True though Eri also does a full reversal, for example if you shattered your arm, she would reverse it to before you shattered it. While this character would push it forward until healed, then revert it back to same age. Similar effect but Eri's is stronger being she could say restore a severed arm that was lost.

I would say no. They're highly grained pro heroes who have to focus on everything at the same time. While that's not as necessary here, you don't just turn your awareness off.
