There aren't enough serious flaws, please add more.Kazuo is rambunctious and optimistic, always striving achieve a new goal. He doesn't see himself as a leader, but someone that anyone can rely on. He acts as a friend to almost everyone, sometime bothering others by how close he is acting to people he barely knows, but personally he trusts in the good of everyone. He puts all of his time and energy to training, and tries to give the same to school, but the classroom isn't the most comfortable environment for him. Kazuo is inwardly critical of himself, but forces not to show his own self-loathing, knowing in his heart that it's useless even though it's a habit he can't break. There's a sense of “proving himself” to his peers and, most importantly, his father. He pushes himself past his limit often in high-pressure situations, partially because of ego, but also because he has a need to be useful.
Talking about his fears will cause him to act sporadically. He will never admit to his fears, afraid of being seen as weak, and it usually ends up in him freezing up when trying to prove people wrong.
I will be assuming this alumnium isn't as strong as regular alumnium, is that alright?
While I'm on assumptions, the black part over his head, that is not latex, right? It's like glass or something similar, otherwise the guy would be blind.

Name: Kaito Shissei
Nicknames: Kai
Desired Hero Name: WetJet
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Chosen Extra Class: Support
Appearance:
Future Hero Costume:
Hydroid Suit Prototype- The hydroid suit is made from porous neoprene(black parts), and lightweight aluminum(silver parts). It stores secreted water from Kaito's skin and use it to power the suit and keep him hydrated making his quirk far more efficient. Noozles on the palms of the suit and soles of the feet allow Kaito to use his abilities with more ease.Inside, the helmet Kaito can monitor his bodies fluid level.
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 132 lbs
Personality:
Kaito is a reserved kid, who knows exactly what he wants in life and strives to obtain it. Kaito's humility and optimism are what allow him to focus on improving his quirk, and his discipline keeps him out of trouble. There is no challenge or obstacle in Kaito's mind that is too cumbersome for the young hero to be, or at least that's how he portrays himself.
In reality, Kaito is a complete and utter anxious mess. Each and every day he laments being born with such a weak and useless quirk. Against his better judgment, Kaito even finds himself envious of his peers at times. Kaito isn't shy or reserved he just struggles to make new friends, what would they think of him when they found out just how helpless he was. Constant belittlement in his past chipped away at his self-confidence and esteem. He swims constantly to keep his mind busy and away from darker thoughts. Despite his overwhelming pessimism, Kaito knew one thing for sure, he needed to become a hero, and the only obstacle that stands in his way is his own self-depreciation.
Likes: Competitive swimming, staying hydrated, sushi, making others laugh, and personal space.
Dislikes: His own quirk, parties, bullies, feeling useless, and being laughed at.
Fears: Being too weak to save anyone and rejection from his peers.
Mannerisms: Kaito is a soft-spoken kid. His mind is always full of things to say, but he often keeps them to himself. Mistaken for a boring person, Kaito just lacks the extroversion necessary to freely speak his mind. He also cannot control his water secretion when he is nervous, making for very awkward situations.
Backstory:
Kaito was born an only child to the owners of the renowned restaurant, Sushi Saito. Kaito's parents loved running their restaurant so much they gave their first born son a name that would remind them of it. Kaito was groomed by his loving parents to succeed them in running the family business, and Kaito was eager to take the role. Kaito was much less eager about school. During his youth, Kaito had a habit of secreting water whenever he got nervous or anxious. Because of this and the fact that his father was quirkless, Kaito was often mocked by his peers, their words hurt but Kaito could always find solace in his parent's kitchen. However, one wintry night the restaurant had the misfortune of being targeted by two thieving villains. Kaito's father tried to fend off the villainous duo, however, he was a quirkless man and stood no chance. Seeing his father losing to those men sparked something in Kaito causing him to confront the two villains himself. The two fiends savagely beat down Saito and his father, and Kaito thought he just might die if two men continued their ruthless assault. It was that night he realized just how weak he was; just how little he could protect. But just as all hope was lost and Kaito lingered on the cusp of consciousness a mighty voice echoed out into the night.
"It's fine now. Why? Because I am here!" Kaito heard the hero say as he faded into unconsciousness.
It was that winter night that changed Kaito forever. He had never considered becoming a hero, his quirk wasn't suited for combat. He had grown up in quiet comfort for so long, never really needing anything. But, after that night it was all he could think about. He had never before wanted something so desperately. Kaito swore to his parent's that he would become a hero of justice despite his seemingly lack-luster quirk. He turned his hobby of swimming into a way to train his body. Leisurely swims turned into intense workouts to compete on a national level. Kaito's infectious passion even spread to his best friend Cho, who joined him on his workouts and trained with him until an opportunity appeared, the Peace Sign Academy Entrance Exam. This was just the chance he needed.
Relationships:
Mother- Kaito's mother bears the quirk Aqueous Skin which allows her to form a clear coat of water on her skin. While not the most practical she used her quirk to assume Kaito in his early years. She is a kind and doting mother who wishes that her son's dreams of becoming a hero come true.
Father- Kaito's father was not unlike his mother. He is a kind and good-hearted honest man. However, unlike Kaito's mother, his father was more a realist. He is happy his son has the passion to become a hero, but he didn't want his son to waste his time chasing a distant dream. Instead, he would rather Kaito join him in running his families illustrious restaurant, "Sushi Saito."
Best friend- Cho Yujin, Kaito's best friend and crush since primary school shared his dream to become a hero, but where he excelled Cho fell short. Undeterred, however, Cho remains confident that she will one day become a hero alongside Kaito.
Quirk: Osmosis- Kaito is able to control his bodies own osmotic pressure allowing him to absorb and secrete water at will.
In order to take water into his body, Kaito must make physical contact with the source (body of water, tree, human). Kaito then increases his osmotic pressure allowing for water to slowly seep into his body. The speed of the absorption depends on two factors: the amount of contact with the source (two hands absorb faster than one) and purity of the source (water from a freshwater lake can be absorbed much faster than water from a tree or a human).
In order to secrete water from his body, Kaito decreases his osmotic pressure allowing for water to slowly seep out of his pore coating his skin and leaving him drenched. If he is making contact with a container of water (lake or a person) he can infuse water back into them. Kaito has also learned to use this ability to "skate" on a layer of water constantly being excreted from the soles of his feet, however, this requires him to be barefoot.
Kaito's body normally holds 40 Liters of water in his body (Average human body to water ratio). The maximum amount of water Kaito's body can hold is 70 Liters. It takes him approximately 5 mins of absorption (from a pure source) to reach his max. When he is at his maximum he looks extremely bloated and waddles when he tries to run. If he tries to absorb water past his limit his cells begin to take in too much water and slowly rupture until he returns to his limit (Though, Kaito has no way to track this and can only rely on his gut to tell when he close to his limit). If Kaito's body water falls below 30 Liters due to overuse of his secretion ability, he becomes fatigued and dehydrated.
Special Moves: Collision Stream! - If Kaito concentrates on a singular point on his body and puts all his energy into secreting, he can fire off a single powerful jet stream of water (Strong enough to knock a PSA teacher off his feet if he wasn't paying attention). However, using the move guaranteed to put Kaito in a state of dehydration unless he was filled to his maximum with water.
Items:
Kaito carries his lucky googles to keep water out of his eyes.Kaito usually has a one-liter water bottle on his person that he refills constantly throughout the day.
Skills/talents:
Swimming- Kaito is an adept swimmer, and has been competing in nationally ranked swimming tournament for years. When swimming recreationally he can use his quirk to absorb the water in front of his and secrete it behind him allowing him to swim much faster than he could unaided.
Sushi Preparation- While working in his parent's sushi bar he has picked up a few sushi secrets, and while he is not as good as his parents he is still an adept sushi chef. Meanwhile, properly boiling an egg still remains a struggle.

You're gonne need to add serious flawsPersonality: Anri is a social creature, she enjoys the happiness conversing with friends brings her. Typically she is the ring-leader of a group of friends. Not necessarily the most powerful one of the group, but definitely the most enjoyable to be around. Always suggesting activities and joking around, it is rare for her to not find friends in new settings. Despite this, she is also very self-conscious. Due to her quirk, she finds it difficult to eat food for a prolonged amount of time. Everything that enters her mouth is either frozen or frosted over. This ends up in her having to chew a lot. The displeasure of having every meal be an exercise has caused her to grow up fairly small and thin. She always worries that she's too small and that people judge her. This lead to her over-compensating by being overly open, trying to please everyone she meets.

"How do I eat? Honestly, you wouldn't want to know. But I will say it involves a lot of chewing." - Anri
Desired Hero Name: Yukiona
Epithet: the Frosty Hero
Name: Anri Ueda
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Status: Student
Extra class: Mentoring
Appearance: A short and slender girl, her eyes beam with excitement and wonder. Her figure is less than extravagant, and her physique less than noteworthy. One could say she's rather fragile, (like an icicle perhaps?) Her hair is a flat sky-blue, draping down her back to waist length. She wears it as a straight cut, though it often gets out of her control and ends up a little messy. She also wears a brace on her left arm, and an air filter around her mouth.
Hero Costume: Anri's costume is based on the folk legend of the "Snow-woman" or Yuki-onna. Bearing a practical version of a white kimono, she also wears a pair of black spats. The dress ends at her thighs to not get in her way. On her feet, she has wooden sandals with pure white socks. Anri still wears the same face-mask and shoulder brace she has on a daily base, in honor of her deceased father.
Height: 5'0"
Weight: 96lb
Personality: Anri is a social creature, she enjoys the happiness conversing with friends brings her. Typically she is the ring-leader of a group of friends. Not necessarily the most powerful one of the group, but definitely the most enjoyable to be around. Always suggesting activities and joking around, it is rare for her to not find friends in new settings. Despite this, she is also very self-conscious. Early in life, her father was murdered by a villain robbing a bank. This event was reflected in Anri. She desired to be an altruistic being, a true hero to compensate for the immoralities of the world. On a smaller token, she also over-compensates by being overly open, trying to please everyone she meets. Emphasis on "trying" it is often an issue that she can't always please everyone. There will always be those who disregard her as an annoyance, a loudmouth who doesn't know her own bounds. It's at this point in which she freezes. If she continues it's a lose-lose situation, if she stops bothering said person it's still a lose-win. The win being the other person not having to deal with Anri.
This is her conundrum: if Anri were to acknowledge that if she would rather please unresponsive people than letting them be alone it would stand to reason that she isn't as selfless as she thinks herself to be; Perhaps she's not as altruistic as she totes. That is why she freezes, she doesn't want to confront her truth. The truth that she possesses an egocentric characteristic. The same characteristic that she deems a quality of all villains: selfishness.
This is her weak point. She doesn't want to confront reality. Rather than perceive people as complex beings, especially herself, she'd rather have everyone be black and white, good or bad. Those that are good are worthy of respect, those who are bad are to be neglected or imprisoned, be it physically or emotionally. If she were to be in any way similar to those she deems as bad, then where would she lie on her binary scale. She doesn't want to acknowledge a grey area. Afterall if a grey area existed, for her that is, then that means every villain is worthy of redemption, and that isn't permissible from her perspective.

Backstory: Shortly after Anri's birth, her mother, Takako Ueda, was widowed from a tragic attack from a villain. When Anri was around 4 years old, Fumihiro Ueda, her father and manager of a regional bank, was killed in a robbery. The villain "Ash-master" set the building on fire when the heroes and police started breaching the doors. The bank was largely made of wood, and it crashed down on everyone inside. The only casualty was Anri's dad, but they found no remains, all that was left were some of his possessions in his office. Inside his office, they found his personal vault, containing a single bar of gold (12 ounces). They gave the possessions to Tanaka, his wife as a keepsake from his death. Also, the villain, Freezer-burn, was never caught. Takako, obviously distraught over the loss of her husband, became extremely overprotective of her daughter. When Anri developed her quirk, it emerged as just cold breaths. Takako immediately thought Anri was sick, taking her to the hospital and getting her a check-up. When the doctor told her that it was a quirk, Takako was incredibly worried. She got Anri examined and x-rayed, identifying her immediately. The doctors recommended an air-filter to prohibit her quirk from harming others. In memory of her husband, Takako asked if they could make it using the bar of gold Fumihiro left in his office. The doctors saw no reason why and ended up doing it for her.
Anri wore the face-mask with pride. She didn't have many memories of her papa, but it was definitely saddening to not have a father growing up. Once she learned that he was killed by a villain, she pledged to not let anyone else lose a loved one from a supervillain. Anri was determined to become a hero. Takako was understandably nervous about her decision, but she also did not want to smother Anri's dreams. Deciding that it was best to let her daughter pursue what she wanted, Takako made her a suit of protective padding. Anri was skeptical of wearing the whole get-up, so she decided to compromise by only using the arm and shoulder brace. Eventually, Anri determined she wanted to go to a hero academy. Ultimately going after Peace Sign Academia.
Quirk: Minty Fresh
Explanation: Anri's saliva is incredibly cold, and her body is capable of sustaining freezing temperatures within itself. This is due to her cells having an extremely well-insulated lining. This prevents the cryogenic fluid from damaging her body. However, this insulated lining won't prevent her cells from being hurt by heat and ice. In particular, it only protects her from feeling and being hurt by the temperature of cold substances.
Her saliva, specifically, is a mixture of liquid nitrogen and high molecular weight hydrocarbons (HMWHs). Also, through blowing, she can exhale chilled air. This breath is capable of setting a light layer of frost on surfaces in the exhalation's path. This is not really damaging but does slow enemies down by a small factor. In order to do this Anri has to deactivate her air filter (she doesn't take it off for fear of losing it). The air filter removes liquid nitrogen particulates from her breath, which is what causes her exhalations to frost things over. The amount of frost is correspondent to how much liquid nitrogen is in her saliva. The amount is determined by her special salivary glands. So far, she is capable of frosting over areas just about 5 meters in front of her. The sheets of ice range around 1mm to 2mm.
Special moves:
Pero Pero Ice DX: Anri takes off her protective air-filter and licks or drools on her enemy. Her spit itself is able to freeze small areas. The spit freezes on the enemy and eventually causes moisture in the air to ice over the covered area. Eventually, this leads to a large amount of ice buildup that can stop the enemy from moving, when in high amounts. However, the ice forms very slowly and she is currently only able to produce a small amount of saliva in a given amount of time. About half a litre's worth over a 10 minute period, hardly enough to cover someone's body. Also, the ice
Items: Nitrogen air-filter, shoulder brace.
Skills/talents: She is capable of playing the alto saxophone well but, ironically, it's impossible for people to listen to her in person. Due to the nature of her quirk and such.

I'm really confused by this, could you clarify?Once Hibiki was eight a murder of one of his classmates had occurred, his only real connection to the case was the fact that his father was assigned to it. However his father wound up telling him about the fact that the boy's friend was unfortunately witness to the crime and to be sure to remember to be sensitive to them.
A lot of these are almost serious flaws, so I'm just gonna have to ask you to add 1 more serious flaw.Hibiki is someone who's quick to learn all the rules. Not only does he try to stick to them, he chases down others who don't. In fact he's more likely to be found trying to be the voice of reason for troublemakers than anywhere else, though this leads to him getting dragged into the trouble as well.
He's a strong believer in the power of a solid structured approach to everything, and tends to fall into wasting time when it comes to unstructured learning or needing to improvise. He the type to fall back and plan before making a move.
Promises are very important to him. Someone should only give their word if they know that it's something that will be done. When he commits to something he puts her all into it. It's something that comes before all else to him.
Something Hibiki constantly struggles with is reliance in his own strengths. He takes failure hard and easily falls into cycles of self doubt. He ignores factors that contribute to a plan failing and tends to fall into the believe that he's worse than what he actually is. This makes him hesitate in critical moments even when he has the clear advantage.
Another thing that Hibiki finds himself needing to work on is staying cool under pressure. Once he's run out of plans that's it for his own patience he gets angry and lashes out at those closest to him at the time. He refuses to listen to anything not bathed in facts. It doesn't matter if its a better idea, he'll just keep repeating the same failures.

The fight-or-flight response (also called hyperarousal, or the acute stress response) is a physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat to survival. It was first described by Walter Bradford Cannon.[a] His theory states that animals react to threats with a general discharge of the sympathetic nervous system, preparing the animal for fighting or fleeing.
The fight or flight actions also have polarity – the individual can either fight or flee against something that is threatening, such as a hungry lion, or fight for or fly towards something that is needed, such as the safety of the shore from a raging river.

Although Hibiki's costume lacks in aesthetics it makes up for in practicality. The gloves are a bit thicker than show meant to reinforce his knuckles when he throws a punch while still leaving his fingers free. The insoles of the boots have shock absorbers, which while sound fancy won't really help outside of a jump more than a story high. The pants pockets are actually really deep meant to carry a lot. Eventually he plans to carry a wooden bokken attached to the belt, but he currently doesn't own one. As a note on aesthetics, his scarf piece can unfold to a cape but he usually keeps it as a scarf for warmth, also the initials on the back aren't SLH but HPM, standing for Hibiki 'Poloroid' Mori.

Backstory:
Hibiki is the youngest child of Natsumi and Itsuki Mori. Hibiki's parents had a rather lackluster marriage however as it was built upon attraction and a want of kids, without any real affection towards each other. Since neither cared much for each other they tended to conflict opinions on child-rearing and house rules with no compromises. Around the time Hibiki turned three his parents decided that it would be easier on everyone involved to simply separate as they were already becoming a split house hold. As the both wanted to raise their children they decided to compromise. While Hibiki's father wanted the siblings to be raised together and have them switch houses week by week, his mother had no such desire and decided to take Aina and leave Hibiki with Itsuki. As a result Itsuki doted on Hibiki since it was extremely rare that he had the chance to see Aina when she was young.
Hibiki grew up with high admiration for his father who was a police detective. In fact Hibiki had most of his early childhood personality shaped by the fact that he admired his father and his father's work. He was always the kid that was easily seen as "The mom friend", "The tattletale", or "The Nag". He got along with other rule abiding kids but typically wasn't close with them as they tended to avoid troublemakers while Hibiki ran straight for them in an attempt to get them to regret their actions. Often times he got along better with kids in higher grade levels.
Hibiki's father tended to deal with the cases that involved children as he was especially good with reassuring them. Sometimes his father would mention some of the kids that he had spoken with in an attempt to make Hibiki want to be more social with people his own age. This indirectly led to him developing his close childhood friendship with Hinata. When Hibiki was eight a murder of one of his classmates had occurred. His father, Itsuki, was assigned to the case to handle interviewing with the witness, who was the boy's young friend. Itsuki wound up telling Hibiki about the child in hopes that if they met Hibiki would be careful about the boy's feelings. From then on Hibiki was on the lookout for this kid. It wound up being Hinata who had been in a different class.
Hibiki had found the boy being harassed by some of the kids from their school and went in to tell them off. From then on Hibiki developed his first real friendship with Hinata and made a promise to both work their best to do everything they could to help others. Hibiki decided that fulfilling his part of the promise meant he'd need to be a lot stronger as he'd been treated with kids gloves since he had an overprotective father and a friend who wanted to throw himself in front of all forms of danger. They would often train together and practice recklessly. This was the norm up until about two years later when Hibiki's dad realized they were both serious. As a result his dad enrolled him in Capoeira classes as they focused heavily on movement and could be crafted into a strong fighting style for Hibiki that could get around his lack of a combative quirk.
Relationships:
-Natsumi Mori: Mother || Detached from, Hasn't spoken to in years, Doesn't know much aside from her quirk, and doesn't particularly care
-Itsuki Mori: Father || Extremely close with, thinks constantly of how his reactions should reflect on him
-Aina Mori: Older Sister(18) || Semi-Close, will listen to her advice but usually doesn't act upon it, they hang out occasionally but since Aina lives with his mother they don't see each other often. In fact Hibiki sees Aina much more since the girl became old enough to travel on her own.
-Hinata Maeda: Childhood Friend || The two met when they were young and became quick friends. Hinata and Hibiki vowed to become heroes together and plan to become a world class search and rescue team. Hibiki refers to his friend as "Nata-Chan".
Quirk:
Looking Glass:
Hibiki is capable of seeing past events play out like a movie when makes a rectangle with his fingers. He's able to "rewind" to specific points within the past three days, but once he stops rewinding he must watch it straight forward from then. In his current state he can only use it for fifteen minutes a day. He doesn't need to use all of his time at once however.
Special Moves:
PhotoFlash:
Hibiki uses three minutes worth of his daily total ability to rewind at such a high speed that the person on the other side of her quirk's activation sees a large flash of light. This temporarily stuns them for three seconds.

Appearance: Otoshi is tall for his age, and his tallness is made only more evident by his slender physique and long, sleek black hair, which he typically wears either slicked back or up in a ponytail. His eyes are nearly all black. As far as conventional beauty goes, Otoshi could be considered attractive if not for his near-permanent vacant expression.
Hero Costume: Otoshi’s (future) hero costume should have some sort of rebreather hooked to an oxygen tank to allow him to stay in Deep Dive longer than he can currently. Otoshi would also prefer a weapon that would allow him to more efficiently make use of Deep Dive's mobility and stealth applications.
View attachment 369284
Personality: On the surface, Otoshi is a curious, introspective young man. Intelligent without being overly studious or driven, Otoshi tends to skew toward the higher end of the grade spectrum, skating by on pure talent alone while still being somewhat lazy. When interacting with his peers, he can be comedically blunt at the worst of times, and his words may cause offense without him necessarily intending them to. Otoshi is typically reserved—especially when it comes to personal questions—often deflecting or retreating from the conversation if the topic lingers too long on him. He doesn’t care for, nor desire to be in the spot light, much preferring to exist on the fringes.
Despite his reputation as a smart boy, Otoshi is lacking severely in common sense, and often struggles to understand even the most basic of social cues. He's equally as helpless when it comes to direction sense, and frequently gets himself lost. Despite this, though, his general air of harmlessness has allowed him to make a few friends in his life, though none of whom came with him to PSA. If asked, he’d be hard-pressed to remember their names, or what they looked like. He doesn't make attachments to friends the same way others do, and if he loses touch with one, he'll seek out a replacement friend to fill their niche.
On the inside, Otoshi is something altogether different, to the point where some might consider his external persona to be merely a façade. The psychiatrist from his childhood diagnosed him with Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD), based on early symptoms such as a lack of empathy for others, lack of remorse over harm done, as well as a distinct lack of understanding of and failure to learn from consequences for his actions, with the possibility for a diagnosis in Bipolar Disorder (BD), due to Otoshi’s occasional manic breaks—wherein his personality takes a sharp turn away from his mostly docile demeanor to one of violence and aggressive mania. As a teenager, Otoshi has learned that society’s perception of him would greatly change if they were to learn of his condition, and thus he tries at great lengths to hide his sickness, rather than seeking the professional help he needs. This bottling up of his inner darkness will eventually tear him apart.
In addition to his illness, much of Otoshi’s personality is warped around a childish need for acceptance and purpose, particularly when it comes to his father. It was Otoshi’s singular desire to please his father, as well as his initial reason for enrolling in PSA at all. Otoshi sees himself as a person without agency, incapable of producing a will of his own. He acknowledges his existence only as an extension of his father’s will, nothing more. As such, Otoshi lacks any goals, drives, or dreams that don't revolve around fulfilling his sick father’s wishes.
Lastly, Otoshi has a keen interest in finding strong students in his year, and makes note of the ones he'd be interested in fighting. He is also liable to challenge any one of these students to a spar entirely unprovoked. Though it'd be hard to tell just by looking at him, Otoshi genuinely enjoys discovering unique and powerful opponents to fight. It's not that he bears any of those he fights any ill will, he simply enjoys a challenge.
Character Flaws: Otoshi’s character is plagued by his serious mental illness, as well as his own warped sense of purpose. These facets of his personality have undoubtedly skewed every aspect of his being, such as the way he perceives the world at large. Despite his concerted efforts to conceal his darkness from the world, Otoshi cannot help but be perceived as odd, or off by those who observe him closely enough. When under extreme duress, Otoshi is susceptible to fits of mania, wherein all rational thinking abandons him in favor of madness, violence and hysteria. When in this state, he is likely to cause harm to himself and to others. Triggers for Otoshi’s manic episodes include things like extreme physical or emotional stress or trauma.

Backstory: Otoshi’s upbringing was, at times, a tumultuous one. His father, Sozen Kamui, was a former pro-hero who worked primarily behind the scenes, working closely with the police while maintaining a low profile. When an injury forced him into an early retirement—and left him with a permanent limp—Otoshi’s father settled down and had a family. As the eldest child, Otoshi was imbued from a young age with his father’s unusual ideals about the world they lived in, the world of heroes. Early in his development, Otoshi began expressing certain attitudes, and opinions that raised the concerns of his mother, who started bringing her eldest to a psychologist. The sessions seemed to be working, and Otoshi’s behavior changed, until one day his father forbade him from attending anymore. His parents eventually separated. While his younger siblings went off to live with their mother, Otoshi elected to stay with and look after their ailing father, whose health had begun to deteriorate shortly after the divorce was finalized.
For a few years, Otoshi lived the life of a care-taker, alone with his father. Without his mother’s presence, he began to slip back into old habits and ways of thinking, all the while toiling under the harsh rule of a father too blind to see the truth of what he’d had a hand in creating. When the time came for Otoshi to leave home and attend schooling, he elected that his father pay take on a full-time nurse, to which Sozen begrudgingly obliged.

Quirk: Deep Dive Otoshi’s quirk—a combination of his father’s phasing and his mother’s object sympathy—allows him to phase his body and other inanimate objects through any solid matter. While in phase with a solid, Otoshi gains increased speed—capable of moving at roughly 35 miles per hour in short, directional bursts—and can use his quirk to quickly close the distance between himself and his destination. Otoshi can choose to either fully submerge, or keep parts of his body exposed. When fully submerged in a solid, Otoshi must hold his breath, and in addition to this, Otoshi can only use his quirk for approximately 2 minutes at a time before he must resurface. Additionally, after using his quirk, Otoshi must wait 30 seconds before he may phase again.
While fully submerged, Otoshi cannot see in the same way as he can when on land. When in phase with a solid, the surfaces of that solid are illuminated by whatever light source exists on the other side, and to Otoshi these surfaces are translucent barriers that display out-of-focus shapes of whatever happens to be on the outside. If Otoshi delves too deeply into the surface he is inhabiting, the light from the outside will fade, leaving him in total darkness. If this happens, he could easily die if he cannot find a surface to exit from before he runs out of breath. Additionally, thanks to his mother’s quirk, Otoshi can retain some of the physical properties of whatever surface he most recently exited from for up to 5 seconds.
Special Moves
1.) Floor / Wall / Ceiling Surprise: Otoshi inhabits a surface, becoming unseen, only to pop out at the opportune moment to deliver a swift, and almost always unexpected, surprise attack.
Items: He doesn’t own anything that holds any intrinsic value, sentimental or otherwise.
Skills & Talents:
• Otoshi is a proficient fighter, with a style that revolves around open-handed strikes and kicks. At his father’s behest, he attended regular martial arts classes from an early age.
• He is deceptively strong, and regularly visits his local gym, despite his lithe appearance.

Coming soon out of a wall near you.
I don't have anything against your character bullying people, but you would have been arrested if you did this- regardless of age. So you can be a bully, but you can't be using your quirk for it.He used this quirk to bully other kids.
I'm gonna need concrete measures for that energy, in percentage."Cloudshot" -Named specifically by Kumo. He has the ability to create small clouds, and can force them grey and shoot small sparks of electricity, being able to shock his opponent slightly, but it's good because he can make multiple clouds, though, the more clouds the more energy he uses up. When Kumo is mad, they are thunder clouds, when he's sad, they rain, and when he's chill, they're white. He can make them grey and do the sparks of lightning anytime though, but at the cost of some energy.
How large is this mist, how long does it last? I asume he can't just move the mist or produce new clouds while the mist is on, or see through the mist, correct?Special Moves: Thunda'. He collides all the clouds together, and with one big bolt he can fire it at the enemy, at the cost of lots of energy. Though, he has a second one up his sleeve, he can combine the clouds together and make a type of mist, and hide in it for stealth actions.
?some shades.
