James doesn't exactly have an extraordinary ability. What he has is applied stolen technology. He patrols the streets in his car, a highly customized Corvette Stingray. The stolen technology consists of an urban warfare package. It contains a camouflage device that allows the car to masquerade as anything with 4 wheels and an engine. Alongside that it contains a number of gadgets. Including: (but not limited to.) A localized EMP emitter, remote control capability, beneath the hood are two pop-up machinegun sentry turrets, and bulletproof armor that can stop up to a 7.62 bullet.
Personality: James is most notably arrogant and condescending. He craves the rush of adrenaline and he's highly capable in a rapidly changing environment. He is however, over confident. He has enjoyed much success and knows he's hot shit.
Background: James was formerly a factory worker by day, and street racer by night. The factory he worked at was a secure facility that developed technologies for customers. James was incharge of installing the customers purchase. Everything from security systems to armored cars.
Unforetuneately, the company went under and he was laid off. He got in bed with an illegal street racing crew, known as the High-5, just to pay his bills.
He grew accustomed to the high-speed lifestyle and convinced the crew to help him pull off a heist on the last of the factories inventory.
It was an easy heist. Most of the facility had been torn down and the security was offline. They only had to worry about dogs and roving guards.
The crew managed to get away with 7 specialized high-tech cars. To this day, the High-5 smuggle and conduct heists on the hardest targets in Brightside. Right under the noses of some of the best vigilantes.

Other: One time, a british mercenary and his team attempted to step on High-5s turf. After a 3 hour chase that involved 4 heroes, the mercenaries cars were found at the bottom of a river, with them inside.
