Not particularly, but about 15-20 minutes has elapsed in the test, weeding out half the applicants. Now bots are being released and sent specifically to target Quirks they're strong against. So plant quirks deal with flamethrowers because Gatekeeper pushed the "Make them Cry" button.

To be fair, he uses a very simple labeling scheme so that he doesn't forget what buttons do. If he just labeled it "robots" he'd have a dozen buttons labeled robots. So it's varrying levels depending on how difficult he wants to be lmfao

There was plans for player created villains at one point, but I don't know if MidnightStar is still hanging around this RP. Otherwise, no, but you're definitely welcome to make some.

Are any of you listed above interested in the RP still? You have until the end of the practical exam (date unknown, but a quarter of the test has passed so far) to post for your characters! (Or if you have characters who aren't involved in the practical exam; head teacher, quirk counsellor, other teacher or supporting role, please let me know that you are still involved!) Honestly a dorm system would be nice for me, it's more fun when you get to live with everyone else. Also what happened to Harue? It's not very clear by your post

Is there any set up or rules I should know for creating a villain, or is it very free form?

Fun concept:a villain with a quirk to bring one single thing out of her imagination sort of like a familiar to fight for her but she has medication to keep her happy because when she has nightmares her familiar becomes them instead.
