Sounds interesting! We do have someone with somewhat similar capabilities so you may want to take that into account but it's certainly a viable route.

This is absolutely OC focused yes.

You can take a look through the character thread to get detailed information on everyone's quirks but the short versions is that we have:

Someone who can generate solid musical notes

Someone with an extra set of lungs

Someone who can control and become wind

Someone with wolf attributes

And someone who can generate and manipulate muscle and bone.

Intangibility functions a bit differently than wind, especially shadowcats variety.

For one thing, anything/anyone she touches can also be made intangible, which would be good for a defensive maneuver.

Phasing through technology shorts them out.

she can walk on water and air

The elements do not affect her while she is phased

She can choose which parts of her are intangible or not

Weaknesses include her having to focus on it to be phased (meaning she can be surprised attacked) and she can only phase through something as long as she holds her breath. The denser the material, the harder and sometimes even painful it is to phase through it. If she lets go of her phasing inside of an object, it can severely injure or kill her.

I could see her and the wind character working together to make one heck of a poltergeist show though lol.

That's true, I just got through that arc myself. I don't really have a problem with people having similar quirks to canon characters as long as they kind of put their own spin on it to some extent.
