Sir Solaris
Sir Solaris has always been...average. He wasn't really terrible at most things, yet he wasn't some great master or upcoming prodigy. He was an average sized man, he didn't react oddly simply allowing whatever happens to happen and adapt to it. This was true while with his family, with his sister always outdoing him, and his brother always doing worse then him. It was also true once he became a knight. He was simply one knight among thousands, someone who could easily be lost within the crowd. He commanded no respect, and didn't inspire fear. He was a background character, yet now, he wanted a chance in the spotlight, for good or bad, no matter what cost he must pay. Even if he must abandon his humanity.
If you couldn't tell, he expects to find a legacy for himself. Be it becoming a hero, whose praises are sung due to his valient fight against evil, or his name cursed for all eternity for becoming a champion of darkness.

Petruchio
Petruchio is a ghost, he died right after his birth. He accidentally learned how to possess a dead body and survive for a long time, but he can't feel like living people do, cuz his body while function normal, is just a dead one after all. Without feeling as a normal human he can only settle for a short time before being discovered and had to change host body, despite that he is an optimist soul, laid back kind of guy that always believing in life. He recently possessed a young dead athlete boy before heading to the bridge.
Basically, he has all the time in the world, so he just wanted to try out, but deep down, his only longing, only dream is to one day can be alive as a living, to feel the heat of the sunshine, the wetness of a raindrop.

She's not human, she wasn't born human, and she didn't grow up around people. Chloe was a science experiment, scientists turned a wolf cub into a human baby... She was taken care of by an automated machine that didn't speak and didn't interact with her, though everyday she would learn new fighting skills and how to imitate animals. Only a mere few weeks before she went to the bridge she was taught to read and write and speak and express herself by a human. So she isn't very smart and can hardly talk, but she dreams of being back as a wolf and hopes with all her heart she will have a pack to call her family...

Kenji Yoshuto
Kenji is, or was, a Samurai of old. Reknown across Japan for his prowess in combat, he was what all Samurai aspire to be. But, as all things should, his time came to an end, cut short by the jealous blade of his enemies in the dead of night. But strangely, as soon as he died, his body dissapeared. He felt no pain from the attack; he didn't even wake up. For some reason or another, he awoke at the foot of this Bridge. He assumed he must have died in his sleep, and now this is his journey to the afterlife. He assumes that when he reaches the end, he shall find a place where he can have eternal happiness, or at least something close to it. For Kenji, his true happiness came from the thrill of the fight; perhaps his destination is to become alive again? It is hard for even Kenji to say, but nevertheless, he is determined to reach the end.

Argus, Male, 22 years old.
Argus is an eccentric inventor, having engineered a great number of gadgets and gizmos with nearly no practical use, but they look cool and that's all that matters to him, really. He's naturally curious, being an inventor, and died when one of his strange experiments unexpectedly failed and his lab saw an unprecedented nuclear explosion and he was destroyed along with it. However, he maintains the belief that no experiment is a failure unless you learn nothing from it. All Argus wants to do now is to get across the bridge and get it all over and done with, and hopefully, just hopefully, return back to life. He doubted this was the afterlife, after all.

Leo Ashford, Male, 20 years old.
Leo is an assassin, or was anyway. When he was 10, his village was annihilated by the Royal Army due to a report from a neighboring village of seeing wanted criminals and talk of overthrowing the government. When the Royal army invaded, Leo's parents ran outside to grab his little sister, and were the first of many casualties. After they started to set fire to the homes of his friends and relatives, Leo lost all hope and picked up his father's hunting knife and walked outside. The memories are a bit blurry, but he remembers stabbing that dagger into at least 15 guards. Right before Leo was restrained and decapitated, the commander of that legion, stopped the execution and pulled some stings with the people above to train this kid for their own use. Leo was given some sort of emotion suppression drug and trained for the next five years on the art or assassination. He was sent on over 100 missions over the next 4 years. On a rainy day, just after Leo turned 19 his doctor messed up and gave him the wrong drug. Later that day Leo ended up escaping the barracks that he was staying at and made his way to the next kingdom where he sought refuge in a small town like the one he grew up in. He ended up working as a blacksmith and spent all of his time in his free time reading or practicing with weapons near a river. Leo didn't have much desire to talk to people, but the one person he did talk to was an old man who spent a lot of his time near Leo's shop. The old man always spoke of this bridge that would make dreams come true. Leo just listened to the story not believing it, but one day as this old laid on his death bed, Leo went up to see him. There, with the last of his strength, he gave Leo a map to the bridge he always talked about. Leo nodded and kissed the man on the forehead as he left the village to find this bridge. After a week of exploring, he finally found the bridge and with other people around it. Great.
Leo had a lot of time to think on his journey from the village and has finally came up with the dream he will achieve. Leo wants to have people he can care about again, and people that will care for him back. He doesn't want to be lonely anymore.

Kay is naturally adventurous, loving to take chances and seize opportunities. She used to run away when she was little and spend days in the woods, just exploring and living off the land. Her parents always complained that she could never keep her hands to herself due to her curiosity for things. However, just recently she has been diagnosed with a disease that is slowly paralyzing her. There is no known cure, and she is no longer able to do the things she loves. She is very friendly once you know her, but until then, is quiet and reserved. The only thing she wishes is to be cured from this illness, that way she can return to her regular old self, and she will let nothing get in her way.

Emerald, Female, 19-21 years old
Emerald is an assassin that is in search of her past. Albeit being an assassin, she is a genuinely cheery and friendly person, a lover of nature and plants. Her reasons for being an assassin are unknown. With no recollection of her past whatsoever (her current name, Emerald, is from the color of her eyes that are similar to the gem of the same name). Her earliest memory consists of her witnessing the murder of a knight before brutally killing his partner in supposed self defense, apparently knowing how to fight. She died on a mission in the forest, stabbed in the chest by a rival. Should she ever make it to the end of the bridge in one piece, she hopes to learn her past, to know all the events that lead to her amnesia, and to be alive again. She's not finished with her life just yet.
