Approved!"Just because I don't have a quirk doesn't mean my four limbs are useless! They're still capable of kicking your ass."Name: Kaiya Takana
Nicknames: Kae
Desired Hero Name: {S}
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Chosen Extra Class: Support
Appearance:
(soon to be) Hero Costume {S}:
Height: 5'3/160 cm
Weight: 133 lbs/60 kg
Personality: Short story: Simply insecure and living a lie.
Long story: Kaiya is one who doesn't necessarily enjoy harsh reactions, being scared, or anything of the sort. On the exterior, she typically has a positive face, one with a big bright smile that tends to bring her peers joy and happiness. Even in the face of adversary, it seems that Kaiya is the one who brings a smile to the table, despite her quirklessness. Her...quirklessness?
Yeah. Kaiya claims to not have a quirk. Despite not apparently having a quirk, Kaiya thinks that she can take on some opponents one on one. She thinks that not having a quirk doesn't mean she has to be helpless, and that physical skill alone can bring down even the strongest of opponents. Due to this thinking, she has a fighting attitude and won't give up.
During interaction with other students, Kaiya doesn't seem to bring up the topic of quirks, and would much rather talk about other things. She is often evasive, changing the subject when quirks come up, as she is feigning uncomfortable behavior about not having a quirk. Whenever someone gets on her case, she'll always resort to the card that she is quirkless and in fact is incapable of performing such a deed.
Finally, we get to Kaiya's insecurities. She hides a lot behind a smile that typically displays her interest in other students and their quirks, and often doesn't think that her own abilities will be helpful. As a result of this, she pretends to be weaker than she is for a few reasons. One is to make friends, since it should be impressive that someone "without" a quirk made it into PSA. Another is because she simply isn't confident in the offensive abilities her quirk has to offer. It's better to be weaker at one's lowest point rather than try your best and still not be the best.
Her real personality shows whenever she's interacting with someone she has earned the trust of. Despite seemingly happy, excited, and impressed by a lot of things type of person, she is actually quite hollow inside and doesn't have many layers to her except for her facade; she has used it for so long that an actual personality didn't have time to develop.
Before she put up the guise of a quirkless individual at a young age, she was usually determined to get whatever done through any means possible, whether it meant overexerting and overextending with her abilities. However, this side of her has long been lost since she put up a new face.
Gaining her trust would be as simple as having faith in her. Basically, if anyone believes in her that she can do something despite not using a quirk, then she'll immediately take liking to them. This may even be enough to draw out the fact that she, in fact, does have a quirk, and get her to tell them this secret of hers.

Skills/talents:
Hand to Hand Combat - While she isn't a master at it, or anywhere near that, she possesses a little more skill in this area than most entering students.
Acrobatics - A childhood passion of Kaiya was acrobatics. As a result of this skill, she employs acrobatic movements in combat and daily life too. She's also fairly agile without using a quirk.
Singing - Kaiya is a competent singer, as she didn't always think that she would become a pro hero. Rather she thought she'd become a singer who never showed their quirk to the world.
Technical Assembly - Pretending to be quirkless makes someone want to acquire different skills as they make their way through life. While she isn't an expert, she can put together basic stuff, which should help her in support classes.

So, this all happened in one year? Wouldn't make sense if it had occurred a while sooner like at 12 or 13?When Katja turned 15 she would learn that she would soon be moving, well in nearly a year, so that she could go to a newly made hero academy in her mothers home country. She wasn't thrilled with this and it was the start of the rift between her and her mother. She would be taken out of public school and home schooled getting a crash course in Japanese while the paperwork was sorted out. Thus when they could her family went over seas so their daughter could become a true hero.

Sumi's costume is in the style of an ornate and flashy oriental dress. It takes heavy inspiration from Chinese Cheongsam with many long and flowing parts giving her a whimsical feel as she moves about. The costume does nothing to provide any actual protection and also does nothing to hide her identity. It is, by every metric, designed to be flashy, eye-catching, and easy to move in. To accompany the outfit is a large staff that she uses in combat. The staff is lightweight and can be retracted to the size of a flashlight for easy transport.
Quirk: <S>
Special Moves: <S>
Personality:
Loud, outgoing, nosey, energetic, Sumi is many things but subdued is not one of them. She will never hesitate to run up to people and try to make friends. She has no sense of personal space and freely throw herself on anyone and everyone, girls, boys, even teachers. She's also not one to listen to warnings unless absolutely necessary. Sumi generally disregards all the normal social etiquette and just follows her whim at any given moment. She's pushy and stubborn and doesn't take no for an answer. No matter the protest she'll simply laugh it off and keep going, dragging whoever she has her sights on with her. Generally she ignores any sort of negativity or criticism directed towards or about her, focusing only on the idea of having fun and working hard to become heroes. Ultimately Sumi wears her emotions on her sleeve and is extremely expressive, and while she prefers to be on the happy side of things she can get annoyed and have a temper. It's also fairly easy for certain individuals to lead her around by her nose if they know how to manipulate her, as she isn't the brightest knife in the fridge.
History:
Sumi was born in China never knowing her parents. She grew up with her grandfather who, to this very day, adamantly refuses to explain the situation surrounding her parents. The odd situation of her youth didn't weigh heavily on her. To Sumi her parents were no different than any other stranger she never met, so outside of a general curiosity she didn't dwell on it much. Still, her situation with her parents and other things led to her being ostracized more often than not. And so in her early school years her grandfather moved them to Japan, mostly for work reasons but also to provide a fresh start for Sumi.
As she got older her desire to be a hero grew. The idea of using your quirk to help others, to be loved by the people, these things resonated strongly within the girl. So after much pestering and nagging her grandfather finally relented and let her apply for a hero school. While her first choice was obviously UA her infatuation with heroes was a fairly new thing and she knew full well she'd never be accepted. She searched other hero schools to apply to and eventually settled on PSA. A new school seemed like a good fit for her, plus the fact that it was a boarding school meant she'd be able to experience a little independence.

Mentoring
Generally speaking, advanced technology is only permitted as far as a direct relation to your quirk goes. So the light things I can accept, but being covered toe to toe in armor is a different story. So at the very least I want you to make a statement making the metal in this armor extremely weak compared to normal metal or even just stating it's not metal at all, it just looks like it. This is, assuming you want to keep the armor model, as if you don't and you just want to keep some parts capable of generating light, then it's acceptable. This costume contains an ultra bright source of light in the stomach area powered by three heavy rechargeable batteries positioned in the right shoulder, left shoulder and chest areas of the costume.
This light can be turned on and off by tapping a sensor positioned on the left side of the helmet.
Using this light drains the batteries incredibly quickly and can only be kept on for a total of 20 seconds before the power is completely drained.
The compartments that contain the batteries can be ejected by pressing two fingers against the sensor on the helmet for 2 seconds. After this time, the locks will come undone and the user will have to manually remove them by pulling them off.
The eyepiece as well as other armour highlights on the suit are dimly lit with a red tone for aesthetic purposes only and can be activated/deactivated by tapping a sensor on the right side of the helmet.
This is no deal breaker, children are children, but you can see how this gives me a bad vibe when it comes to the quirk I am about to review, right? In particular because this is supposed to be someone who couldn't have made it to UAEver since Orion manifested his quirk, everyone praised him. Some of his young, naïve friends even called it the second best quirk to ever exist, second to all might that is.
Wait wait wait, how did this guy escape again? Cause escaping All Might ain't exactly an easy feat and the fact he was caught in such lackluster fashion after attacking your character seems... a bit too unlikely. I will listen if you have any explanation for this, though I did tell people to avoid mentioning the cannon.he villain known as "Tempered Glass" terrorised the area by stealing, teasing, breaking and in some cases, killing. All Might was never able to catch this villain, as every time he arrived, Tempered Glass was already gone, somewhere out of sight. After a week of this harassment, Orion was walking home from school when he was suddenly snatched from behind by a tall, sharp figure. It was unmistakeable, he was being held by Tempered Glass. The villain ran his sharp, transparent finger over Orions neck as he was paralysed with fear. The feeling of dread overwhelmed the young boy and even though he wanted to escape, his body wouldn't move no matter how hard he tried. It was a horrible feeling, almost horrible enough to make him vomit and pass out, but his body just wouldn't let him.
Just as Tempered Glass was about to make a move, All Might arrived and smashed the villain into the ground, shattering him into pieces of scattered glass, using wind pressure to push Orion to safety in the process.
This quirk is rejected. It does way too much and it would be impossible to properly regulate as it is.Hard light allows the user to suspend photons and compress them to form solid shapes that can be controlled. Hard light takes the form of a semi-transparent white solid that very faintly glows around the edges and is cool to the touch.
The user needs to have a source of light touching their body in order for this quirk to work and the stronger the source, the stronger the hard light will be.
The same works backwards, the weaker the light, the weaker the hard light will be, even becoming as brittle as thin glass in some cases. If there is no light, then the quirk will not work.
Hard light can take any shape(s), so long as the user can handle it. The bigger the formation of hard light, the harder it is to maintain and control without passing out from exhaustion. Multiple uses of hard light can be used at the same time, but also take a heavy toll on the mind and body and can even cause permanent brain damage if too many large, complicated shapes are created and maintained for extended periods of time. Put simply, basic shapes (eg, a rectangle) are easier to handle than more complicated shapes (eg. a set of kneepads).
At the highest limit of this quirk, a variety of mechanisms can be made from hard light such as a gun or a bike, and those formations can be held from a fairly large distance away. This quirk is incredibly hard to train and master though, so formations like those could only be obtained through years of rigorous training and even then, they could only be held for short period of time before taking a drastic toll on the users body.
The user of this quirk can control hard light, making it float, spin, dance, ect, however, it can only be manipulated/controlled within a 5m radius of the user. Hard light can still maintain its form up to 10m away from the user before it no longer can and it dissolves into thin air.
Hard light usually takes 1 - 5 seconds to fully form the object(s) in mind and the user has to have a clear image of what they want to create in their head. Additionally, Hard Light can only be formed near the hands or shoulders of the user.
Right now, Orion can form basic shapes as well as slightly more advanced shapes such as a sword and shield no problem. He has little difficulty controlling those forms of Hard Light. Of course, after two hours of maintaining a basic shape(s) or one hour of maintaining a complicated shape(s), he begins to feel the affects of the quirk factor on the body and could pass out from exhaustion or suffer irreversible brain damage due to extended use.

Hard light can take take the form of any basic 3d shape (e.g a sphere, cube, cone).
Only 3 instances of Hard Light can be controlled at one time and up to 5 can be maintained at one time. This limit is absolute and cannot be changed no matter how much training the user does.

(soon to be) Hero Costume:
Height: 174 cm
Weight: 50kg
Personality: Katja is a rather quiet person, not by choice but by necessity, she will respond when spoken too but given she has to write of type any response she is a bit conservative with her word use. To make up for her lack of speech Katja is rather expressive, finding mime as an equal medium to words to communicate. As far as arguments go she tends to just give up when resistance is encountered as it is to much work to argue back and depending on the reason for the argument she will just ignore the other person and continue on anyways. This makes team work a bit harder than normal as if she believes a plan is bad she will just do what she thinks is right and inform no one she is doing so. It might surprise some but Katja doesn't really like her quirk, it isn't as useless as some but it has proven itself inconvenient and with far to many draw backs, namely her inability to speak for the past 10 years.
Katja coming from another country can come off as rude as she is not fully aware of culture and not completely fluent in Japanese and doesn't know or remember many of the customs even find quite a few odd or annoying. She also doesn't care for the climate missing the cold of her home. It might seem like she doesn't care for her new home and she well would love a few changes but still she believe here has the best heroes so win some lose some. that's right the heroes make up for all the issues she has here after all what place could be all bad if people like all might roam the streets, and she is secretly hoping to get an autograph from a few.
One odd fact is that Katja believes that heroes should not be associated with the government, or individual corporations. While this is honestly next to impossible to do, she is ever doubtful that a government would not take advantage of the possibility of having some of the post powerful people around be on their side should things go wrong. While this isn't some all consuming hate she views it simply as human nature that must be guarded against.

Tends to forget honorifics when adressing others,
sometimes pantomimes what she means if her point is missed or tries to.
Backstory: Katja's story starts with her mother who was born with a quirk that let her use echo location, she wanted to be a hero like so many others but she just couldn't cut it. She in the end didn't become a hero and instead worked on the business side of heroism. She eventually got transferred from Japan to Russia where she met the man she would marry, a quirkless man working the same job. As cliche as it sounds the two fell hard and fats as first sight and she stayed there fully transferring over from what would have been just a year long assignment.
Katja manifested her quirk like so many when she was 4 and given that there was basically a half and half chance of her getting or not getting a quirk her mother was over joyed. While at first the quirk was just small waves of force nothing big by the time she was 6 it had become far more destructive. It was then that she stopped talking, if she tried to speak she lost her voice anyways , and became the mute most people remember her for. Kids being kids even with super powers, would tease and pick on Katja for this difference seeing who could anger her most until she exploded causing plenty of damage. After a few years of this she learned how to deal with people like this as no one liked it when she destroyed a perfectly good classroom because she just had to tell someone to stop it.
When Katja turned 15 she would learn that she would soon be moving, well in nearly a year, so that she could go to a newly made hero academy in her mothers home country. She wasn't thrilled with this and it was the start of the rift between her and her mother. She would be taken out of public school and home schooled getting a crash course in Japanese while the paperwork was sorted out. Thus when they could her family went over seas so their daughter could become a true hero.
Relationships:
mother: Katja's relationship with her mother has a few issues as she is the reason that they even moved as her mother wants Katja to be a hero like she failed to be. While the two don't fight and it isn't like they hate each other, they do love each other, it is just Kaja doesn't really want to live her mothers dream, but be her own hero for her own reasons.
Father: Katja's relationship with her father is better than with her mother as he is quirkless and shares his daughters love of flashy heroes. he is the one that keeps katja and her mother from doing something stupid they would regret. thus he is the peacemaker and the heart of their family.
Quirk: Screech
Katja's quirk is her very voice when she uses her voice she will emit a wave of force that can be compared to hurricane force winds, this happens even if she whispers and can happen even if she doesn't want it to. These screeches when done on purpose they can last for 20 seconds and have a range of 50 feet and while not honestly harmful to a person most of its power comes in sending people or other objects flying. Still if she can get close and screech right is somones' ears or right in front of them she might be able to cause injury or even deafness, but again she woudl have to be right on top of them.
She can only use 5 screeches a day and each one is weaker than the last, using a screech also causes her pain and can damage her throat as using one feels like getting punched in the throat. She has also noticed that after using all 5 screeches katja's throat hurts and is damaged enough that she loses her voice for the day.

Personality
Orion is always calm and composed, never letting his seemingly dull expression waver, even in the most tense of times. His outer shell is especially deceiving and the façade he puts on is one he's been practicing for years. This makes Orion a very hard person to read.
Orion is incredibly dismissive, often ignoring things that aren't important to him or things that he doesn't like. The concerns of others not relevant to him mean very little.
Orion is quite blunt and straight to the point. If he want's something done, then he'll get it done. Orion has a certain kind of intimidating determination to him that doesn't inspire strength in others, but lets him achieve a razor sharp focus on what he wants and how he's going to get it.
Orion enjoys many personal hobbies and activities such as playing music and games. He tends to keep these creative interests subtle to others because they reveal another side to him that breaks the illusion of his calm demeanour. Orion wears this illusion to blend in and never give strangers or enemies a clue what he's really thinking or feeling, because they aren't trustworthy yet.
Orion only enjoys the company of people he shares similar interests with and will gradually open up with enough probing by the right person. Deep down, he has a vivid imagination and heavily biased opinions on things. He won't be afraid to share them with you as long as you have earnt his full trust.

Backstory
Ever since Orion manifested his quirk, everyone praised him.
All his life, people encouraged him and pestered him to become a hero because he had such an amazing quirk. At first, Orion hated the idea of being a hero, even though he didn't have much insight in to what they really did. All throughout his life the only thing he heard was hero hero hero, blah blah blah.
He was absolutely sick of it, until one day a villain attacked his suburb.
The villain known as "Tempered Glass" terrorised the area by stealing, teasing, breaking and in some cases, killing. Local heroes were never able to catch this villain, as every time he arrived, Tempered Glass was already gone, somewhere out of sight. After a week of this harassment, Orion was walking home from school when he was suddenly snatched from behind by a tall, sharp figure. It was unmistakeable, he was being held by Tempered Glass. It was a horrible feeling, almost horrible enough to make him vomit and pass out, but his body just wouldn't let him.
Just as Tempered Glass was about to make a move, a group of Local Heroes seemingly came out of no where in an ambush and smashed the villain into the ground, shattering him into pieces of scattered glass.
This encounter mentally scarred Orion, despite the efforts of the Villain Attack Mental Health Crews support. For months, he couldn't think of anything but that feeling he experienced when he was trapped by glass, unable to do anything to help himself. He refused to speak with anyone or anything for a while. After a few years, when it was finally time to decide what he wanted to do with his career, he had worked up courage and chose to get stronger. He never wanted to feel that feeling again, or let anyone else experience something like that. That is why he decided to become a hero.

Starburst
The user draws energy from light and uses it in the form of projectile blasts made of light, otherwise known as starbursts.
Starbursts travel at about the speed of a nerf dart and can only be shot through the hands.
The more intense the light, the more powerful the blasts will be.
The same works backwards, the weaker the light, the weaker the blasts will be.
If there is no light, then the quirk will not work at all.
If say, the user was directly next to an incredibly bright lightbulb, then the starburst would probably send the target flying backwards or maybe fracture a bone.
If say, the user was standing five meters away from a dimly lit candle in a dark room, then the starburst would probably be about as powerful as a weak punch from a 10 year old.
The more this quirk is used without a 30 minute break, the more tired/fatigued the user will become over time.
The size and number of starbursts emitted can be controlled by the user.
The smaller the starburst, the further it can travel without fizzling out.
The recoil of sending out a starburst can be used to propel the user in a specified direction, although this requires a lot of training and Orion cannot effectively do this yet.
The maximum amount of starbursts that can be output at one time is 40, 20 coming from each hand. To reach this limit, the Starbursts have to be no bigger than the size of a marble and they each pack about the force of a pebble being thrown hard enough to cause a bruise.
The largest a regular starburst can be is 2m x 2m and will pack enough force to send the opponent flying back, also it can only travel 5 metres before beginning to rapidly fizzle out and lose its power. (This is basically Orions special move.)
The furthest a starburst can travel is 35m and it must be the size of a marble in order to do this.
The average starburst is the size of 10cm x 10cm and a maximum of two can be fired off at one time, one in each hand. They completely fizzle out after travelling for 20m
Special Move(s)
Prismatic Cataclysm
The user channels a colossal amount of light energy into one gigantic, devastating blast.
The blast is 2m x 2m and is fired off at 1.5x the speed of a regular starburst. This attack travels 10m before fizzling out and packs the punch of fifteen regular attacks all directly hitting at the same time,
After using this attack, the user becomes unable to use their quirk for the next minute and is dizzy and confused for that period as well. The overall speed of starburst projectiles is halved after using this attack until the quirk is given a chance to rest for at least 30 minutes or more.

Backstory: Alarica is the daughter of the famous, or rather, once-famous Hero, Stark. Hailing from Germany, in his heyday Stark was someone with the world at his back, and a bright future ahead of him. Midway through his career he married his fellow Hero Rouge and only months later they'd announce that they were expecting. In the months following that, both Rouge and her unborn daughter were killed. A group of villains saw the announcement as an opportunity, one for revenge, and when Rouge was at her most vulnerable they struck. The aftermath left five dead, Rouge, her daughter, and three of the five villains who committed the crime, all three felled by Stark's hands. It was a tragic day, one that hit the airwaves even outside of their country, and one that cost Stark everything. His actions were understandable to the public, but they couldn't go without punishment. His situation and his past deeds had him let off without imprisonment but he found himself stripped of both his Hero's License and his pride. He was almost broken.
But the spirit of a Hero and the memory of his wife lived on inside of him, and he used them to pull himself back up.
He took his time to grieve, but soon after he pulled himself up by the straps of his boots and moved to start a new life. To start over he took his leave from the country he'd called his home and set off to the first place he could think of. A place that ended up being the land of the rising sun, Japan. But before he left, Stark had something he needed to do. In the memory of his wife he adopted a healthy, baby girl, and gave her the name they'd planned for their firstborn, Alarica, and only after that did he set off.
Growing up without being told of the burden that sat on her father's shoulders, while aware at the very least that she was adopted, Alarica led a peaceful childhood. No villains came looking to finish the job, and her father seemed to settle well enough into the civilian lifestyle, at least until Alarica grew older. Nothing changed, but she began to notice things, aside from when he'd have to go to work or do something for her, Alarica's father would never leave the house. He by all rights was a recluse, closing himself off from the world and spending his days slumped on the couch whenever he didn't have something he needed to do. He had no hobbies, no friends, no ambitions, his only concern was raising Alarica and doing whatever he needed to do to support them.
The moment she noticed, Alarica put in her best efforts to somehow, in any way help the man who called her daughter, but her attempts were for naught. All they'd accomplish was leading her to realize how distant her and her father were. Aside from cooking for her and sending her off to school the two hardly ever spoke and she knew barely anything about him, a simple internet search revealing more about him than he'd ever told her. But what she read about what happened to his wife, his first daughter, and the fate of the Hero Stark, even at her young age it was enough to make her understand. It wasn't on that day, or even that year, but that information would forge her in more ways than one. For a time she'd continue to try and help her father on her own, but after years of failure she chose to take a new path. In her father's name she'd become a Hero, rise up through the ranks, and become someone that both he and the mother she'd never met would be proud of.
Then, maybe, things would change.

Quirk: Rainbow's End - The user can relocate part of their body to any area within a five meter radius of their current location. This essential functions as a partial form of teleportation, as if the user were placing a limb through a portal to another point in space. The user is able to relocate three separate parts of their body to different locations at once, and can only relocate fifty percent of their body mass at any given time. Where the user opens their 'portals' on their body will be wreathed in a cloak of red, green, or blue flames, depending on if it is the first, second, or third portal the user has opened. Teleportation starts at the furthest point of relocated body mass and 'burns away' effected matter until it reachers the portal's base.
Body matter is relocated at a rate of roughly 0.5 seconds per 10% relocated, and each 'color' of portal requires a ten second delay before being used again. Weight is transferred along relocated sections of the body as per usual, so if the user relocates their foot to solid ground they will be able to stand as usual, and parts relocated into the air will still be supported by the rest of the body, effectively allowing them to float. The user is only able to relocate their own body mass, so any materials such as weapons or clothing not specially made for the task will be left behind.

The quirk is rejected. This is not a quirk, this is magic. In addition you have not one but several instances of something that is extremely difficult to pass, manipulation.Quirk: Deity Mimicry - This quirk gives him the ability to take on the physiology and powers of certain gods such as Asura, Susanoo, Horus, Guan Yu, and Thor, though the power aren't that grant compared to the real thing. He can't turn into beast like deities but can turn into gender neutral/gender less deities. Each deity he turns into changed his appearance and grants different powers. He can only turn into Deities that are humanoid in shape or have turn humanoid. He can't just change between willingly though as it put's stress on his body, and can only stay in them for 5-10 minutes depending on the form he takes. If he doesn't turn back soon after he be forcefully turned back increasing his recovery time to take that form again. Recovery time being 10 to 30 minutes depending how often he switches form, and up to an hour if he over does it.
- Asura Form has him grow half a foot, turns his skin red, and grants him 1 to 2 additional pairs of arms (depending in anger levels) as well grows a third eye on his forehead. It is his main form he takes as it's mainly strength based, but is known to let him manipulate heat as the angrier he get the more heat his body puts off. Last 6 min.s
- Susanoo Form is similar to Asura but doesn't change his size and turn his skin blue instead of red. His hair grows to the mid of his back though and turns white, as black marks appear throughout his body. This form's more agile than strong and make him more proficient in armed combat. He has minor control of water and weather but it's so minor that he doesn't us it in battle. Last 10 min.s
- Horus Form also doesn't changes in size but he does grow wings that help him fly with the powers it gives. His hair turns purple as purple marking appear on his face making it look like he had a hawk head. Letting him manipulate air, he mostly uses this form as transport and spy as it grants him better eyesight as well. Last 9 Min.s
- Guan-Yu Form is no different in appearance besides his hair turning black. He has better fighting ability in this form and can only manipulate earth minorly, which he uses to make slight tremors to disturb his opponent...he also says he has better luck in that form. Last 8 min.s
- Thor form is no different than his normal looks other than his blonde hair growing to sholder length. This is the form he can spend the least amount of time in but has the an element of all the other forms. Asura's max strength, Susanoo's weather manipulation but better, Horus' ability to fly through manipulating wind, and Guan-yu's fighting ability. He can last 5 minutes or less depending on how tired he is.
Special Moves: Mjölnir Rush - Takes the form of Thor and does a all out barrage attack out of desperation. Powerful but usually a last stitch attack...or an overwhelming victory attack to show off power.
I see what you mean about some of it being magic. Figured the limitations would balance that out. I'll change the Quirk then, and the class as well.At the moment this class is locked to new students due to the excessive amount that flooded into it.

It's not that some things are magic is that the idea of the quirk as a whole is magic. The quirk is naturally developed evolution , even if they seem fantastical, they can't pinpoint something as specific as specific deities by themselvesI see what you mean about some of it being magic. Oh that, that was just a naming thing due to the forms he takes. they are not the actual deities or part of them, he just turns into something like them. The "turns into something like them" is the problem. Unless it was artifically made (which the quirks aren't) there is no way that would happen. Now it could coicidentally bear some reassemblance, but the quirk made it sound like it's internal functioning was actually in copying or mimcking the deities, which is too close to magic. Now if your quirk had a different mechanism that was acceptable but just so happened to end up reassembling or being named after a particular deity, that is fine, the internal mechanism of the quirk is what needs fixing for this quirk to even be something that can even be considered.Oh that, that was just a naming thing due to the forms he takes. they are not the actual deities or part of them, he just turns into something like them. I'll still change it as I thought having that many forms to start out with was a bit much, but I was thinking it be reduced to one form for now and he gain one or so other form(s) over time in the RP as a progression of his quirk...if that's ok with you.
