tends to be non-committal.


Background: Anabeth was raised from birth to be a perfect pirate. She was told that her mother died shortly after she was born, but other than that she knows nothing about her, though she doesn't really seem to care. Her father would always take her with him when he set sail, and she killed her first man, a navy officer, at the age of 8. When she was 20, her father was captured by the British Navy, a traitorous comrade being the cause of his demise, and he was hung two weeks later. Anabeth was left as Captain of the Black Phoenix, and she swore to Avenge her father's death by defeating the Navy and striking down all who get in her way.

Background: The Black Phoenix has sailed the seas for decades, its tough build helping it to survive countless attacks and storms. Its previous captain, Damien Blackwater, was notorious for leaving no survivors, thus causing people to flee at the sight of the black sails. However, its new captain, Damien Blackwater's daughter, is not quite so cruel as her predecessor. Sometimes, she gives survivors the option of joining her crew instead of going down to meet Davy Jones.

Personality: Lavi is a headstrong type of guy. He is careless and impulsive making him not the idea person in the world but a idea pirate most definitely. He is also king and caring but only when you get to know him but at first he can come off a rude and spiteful person without meaning to. He tends to keep everything to himself as much as possible making him a rather reserved person and in general doesn't talk a lot unless when needing to they is one exception to this he is normally the one that starts off the Shanties on the boat since he just loves to sing them.




Background: Lavi was born to a traveling merchant and his wife as there only child but he took more love to the sword than to the simple life of the merchant and began to teach himself at six years old life went on but at eight years old his parents ship was attacked by pirates. Lavi's parents were killed but Lavi on the other hand lived with his love of the blade he was able to beat and kill four of the pirates that were fighting him four on one. This seemed to impress the captain who went to fight Lavi. Lavi lost but didn't get killed and since he was able to get a few little hits of on the captain who then introduced himself as Damien Blackwater who allowed Lavi to join his crew which was a rare thing for Damien to do. He met Anabeth and fell in love with her soon after but didn't tell a soul. When her father died she made Lavi her first mate.




Other: Horizon, He has one of the highest if not the highest resistance to the effects of alcohol they is only one person who he can't beat but who also can't beat him the captain Anabeth who he also has been in love with since the first day they meet but he doesn't show it.​

Personality: Meredith has a very dark, quite wry sense of humour. She isn't the nicest of folk, but who here is? Her mentality is that if you're stupid enough to get yourself injured you can deal with her. She tends to be quite outspoken with her opinions, and she does have a tendency to belittle people. Of course, anything close to her heart is closely and carefully hidden. That includes much of her past, and pity the person who asks the wrong question.


Background: She was first a doctor on The Sailor's Moon, another Pirate ship. The ship had a reputation for never backing down from a brawl, and that, really, was her downfall. The ship was caputured by the Black Phoenix, and Meredith was... asked to join the crew to replace the ship's doctor, who'd been killed in the attack.


Before becoming a Pirate for The Sailor's Moon, she was a nobleman's daughter. She ran off to avoid an arranged marriage, one thing led to another, and she met her former captain, who taught her about medical procedure and offered her a position on the ship.


Other: She has eyes like a hawk's, yet her hearing leaves something to desire, which leaves her susceptable to attacks from behind.


She was very close to her former captain, and bitterly remembers his death. She does not hold a grudge, however, mainly because she doesn't know who killed him or if he went down with the ship.

Personality

Despite his mild flirtatious behaviour with every type of gender, Ronan is a good lad and won't stab a knife at yer back. Well, only to those who isn't in his crew, he can betray anyone with if he was bribed with fortune.


He can be a smartass at times but he means no harm to his sayings. Quite a blabber-mouth, he usually tells stories about what he did when he was a lone pirate but not before he became one though. Ronan used to be and sort-of is, an emotional guy, though he tries his best not to show it by getting himself drunk.

Background

Ronan was an ex-officer in the Navy. His job was to hunt down pirates and he was bloody talented at it, literally. His expertise was with his precision of shooting and commanding the artillery. Well, he wasn't completely perfect at it though, and this was the reason why he lost his rank and was forced out of the Navy. A slight misunderstanding or so Ronan thought. He ordered a fire of broadside against a pirate ship, which was actually disguised as one of the Navy fleet ships. Since the ex-officer had targeted a fellow ally, he was suspected of treason though Ronan wasn't informed about a Navy ship going incognito as a pirate ship. He continued to say that his second-in-command of the ship he was in failed to report that to him, but the man kept opposing and saying Ronan was playing treason. Thus, he was relieved of his rank and job in the Navy, making him completely transform from a pirate-hunter to a pirate himself. Ronan enjoyed being a pirate, since he could act and do as he please. While he was getting drunk in a bar, he allowed himself to be recruited to a pirate crew with a ship titled; The Black Phoenix.

After his hangover, he realised what he had done and accepted it. Ronan couldn't be a solo pirate forever.

Personality:

Evangeline is a fiery girl, so don't be fooled by her soft features. She has a hot head and a smart mouth, that she usually always uses. She's not afraid to hurt someone or kill them, for that matter. Evangeline acts quickly, almost to the point where she will do something idiotic instead of thinking it out. She is smart though, excelling in most subjects when she went to school. If you get on her good side she is very polite and sweet, as expected of someone raised in a rich family. She's exceptionally good at reading maps and directing people to do things, a perfect candidate for a Quartermaster. Evangeline is stubborn as well, almost to the point where if she started a petition to not tear down an abandoned building, hell no would anyone tear it down without hearing a mouthful from the fiery gal. But her stubborn self could be classified as childish. She isn't much of a flirt, but if someone tries to flirt with her, she kind of melts.

Background:

Nobody knows about her past, she often lies about it. Evangeline came from a rich family, which makes her proper, polite and kind. Which also explains her Victorian name. She's carried on those traits slightly, but years of practicing made her 'poor, pirate girl' believable. Although she's formed her personality by practice, they have become a part of her. She's not fake. She ran away from her family to become a pirate, sounding very childish and impractical. Evangeline was and is very strong-willed, so she practiced everything and ended up being a pirate on the ship, The Black Phoenix. She recently found out her dad has died while traveling. He taught her most of he things she knows about the open seas and the maps. She's very sensitive on the topic of her family, so hopefully nobody asks her. Even if she's trying to pull a charade about her past, she was close with her real dad and is still grieving. Also, she often wears an eyepatch as one of her eyes is blind. It stemmed from an accident as a kid, but she doesn't remember what it was from.
