Well there will be time periods in the game where we will take more characters. So if you not confident of joining now you can wait until the future. @Pineapple and I also don't mind talking to you on TeamSpeak if you want help with picking something character wise. The characters in this game are fairly basic to create but writer's block is always annoying.
 
The more I stumble over content for this game, the more I think of dropping in.


I think I'll be watching for when you guys are accepting more players..

Hey everyone, because we've talked or messaged with everyone who is making a character, Pineapple and I have determined that it will be best to establish a rule for the time being that there can only be two players having one weapon type. Meaning that if two people take Hammer for instance, we probably won't take another Hammer player for now.


Of course this can be flexible as a rule, but we want to do this so the group is fairly balance and everyone has a unique role. If you really have an issue with this and want to play one weapon we can see what we can do.

There is a good distribution of Virtues across the characters, however the Sin at the moment is grouping. The weapons are going well, the Bow seemed popular and filled up fast! This will hopefully help those who still have a character to make quickly know what's being used already.

I just submitted a monster idea to the world building thread, and any feedback is appreciated! Feel free to be honest and tell me what you think!
 
Character is nowhere near completion (apparently my notes in personality didn't save), but it's there. I'll be adding to it today in my spare time.

I would say to more likely wait on Sanctuaries until Pineapple and I are done with writing up the last two sanctuary types: Humility and Kindness.


As well I would also say to wait until after we've cemented what our sanctuary looks like. As we will be doing that once we have mostly everyone's characters and basic bios completed. That way we can make other sanctuaries different from our own.]


Monsters though are always welcomed and always in demand speaking everyone has to help eachother make encounters.

Miz ad I discussed, we have a deadline of monday, the 6th for characters to be completed! The game has been up for a while now, and the character sheets are very simple and basic. We feel by this point everyone should be able to piece together their character - especially since everything is bullet points. We want to get to the playing part of the game!


Orzhov - you don't need to do that, there is lots of room for people. If you want to play, then play.
 
I am going to need to withdraw from the game. While the idea of the story is very interesting to me, I agreed to co-GMing another game and feel that this one will not get the time and attention from me that it deserves. Please accept my apology.

We enjoy your quick post. However could you add more details to your post? We don't particular enjoy one-liners in this game speaking we need you to help describe the surroundings you are in. We left it vague on purpose. So add something to what your character sees or feels when she looks around, what are they doing when she is sticking near the group, etc.
 
I hope that my post passes muster - collaborative storytelling isn't something I've had much practice in beyond 'In a Wicked Age'.

Your post was fantastic. When Miz and I make forum games we typically do collaborative works as we find it's more fun to play the game with others than to have others play our game. :)


As a side note, I edited in the Posting Template to the current posts. You will just need to edit it your characters title.


The template is rather important so we know who is in what condition, health, sin, or virtue wise.
 
How should the danger tiers for an area work? Because I'm starting to make one, but I'm unsure as to how to rate the danger. Should it be a


combination of what monsters are there, as well as any dangers in the terrain themselves?


EDIT: I know the forum says based off the monsters, but I figured the aura would play an effect on the people and creatures going through and that occasionally it itself could be negative, which is why I'm seeing if you all think I should increase the danger if I add in something like that.
