Personality: He is an observer. Always hungering. Always learning. Whether it be through coercion or flirtation, he is willing to do a lot if it means finding a decent meal. He's possessive of things he claims as his own.

History: As a demon of hunger, Azerael is always struggling with an underlying hunger. His demonic appearance is frightening to most humans so he's learned to cover it up so he can more easily blend in and get what he wants. The problem with that is he's been unable to find anyone willing to bond with such a monstrosity. He wasn't a high demon, so there wasn't a protective trade-off in many people's minds to how freakish he appeared. There were times the young demon wished he were either more beautiful, or monstrous enough that he would not be effected by the fear in people's eyes.

Additional Info: He is capable of eating with his human-seeming mouth in polite company, but to satisfy his intense hunger he prefers to allow his other mouths to feed when he's in a quieter place.
He typically eats regular food like anyone else would, but if left in a starved state for too long, he can lose control and will devour the nearest source of flesh that he can find.

He has a boisterous humour and possesses tremendous physical attributes, sometimes breaking things accidentally. Despite being larger than life and seeming like a musclehead, Khaoul is actually quite intelligent and is skilled when it comes to strategy and planning. He doesn't particularly care for humans or bonds but will definitely change his mind if he meets someone who proves themselves to him.

History (optional):
Khaoul started off as a normal dumb, physically strong, average demon. Through constantly fighting other demons and even cannibalising his defeated enemies, Khaoul grew in brains and power to eventually become powerful enough to be a High Demon.

Anything Else?:
Not sure if we're meant to list powers or anything, but Khaoul obviously has very high physical stats such as strength and speed. I'm talking crushing buildings and leaving afterimages. ; )

Appearance: Dark, disheveled hair that’s tied up behind his head with a hawk-like, yet kind face. He wears cheap wool clothing and carries a bag filled with sketchbooks and charcole, he always keeps a shortsword at hand. Auldur gives the visual impression of a lowly worker, but has the posture and glare of a soldier.

Personality: Auldur is kind and forgiving, he enjoys idle conversation whilst memorising details about the people he meets but can seem distant at times - he reserves personal information and keeps his past/capabilities obscure. He is easy to talk to, not hastily offended and has lended his ear to many people’s personal troubles, offering advice where he can. He appreciates a wide range of humour, often laughing with others about anything under the sun, though he will rarely crack a joke himself. Auldur can come off as unusually stoic for someone his age, but is respectable despite his immediate appearance.
History (optional): Auldur was born and raised in the highlands, weathered by heavy snow and frequent storms. He was brought up by a single father, who was usually busy with village duties, so Auldur became proficient with sketching the wild to pass the times. He was trained with the short sword by his seniors and quickly discovered a natural battle sense, finding his enemies as easy to read as picking out the details of fur and bark.
Unfortunately, he was cursed with an ancient magic which surfaced among his people every couple of generations, a blasphemous power which smouldered flames, silenced screams, and weaved shadows. He was exiled for his burden, where he spent weeks suffering unsheltered storms and wild animals, scarcely left breathing using the ‘evil’ magic he was given. Since then, he located a village where he is now employed as a tavern tender and mingles with the local patrons. He practices with his power in private, still mystified by its limits, but maintains his skill with both pen and blade.

Anything Else?:
His magic may require some explanation - essentially, he is able to absorb and store different types of energy from his environment (heat, light, sound). For example, he could place his hand over a lit candle and aborb the heat produced by it - the candle would go out, or even freeze - and then transfer that same heat energy to his other palm, where he could scorch a foe or warm a blanket. He cannot create energy out of thin air, and must be relatively close to absorb it. He can also store energy for long periods of time, such as putting out a candle a day, and then releasing seven times the heat on the final day.

Umm... Do you have an arrangement with a demon character that you're already bonded before the RP begins? If not, I'm afraid you may need to adjust your age. Age 21 is the longest a human can survive without bonding to a demon. Sorry for the inconvenience... -.-;

No worries! But there is another rule: Each person is allowed one demon character and one human character and they can't be bonded to each other! (That would be boring, as you'd kind of just be roleplaying with yourself... X/ )

QINU​

Qinu (he/him or she/her) is a normal-- as in not High-- and mischievous 1,430 + year old demon who is biologically a male, though he is also somebody who fluctuates between a boy and a girl. Despite this, his personality and character remains completely the same. In other words, only his appearance would change, either being a boy (his "true" form) or a younger girl. The image on the left is as him as a boy, and the image on the right as a girl.

Qinu is quite mischievous, frankly speaking. As such, he can play pranks that go too far or have some malicious intent. That's not to say he can sometimes be genuinely playful, but those times are sometimes hard to distinguish. Often times, he will use his girl-form to play pranks on people because as a girl, he seems more innocent. At first glance, Qinu may seem inconsiderate to a fault, but in reality, he is surprisingly observant and sharp. In fact, he can be considerate as well-- he just doesn't show it in its bare colors, so it's not always noticeable (not that he necessarily wants it to be): if the human he is contracted to prefers him to be a girl, he will use his girl form as much as he can.

His strong personality is further reinforced by the fact his likes and dislikes are very clearly defined. He has a secret sweet tooth, but he dislikes being restrained in any way. If he is, he will always find a way out, even if it takes some extreme means. In other words, Qinu's quite a big freeloader.

However, Qinu is actually very easy to talk to, surprisingly so. He tries not to exude any awkwardness (as that is another one of his clearly defined dislikes), so as a result, he's very open to anybody, regardless of race and status. He's often casual, but he is capable of and may throw in some useful advice as well.

- Qinu can stay a girl only for a limited, though still considerate, amount of time. It's not his natural form anyway.
- He likes children quite a bit.
- Although Qinu can eat human food, he gets full sustenance the quickest by either feeding on strong emotions (strong bouts of happiness, anger, frustration, etc.) or blood.
- His attire may not be as fancy as what's in the reference.
- Qinu’s sexuality is arguably pansexual.
