Personality: The best word to describe Briggs would be blunt and yet honest. Coming from a simple household has led many to believe that Briggs is a boring average person and while on the surface he may come off that way once you get to know him he’s a loyal, hard working and genuine guy. He has a low fuse but he’s quick to overcome his anger after he’s done. Briggs holds himself to high standard and is determined to always be there for everyone. He goes above and beyond for anyone and that’s his greatest weakest. Once he trusts someone he’ll never forgive someone if they wrong him in some way.
History: Briggs was born as Briggiton Dwight the oldest son of four children. His father’s name was Colby and his mother's was Charlotte. He was born in a rural village towards the southern end of the nation. His father was the local blacksmith for the village and his mother maintained a local pub which is where the two met. Their family’s home was a modest two bedroom house off the side of the workshop for his father. Being the oldest son in the family Briggs was expected to take on his father’s blacksmith store after his father death. As such Briggs was practically raising with a hammer in his hand and, he was always excited to help his dad run the store and would often greet every customer when they walked through the store. When he was twelve his father fell ill and was unable to work anymore. Thankfully his mother’s pub raised money for the family however most of the time it wasn’t enough to make ends meet. Just when it seemed like it could be the end and they would starve unable to afford food something changed. Briggs was approached by a spirit who had offered him a contract with him. It was an offer Briggs couldn't refuse and with the signing the family’s blacksmith business boomed with Briggs able to make swords, jewelry, and anything a customer requested easily. However he knew it wouldn’t be good for him to not perfect his magic more and so he went off to join the Collective and strengthen his abilities so he can bring more success to his family’s shop.
