I think it would, though I highly doubt a succubus quirk would be allowed in roleplay due to the fact you need another persons consent to hve any form of control over their character like turning them on

Actually, that is permitted, as while it can have weight on a character's decisions, those decision are still utlimately in the hands of the other player without needing to break logic for it.
