Blood v. Bone
The year is 2320, centuries after Human civilization fell to a deadly virus. Vampires rule what's left of the world, and what humans are left seek survival in the grips of uncertainty. They have to scavenge for food, while the vampires feed off humans they have captured and bred with other humans over the years. Can everyone put aside their differences for the future of the world, or will it become a battle of Blood versus Bone?Expectations/Rules

Traits: Good| Reliable, adventurous, honest, good sense of humor. Bad| Hard headed, rash, too curious for her own good, hot headed.
Short Bio: Nebula has always been curious about the world she was brought up in. Especially after hearing stories all her life about the world before, where there were fast food restaurants on every corner, movie theaters, carnivals. Her parents never liked how curious she was and it often got her into trouble, especially when she would sneak away from their hide out alone. The vampires also always peaked her curiosity, could all of them really be that evil? One day, Nebula's life was changed drastically when vampires swamped their camp when she was younger. Luckly, she managed to slip away, and had been on her own since then. Now it's just her and her new group of human companions. It left her wondering for years if her parents were alive, if what happened showed how evil all vampires are.

Short Bio: Ren was born in captivity, a byproduct of enslavement and the forceful methods vampires have undergone to ensure there is a study supply of human blood. Due to the nature of his origins, he wasn't given the luxury of staying with his parents. His mother was killed by a newly-transformed vampire when he was one, while his father disappeared a few years afterwards. Ren is still unsure about his whereabouts, although he suspects that he was killed off as well. Ren was left to grow up on his own, becoming accustomed to the cruel treatment he was given. Years passed, until one night when there was an unexpected invasion of the compound he was held in. A small group of human freedom fighters were running a covert operation to free the humans being held, breaking their way into the site and 'eliminating' as many vampires as possible. Ren was one of the few who was freed successfully that night, gratefully joining the ranks of the humans that had saved him.

Short bio: As a child Kodiak had the hatred for the vampire kind instilled in him by the elders of his group. These elders would always tell grandiose stories of the time before the virus, before the vampires. Kodiak yearned for the times the elders told of, times of peace rather than the constant fear and running he had become accustomed to. As Kodiak grew older he became much more aggressive in his attitude towards the vampires, always wanting to fight rather than runaway as his group had always done. But Kodiak always obeyed the elders and stuck with the group, until a certain event occurred. His group had just narrowly avoided a roaming group of vampires thirsty for human blood, only to find out that the entire group had fallen into a trap. A slaughter ensued and Kodiak was only just barely able to escape with his life as the sole survivor. After finding a safe place to hide Kodiak vowed that that would be the last time he would run. To Kodiak all Vampires are vile evil creatures that deserve nothing more than death, hardly ever has the thought that maybe not all vampires are bad has crossed his mind.

Short bio: The only child of an Irish couple who immigrated from southern Ireland, Yefrem grew up in the slums of New York, a fast paced lifestyle that drove his parents to working long hours at their jobs and hardly having time for their child. Despite this, they did care for their son, only they often showed it in money and toys to make up for the time they couldn't spend due to keeping food on the table. Years would pass and he ended up being recently turned into a vampire. Being a new member of the dark society of shadow and moonlight, he has a lot to learn about the new world, not helped when his maker was killed a couple days after his turning.

Short bio: For as long as she can remember, Finn's human life was shrouded in thick fog. Her oldest memories don't seem to stretch past 10 years, suggesting that she turned at a very early age. Having spent most of her life in a secluded, sheltered environment, she was kept safe from the seemingly endless conflicts between vampires and humans, protected by walls of both solid concrete and blissful ignorance to allow for an undisturbed, peaceful life among what she called family. Growing up, she never understood the strange rules she had to follow, and the weekly exercises just striked her as annoying and nonsensical. Now, after her small hideout was attacked and partially destroyed, she has no choice but to face the harsh reality she is living in, the reality her mother figure foolishly tried to hide.

Short bio
Eden was born into a poor family, though it's unknown where her parents
were because they had been taken from her at a young age. Eden lived
alone, scavenging for food on the streets until she had almost been killed
by a vampire. She was saved by being turned into a vampire. She has no
recollection of this due to trauma. Always having been independent, Eden
was always on her own, only asking for help in the most dire of times.
Overall, she is the type of person who would rather survive than fight, though
when the occasion arises, Eden can fight.
Note: Although Eden primarily uses she/her, she also responds to they/them
if she happens to get referred as such. She doesn't tell this fact to other people
though.
