Oh I will, I'm a person who frets about missing details and whatnot, and often ends up missing details in said concern for missing details. I just don't wanna make a character that inadvertently resembles someone else's in a way. Am I creating mountains out of mole hills? Probably!

Quick question, I'm assuming mentoring means that a student is offering their own services to other students, or are they learning from a mentor themselves?

Hmm maybe start from a situation then. Imagine his first failure as a pro. What were some of the reasons that made him fail? How could it have been prevented? Is he an emotional type? Does he constantly underestimate others? Was it pure lack of reasoning?

It means that beyond the typical curriculum everyone shares that they get extra hero training in their extra course as well as be on a track that would allow them to become teachers for new heroes in the future (Sort of like an Education major).
-I am unsure if Idea has lifted this at the moment but due to an imbalance in the classes there is/was a time period in which people cannot choose to join Mentoring

I had a hamster called Brownie. Don't name your pets after your favorite snack it causes an awareness that disturbed me as a kid. I didn't eat brownies for a year.
