I've got gizmos and gadets aplenty to help any hapless hero perform harrowing heroics! Try saying that five times fast, betcha can't! Anyway, You're one of the new freshmen, right? Had one of you guys in here earlier too..." She trails off, getting an almost trance like expression. "His quirk had so much potential for me to show off!!!" She squirms visibly in place. "What's that, you want to hear what I whipped up?!" She doesn't stop long enough to hear your actual answer.

"Behold, the B100D Mark III! Sure, the kid came to me with some decent designs, but he looked a bit too much like Bane and I wanted to give him something with a bit more OOMPH! So for starters, I designed this totally cute backpack designed to hold, preserve, and feed blood to the rest of the suit! Then I designed these individual segments with a slash resistant polymer, OF MY OWN DESIGN, I MIGHT ADD!!! These babies can expand when filled with blood so that he can reinforce parts of his body with minimal actual effort or thought on his part, so long as there's still blood in the suit! Then I wanted to give him multiple ways to let it out when he needs it, so any spot that's black, you best stand back!" She pauses, likely noting your puzzled expression. "No no no, the whole suit isn't black. The rest of it are various shades of gray. the black is the darker spots like the backpack, boots, and gloves! These openings here can actually let blood out. The backpack has a similar system. It was such a dream actually working on this suit~ And he was so receptive to me trying out ideas! even if a couple of them did kinda sorta blow up.... But a few explosions never stopped progress!!!"

"So, what can I whip up for you today? I need someone to test this thing I came up with based off that guy's quirk. He did this insane flying around thing by whipping himself around, and I think cousin Mei built something like that once upon a time, so I decided to try my hand at it myself! It works from what I can test, but I'm not fit enough to really push the capabilities of it. It's waist mounted with a harness to support your spine so you don't end up like those hats. Snapback. teehee. Or maybe you'd rather try one of my other awesome babies?" Looking over her shoulder at her board, you can see she's got a detailed roster of all the newbies and their quirks, as well as detailed ideas on devices that could help them. Some of the designs can be seen as prototypes strewn about her workspace, which can best be described as Organized chaos.

"I'll Uh try the whipping around thing, since I'm wanting to move super fast without having to use my Quirk. My Quirk is Glitch it allows me teleport short distances as well as keeping my momentum and the action I was doing before I glitched"

"OH! You're the glitchy girl! Well I appreciate you testing this out for me, it's always so hard to find people actualy willing to test things sometimes, I don't see why." As she rambles on, you find she's somehow slipped the harness on you in its entirety almost without you noticing. "Now, the controls are the fun part. First click fires, second click retracts. Speed is controlled by a gyroscope so leaning forward makes you go faster, falling backwards slows you down. Failsafe to keep someone from accidentally snapping, ya know. Controls tend to be best made depending on the user, so if you want this just tell me your preferred control layout and I can accomodate!" She quickly scurries around, grabbing some boots from the table and rushing back to you. "OH! and I made these specifically with your quirk in mind. Thrust Boots. Basically... Jet boots, but without the bulky size issue that comes with normal jet boots. They fire one quick pulse that gives you a quick shot of momentum and recharges in about 3 seconds I've literally had like, a day, you can't expect me to have this shit perfected already..... With your quirk you should be able to use this to bounce around like a crazy pinball!"

Dante: "First tip. Find a good place to latch the hooks onto. Doesn't do you a damn bit of good to fire them off not knowing where it's gonna hit. Other than that... Stay low until you get the hang of it. Safer that way." He pauses to slice his hips before hopping out a window, catching his blood on a building and launching himself just inches above the ground."

Rei: "Waaaaait!! Whatever you do... please don't latch onto the Sakura buildings... The teacher already got mad at me for doing that earlier and I don't want another round of detention!!!"

"Oh don't worry I have the perfect idea, you said forward is faster, pulling back is slower yeah?" *cracks her knuckles as she launches one of the grapples towards empty space before glitching with the gear towards a random building before reappearing and the grapple grab onto the building* "Phew, I fought that was going to be a lot harder the first time"

The grapple, once it connects, just sticks there, causing you to swing as it makes no effort to retract until the command is given. When it is given, body orientation will dictate how fast you are pulled towards the hook. It is very possible to slam quite hard into buildings if you aren't careful. As Rei found out numerous times during her initial tests, and is also why she has a bandage on her cheek.

That's what I assumed which is why she glitched with the stuff as it was on it's way towards the building

I'm not sure why she glitched before it got to the building. For the gear to be used, it needs to fire and connect, then retract, reeling you in with it as you swing to build momentum. Glitching would be better used midair after the cable releases to let you change directions on a dime.

Ahhh okay. The other thing to consider at that point is how high up she is. If she put it at the limit... she may end up swinging right into the ground unless she's up high enough lol
